4.5 Stars. Stayed here for a business trip. It is close to the city, around 5 mins walk to the trams and a stone's throw away from some great restaurants/cafe's. The staff are excellent. Being quite a new hotel/apartment, everything was beautiful, shiny and clean. There were some great in-room facilities such as a stove, sink, microwave, kettle and fridge. All of these are a little redundant when you're in the foodie capital of Australia though! There was also a small lounge and dining table which was a nice touch. The balcony didn't offer the best view of Melbourne but was better than looking at a wall. The gym is small but generally everything you need (no dumbbells). There is no pool so a tad disappointing but I guess Serviced Apartments rarely have pools. At $280 a night it's neither cheap nor expensive. Unfortunately though the quality of the finishing (in terms of amenities, furniture and decor) both inside and outside of the rooms just means it lacks that little bit extra to warrant a 5 star review.

As someone who stays in Melbourne frequently, i have found there has been a huge lack of quality self-contained apartments, especially around Collingwood. The staff, the rooms, the warm lighting, and the outlook over Collingwood are 5 out of 5. Well done to your team for bringing this hotel to the market. Looking forward to many more stays with Quest Collingwood.

We stayed at the Quest Collingwood for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute! The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, caring, and happy to assist. The room had a balcony with a lovely view, room very spacious & 100% clean & tidy, bed was so comfortable with cleaning, fresh toiletries & towels everyday. The cleaners also were very obliging and friendly. A short walk 5 mins to the tram into the CBD. A 6-8 minute walk to Coles and Liquorland. We will not hesitate to stay at the Quest Collingwood anytime we visit Melbourne.

As a small business owner - I love it when people leave reviews. First of all, the reception team I encountered at Quest Collingwood were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I only spent one night, as I was attending a football match at the MCG - catching up with a friend who was staying on level 4. My studio was on level 6. Very new, clean and comfortable. I look forward to bringing my wife next time, as we enjoy the vibe of the area, as well as the bars, pubs, and restaurants. Looks like I need to start saving up a few dollars to enjoy the lifestyle!

Excellent stay. Work trip but stayed for weekend. In great location, 5 min drive to top of Collins St for work, but can walk to all the great restaurants and bars in Collingwood/ Fitzroy on weekend. Great modern design of apartments and spacious

Quest Collingwood is absolutely phenomenal! I was lucky enough to stay here for three months and what a glorious three months it was! From Day 1, Kane and Steph went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, at home and relaxed. I cannot emphasise how wonderful all the staff are, from reception to housekeeping, the Quest Collingwood team will go out of their way to make your stay memorable and special. A big shout out to Elizabeth, Rachel and Gustavo who put a smile on my face every day! Thank you Quest Collingwood for the absolute best stay, I can’t wait to return :)

Having recently stayed at Quest Appartments Collingwood, I can honestly say their service was second to none. Amazing staff that were terrific. Always polite and courteous and made the stay really enjoyable. The hotel was well presented. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. It’s only 10 minutes from the CBD and quite. Close to public transport too if required.

Stayed 3 nights on a business trip, and the hotel is great. I was in a 1 bedroom unit and it is well laid out and roomy. Great that it has a washing machine and dryer, and the hotel provides a small sachet of washing liquid The bed was comfortable (King bed made up of two singles connected) and the living room was spacious with solid furnishings and lots of powerpoints (a number of which which include USB A & C plugin points) Bathroom was great with a rain style shower head. Water pressure was good, only downside was the water temperature kept changing from tepid to scalding during the course of a shower, which ensures it's not relaxing lol (and could be a real issue if kids were showering) Staff were fantastic, there were some A/C issues on checking in and the staff were all over it including the offer to move to a new room 4 stars for location is more that i don't know the Collingwood area, so hard to say if there's a downside to the location but it was close enough to transport and food options (a couple of blocks walk up a hill) Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for folks looking for a modern clean and comfy place to stay

Excellent place to stay near Collingwood. Walking distance to the tram, Smith Street and heaps of restaurants, cafes, etc. Newly built hotel so everything was of great quality. Staff on site were friendly and very helpful with recommendations and assistance

Stef & Kane, the owners, are such lovely people! They accommodated my furr baby and me for 3+ months in a disabled suite at short notice. They would set my anxiety at ease every time I found out I had to stay longer. Cleaners come every day and do an extensive job! Unless I asked for specific days as I didn’t need it everyday. No matter the issues that popped up while I was there with my health or personal life, they were always accommodating! Thanks, guys. I will be back when I need it next time 😍!

What a great hotel! Have stayed twice this year and both visits were just great. Lovely lovely staff who went out of their way. Amazing Great room! Cosy. Clean and nice details ie Very comfortable bed. Good quality sheets. Frequently serviced. 👏 Thank you amazing staff ! Five Star Great location also . Brilliant services. Great public transport
