Arrived for a holiday and the lobby and service from Rupi was impeccable. After going up to the room it was immaculate and spacious will full facilities and a large bathroom space. The amenities and spaces including the pool were also stunning. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to leave early and the Hotel Manager Robyn was incredibly helpful in assisting us. Top to bottom the hotel is fantastic, clean, stylish and the service was amazing. Would definitely stay again without question. 10/10 across the board.

Needing accommodation close to the markets? This is it, practically right next door. Beautiful modern, clean room with kitchenette. Staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was lovely and the outdoor area on level 5 was a great spot to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel was excellent very central as the tram stop was nearby. The staff on front desk were great. The room was all we needed. The only downside was that there was NO HAND TOWEL.THE HAIR CONDITIONER CONTAINER IN THE SHOWER WAS EMPTY. THE BODY LOTION CONTAINER IN THE BATHROOM WAS EMPTY.other wise everything was good. Would stay there again

I stayed here last week in one of the Accessible rooms, as I’m a quadriplegic wheelchair user. This was one of the best, and well staffed hotels I have ever used. The room was spacious enough, and as someone who is a hoist transfer – not having carpet for the majority of the room was a huge plus. The staff were so helpful, understanding and accommodating that I would never stay anywhere else and recommend it to everyone I know.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at for this price range. Unbeatable location. Really high quality kitchen and appliances. Amazing staff and maintenance team. I can’t speak highly enough about this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Veriu Queen Vic - not only was the room well appointed and the staff friendly and welcoming, but the location was perfect with the Queen Vic market just outside the entrance, and a 50m walk to jump on the Elizabeth St tram line. The pool was also fantastic and was nice and quiet the couple of times we used it. There's no buffet breakfast or onsite restaurant, but who needs that when you have all the wonderful patisseries and other food places right outside the door, not to forget the American Donut Kitchen van for the best jam donuts in Melbourne! We will definitely be back to Veriu for future stays in Melbourne.

Probably one of the better choices we made on this trip; to stay closer to the city centre! Location was great, convenient (within the free tram zone) and close by to the markets. What’s great was that you could cook in the rooms too, so having the market close-by was a plus. Service staff was friendly and helpful too!

Absolutely fantastic stay and experience. Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. I came early to drop off my bag and since my room was ready they let me in early, that was unexpected and I really appreciated being able to change and pack a day bag. It's the small things, thanks Rupi!! My room was very well-equipped, incredibly clean and had a kitchen, dishwasher and an excellent shower! It was exceptionally quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the whole space and it is right across from Queen Victoria Market and close to public transport. The gym was a bit sparce, a few machines, but no hand weights. The pool was lovely, but a bit cold for me. However nice to have. Great for a post run cool down. Would happily stay again and recommend, it was an awesome stay!

Hi guys we absolutely loved our stay what a great location. Staff were so nice. My only problem I found the bed (well ours anyway) 116 was very hard & pillows as well. I have a bad back already so my excitement hitting the bed after a long day in the city was instantly squashed. Even a mattress topper would help it be a little better. But all in all thanks for a great motel.

One of the best hotel I've stayed. We caught a red-eye flight and only got two hours of sleep. When we arrived at the hotel at 6am, I thought that we wouldn't be able to check in until 3pm. I was prepared to drop our bags and try to stay awake until check-in time. However, the front desk staff were excellent. They had a room available and allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver, especially with a 7-year-old who was exhausted from the flight. We stayed for six days, and the room was clean, and the location was excellent. The hotel is situated in the city, with some shops open until 1am. If you're hungry at night, you can grab food just by walking around. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, the room was quiet. My son could sleep soundly and comfortably. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the tram and a tram line that is near the Melbourne Zoo. The swimming pool was clean, and there is a free laundry facility too, which was a bonus because I didn't have to do loads of laundry when we returned from our holiday.
