To
say
that
I’ve
never
enjoyed
working
out
is
an
understatement.
I’ve
always
been
perplexed
as
to
why
anyone
actually
liked
it.
However,
I’ve
struggled
with
my
weight
and
mental
health
for
many
years
and
have
always
been
aware
of
the
benefits
of
having
a
good
session.
I’ve
ran,
practiced
yoga
and
joined
gyms
on
and
off.
Out
of
desperation
I
started
attending
a
circuits
class
and
had
a
few
PT
sessions
and
noticed
a
marked
difference
in
how
I
feel.
However,
I
wanted
to
take
it
to
the
next
level
and
build
on
the
initial
results.
I
was
fortunate
to
come
across
TwentyTwentyOne
three
weeks
ago.
Their
space
and
focus
on
PT
intrigued
me
so
I
figured
I
had
nothing
to
lose.
I’ve
just
completed
my
first
two
weeks
of
training
1-2-1
three
times
a
week
with
Colin
McCormack
and
I’m
already
experiencing
a
radical
change
in
my
attitude,
my
fitness
levels
and
emotional
wellbeing.
For
the
first
time
in
my
life,
I
not
only
enjoy
a
hard
workout,
I
actually
look
forward
to
it.
The
team
at
TwentyTwentyOne
is
knowledgeable,
motivational,
friendly
and
experts
at
what
they
do.
So
far,
I
feel
supported
and
encouraged,
I
know
that
this
time
exercising
will
be
part
of
my
lifestyle
for
the
long
run.
I’m
grateful
for
the
space
they
provide,
the
positive
atmosphere
and
mostly
that
they
care
about
my
goals
as
much
as
I
do.

recommend
their
service.
