My name is Devorah Rosen, and l am an internationally recognized Australian Visual Artist. l find Quest Serviced Apartment Hotel Prahran to be generally a beautiful hotel. The grounds and room are well kept and spacious the amenities are good. I would stay here again. Regarding the staff on site, when the cleaning staff entered my apartment there were three of them and they were noisy, far too many at once for one fairly small space. The staff member called Annie, a young attendant who works at reception, l find her tone and manner to be unfriendly, cold, even vaguely menacing and certainly unprofessional. As l mentioned, l would stay here again as the hotel itself is commendable. Okay, the Manager of Quest Hotel Prahran Mathew, just banged loudly on my door and told me either l take down the review or l am being forced to leave the hotel.

Walking distance from Alfred hospital, locked free parking, clean comfortable rooms. Affordable as well. Friendly staff. Short walk to Chapel Street.

Delightful stay in quest. The location is perfect - seconds from plenty of bustling bars/restaurants/ shops, short walk to the river, and a short drive to the CBD. Apartments are well-equipped, clean, and spacious. The staff onsite could not be more friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We feel very at home in Quest. Thank you for a great stay

I travel a lot but recently I had an unwell family member and stayed near the hospital at quest prahran. Rudolf at the front desk is amazing. They were responsive to our needs and flexible. Outstanding service. Rooms are functional and big, wifi good. I will be back.

Always enjoy my stay at Quest Prahran, the apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcomed during your stay. A home away from home! Looking forward to my next visit.

Awesome location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are very clean and roomy!! Only downfall is the beds are too comfortable and my teenage son refuses to get out of bed.

Boy is this pet friendly place wonderful. Great staff who can't do enough for you makes you feel like a million dollars!!! All the rooms are neat and clean and very welcoming. And the location is fabulous, being so close to the glorious Prahran Market and groovy Chapel Street with its delicious eateries and trendy boutiques. Two well stocked supermarkets are walking distance away, as is the Jam Factory which screens all the latest movies. And finally the frequent close by trams can take you to so many wonderful places to explore, including the City, Art Galleries, Theatres etc. I just can't thank you enough, Rudolph, Sarah, Kathy and of course Matt.

After a long drive to Melbourne, it was lovely to check into Quest Prahran and find a welcome note. We stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse. The rooms are spotless and the staff are very friendly. The location is unbeatable as well, with Chapel Street around the corner and supermarkets and public transport meters away. Will be very happy to stay again!!

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartments in a great location. The reception staff were fantastic: friendly, welcoming and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests and answer our questions.

Our stay at Quest Prahran has been nothing short of amazing. The owners and staff have moved heaven and earth to accommodate all of our needs, whilst my wife has been in hospital. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff have alot of knowledge of the local area.. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. I highly recommend the Quest Prahran as a great place to stay As a side note I would like to state that Sarah is totally awesome.

The staff were so helpful and recommended places for us to go!! We brought our dog so it was great being able to walk to hawker park. Also, being right around the corner from Prahan markets and great restaurants!! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying again

We booked in here as a temporary short term stay, and found it so wonderful we didn't end up leaving. What was meant to be 6 months turned into over a year. The staff are what makes this place....to say that they go above and beyond is somewhat misleading, as their basic standard of care is higher than I've experienced anywhere else. Within the first month we knew everyone's names including the housekeeping team as they were always so friendly and approachable. They made an unfortunate housing situation turn into the nicest year ever, and I now consider them family.

Perfect stay for us and our little dog, staff were fantastic and welcoming! The room was super clean and tidy, easy to access parking and there were garden beds and areas for our dog to relieve itself. We would easily come back again!

I came with a group of country women to attend a function for Victorian Seniors. We enjoyed good friendly service and comfortable rooms. I recommend booking directly with Quest, and it's a good idea to confirm details in an email rather than only by phone. We asked for a ground floor apartment for elderly people but this had not been noted down.

I stayed at Quest for work. The lovely Brazilian guy at reception was so helpful and gave me lots of useful tips. I have to say the room is really good value for money: spacious, clean and airy. The bathroom was bigger than expected and came with washer and dryer. The smart TV in the living room was really nice and could access most streaming services. The area is pretty busy so having a car park on site at a really cheap price is a plus. Lastly, a special thanks to the lady at check-out (Kathy). She was really helpful and pointed out a lovely café for breakfast. Definitely will go again!

We stayed at Quest Prahran for 5 nights with our dog Horace. It was fantastic. The apartment was large and very clean with everything we could need. The place is really close to everything - the market around the corner, a short walk to the train, and all the shops, cafes and bars in Chapel St. with all this around it was very quiet at night and felt very safe. I would like to say thanks to Sarah and the wonderful staff at Quest Prahran for looking after us so well.

Stayed here for a lovely anniversary trip with the hubby, not only are the staff THE kindest, most welcoming that I have come across, they were really helpful. They were happy to recommend a few local attractions and places to eat, that were amazing. The room was very clean, with everything that you could want. will definitely be back again, I feel like I am part of the family.

I had an unexpected stay for 1 night and I arrived late so I wasn't sure what to expect as I didn't have time to research. Overall, the experience was great: rooms were very clean, staff was so friendly and they've warmed up the room prior to my arrival (it was very cold) which was so good :) Location is also perfect as everything is within a walking distance.

Couldn't speak more highly of the staff and the facilities at Quest Prahran. All of the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had an extended stay over many weeks and just had the most relaxed time throughout, just a terrific place to be.

Excellent accomodation, very helpful and friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile Apartment very clean and spacious. We were surprised at how quiet it was, we’ve stayed in several nearby apartments and the noise level was high. Very conveniently located near market, shopping and Chapel Street. Would definitely recommend it and return. Thanks to all the great staff.

Incredible people. We had an unexpected long term stay at Quest Apartments Prahran when our house flooded. Absolute disaster at home and we were stressing hard! Matt, Karen, Gary and the team at Quest were just outstanding. I know it sounds corny, but seriously, we were made to feel like welcomed quests in their home. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything just worked. They made sure the apartment met our needs and when it came to working with our insurer they pretty much did the lot! They knew exactly what they were doing (thankfully cause we didn't!) and ensured our stay was extended as the works continued at our home. Great people. Premium location. Highly recommend them.

Amazing location and a great place to stay. The staff were superb, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the reception staff went out of their way to make the place feel like home. The long haired chap that was wearing a vest offered some great food recommendations. 10/10

I stayed here for 3 months and cannot recommend it enough! The staff at all levels are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too big or small for them. The staff are flexible and allowed me to change my cleaning days to suit my schedule. The location is perfect, a stones throw from everything and anything you need! The apartments are well furnished, clean and equiped with everything you need (I cooked many meals with no dramas). I have stayed again since, with staff welcoming me back. It felt like a second home!

From the moment we had made a booking to the moment we left the staff made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect with public transport at your fingertips. We parked the car and could walk or use public transport for everywhere we needed to go. We found the rooms clean and well serviced. Highly recommend Quest Prahran!!

We were deeply disappointed with the treatment we received from the management at Quest Prahran. We were unable to make our booking due to the Central Victorian floods and the staff were informed as soon as possible that some of us had to stay and protect our at-risk properties and the rest of us could not travel due to flooded/damaged roads and no public transport available. Under Australian Consumer Law we are entitled to a refund, including for non refundable bookings. We would have been happy with the opportunity to rebook for another time however the management at this hotel have not been sympathetic or offered us any solutions, therefore we will never consider staying here in future.

We stayed for an extended period while renovating, with our young daughter and dog. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and it was great value. It was a far better option than rolling the dice on an AirBNB.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of South Yarra. Very attentive staff going beyond our expectations and the level of cleanliness is extremely high. I will be coming back for sure.

Very nice motel really enjoyed it, night staff member Matt was very helpful and accomodating to me and my mates needs. And damn can he crack a few jokes. All in all I had a wonderful night.
