Don't waste your time or money!! Uploaded a photo and used the online editing tools to zoom and crop so the subject was more prominent for the end result. Puzzle arrived as per photo with about 40% of the actual puzzle as white space. Contacted Photobookshop and asked if anyone in their right mind would order a puzzle with a heap of white space. Their response was that they have no ability to edit submitted "projects" and they blamed me saying I had used the editing tools incorrectly. You'd think they might have emailed me and asked if I was sure I wanted them to make what I had submitted (as I wasn't aware it hadn't submitted as a full photo taking the entire puzzle) but no. They continued to blame me saying they just make what they receive - thanks guys!! :( There was no offer to refund or re-make the puzzle correctly. Their website says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" which is a lie as I advised them I wasn't satisfied and there was no response. Horrendous!! Awful customer service - I will never use this company ever again and as there are tonnes of other places doing the same thing, I advise you to do the same. Very disappointed!!

I just recieved my 2 books about our Vietnam and Cambodian adventures. As always I was so happy to see our memories in print. Such high quality and hassle free. Delivered in a timely fashion, just long enough to build the suspense. Thanks team!

I have used photobookshop on quite a few previous occasions and each time have been extremely pleased with the result. Their advertising campaigns are fairly significant but so too are their deals. The company has notional prices but one would not pay those prices when their specials are much cheaper and numerous-just wait for the special, there’s always one running. The quality of the program, the printing, the paper and the binding are all excellent. I normally order the 26x33cm 60 page or less and I have always been impressed. Production is quick as is delivery. If you buy on sale, standard delivery is included. There are many options along the way to ordering your book but I just go standard all the way and am always happy. My last book was a 100 page order and even though I was happy with the book I found the binding not quite as good as my previous ones (hence the 4 stars and not 5) I understand they had some trouble with initial binding and did the job again which is a compliment to them and their standards. Overall I can very much recommend them as a book making company; their quality, prices on special, and speed are excellent. Personally I wont be ordering another 100 page book, apart from anything else with the thickness of paper used it makes the book quite heavy

Scores 5 because of the many regular fantastic offers . Cost is a factor these days & Photobookshop certainly delivers. Not quite as user friendly as some but prices are a good compromise. Have been using for several years now for year books for family, personal & commercial use including canvases to150cms on longest side.

Very happy with this company. They provide a quality product, and more importantly, they actually can be contacted by phone and you talk to real people who will take care of any issues you may have to make sure you end up happy. Good customer service is very rare these days, but Photobookshop have it covered on all counts. :-)

Love my calendars which I make each year for family Christmas gifts. But They didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. They were marked as completed and posted 19/12. I didn’t receive them until 2/1😢

I love using Photobookshop for all my albums and calendars as well as wall pictures. Decorating the house is so much better with photos of happy times. Thank you for providing this at such reasonable cost, excellent quality (I suspect you work some magic with my amateur efforts) and amazingly fast delivery. I have made an order for Christmas and highly disappointed. First of all I paid for express shipping to have it arriving before Christmas and the book didn’t turn up until the 27/12. Then the price that I’ve paid did not match up at the final organs when I try to call the customer service and send two emails no one never get back to me. Then the book arrives and the plastic of the cover was completely coming off. Really disappointed by the service. Will not order on this website anymore.

Excellent service. I get my yearly calendars from photo book shop, so easy to use and create what you like. I also do my photo books as well and they are always amazing. Delivery is very quick too.

I made a birthday calendar for my family. The quality and timeliness were excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of flexibility in the options for the background to each page. The fact that I couldn't just use a full size picture or adjust the sizes and position of photos was also disappointing. But overall the result has been well received.

Price was very good but product is poor. The photo colours were not true with all photos looking quite washed out. I also found it difficult to make the calendars with limited editing capabilities. Quality of the calendar is poor. I picked one up and it was coming off the binding at the back. I will be going back to a slightly more expensive calendar.

Absolutely love my photobook that i have had done so far as well as the calendars i did for friends for Christmas. The calendars arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. Looking forward to doing some more books.

I ordered my 5 year old granddaughter a 126 piece photo jigsaw. The photo came out great and true to colour, the customer service was exceptional as I had made an error when ordering and they emailed me within one day of me placing the order, the error was fixed in a timely manner and I received my order a couple of weeks later. However, the quality of the jigsaw was what has brought the stars down, the pieces did not stay in place when joined together, this makes it too hard for a 5 year old to do and stay interested in, it was extremely frustrating and we both gave up, disappointing.

Love photobookshop Australia, had all my favourite holiday pictures placed in a calendar and some on coasters. It was so easy to do and to top it off, I created a canvas picture of my siblings and I and gave to our mother who suffers dementia. The quality of the work, the professionalism of the final product was outstanding and was so rewarding when she acknowledged each of the pictures. Thanks to photobookshop for letting me have my mum back even if it was for a short time. Your customer service, quality of your products and the ease of which you have made it easy for the customer to create projects is sensational. Thrilled customer.

I made an error when I uploaded my project the Photobookshop. I didn’t hit the Redeem button for the vouchers I had already paid for. By not doing this I was taken to a payment screen. Thinking that that won’t charge me as I have put my vouchers into the order. Well how wrong I was. I was charged the full rate which amounted to four times what I had paid already. So I contacted support. Long story shortened they were going to give me a credit for future orders no refund. So I had to go through my bank and cancel the transaction and my Credit Card as well. The bank refunded the monies. I never heard from the so called Manager from Photobookshop. A huge disappointment from a business I have dealt with numerous times in the past.

We have been very happy with the quality of this Australian made photobook. It has been well put together and the photos are crisp and clear. The PhotobookShop helpdesk was just amazing as I had some trouble navigating the program and they patiently walked me through what I needed to do. I will certainly use them for my next projects.

Loved the products I recently ordered! The ceramic coasters were of high quality and looked amazing. I also ordered a serving board whose engraving was uneven, and faint in places. I brought this issue up with customer service, that remedied it straight away. A new product was promised. I was kept posted on the progress, and before I knew it, a new serving board arrived, looking perfect! I am already thinking of my next purchase at Photobookshop! Great value. Photos come up well, even those borrowed from the internet. I love the little A5 books. Bite sized memories. Cheap as chips as long as you stick to the standardized format - gloss finish, standard number of pages, soft cover.

Photobookshop is such an amazing company. Their photo software was really simple to use and I enjoyed being able to create my own wedding album and have the tools easily available. The printing of the hardcover album looks incredible! The photos came out really clear! Definitely recommend and I would use them again!

Excellent. I have just received my third Photobook. The printing quality, clarity and colour is superb in all of them. I am using the "Lay-Flat Pro" photobook composition. It has the complete range of publishing features and that takes a bit of getting used to and experimentation. However the back-up provided is very good. So now I am onto my fourth book.
