Lovely convenient location for shows and dining. Could do with a good coffee machine in the room😁

The city Is a bit tired these days. Coffee and tea is not available in the lounge at the moment. The back lounge and bar would be a good bring back.

Great location and decent stay. However, we heard a lot around us. We were situated across from the laundry room for the entire building, so we'd hear people constantly coming and going. One morning we heard hammers going off from somewhere and had no idea if there was maintenance. The bath water was running yellow and had to test it out a few times. We were awoken to the room staff walking in around 8am and thought it was odd, as we were told the rooms would not be serviced.

Can't speak highly enough of the welcome team at Sebel Flinders Lane. Josephine (Jo) met us at reception with her bright + beautiful smile and vivacious energy... we felt welcome immediately... Thank you Jo. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready for occupancy earlier than expected. The room (302) is amazing, spacious and is both well-presented and appointed. Sonya also readily shared her knowledge of Melbourne to assist us in getting around. During our week-long stay here, we found access to the city was easy, with trams around the corner, food venues only a few minutes flat walking and railway station also a few minutes away.

Room was extremely spacious, with well equipped kitchen and quality fixtures. Lovely walking shower and nice smelling toiletries. Unfortunately the decor is really not to my taste, though I understand it has been designed to be in keeping with the era of the building. Rooms are quite dark. Laundry available for guest use. Location, however, is fantastic, with Flinders St Station and a huge number of dining and shopping destinations on the doorstep.

We were delighted with our stay and enjoyed the largest 1-bedroom apartment we have stayed in at Melbourne's CBD. Impeccably clean and well maintained with a bath so large it felt environmentally irresponsible to use. Opening windows with french balconies, good climate control and an abundance of kitchen and dining space and functions.

LOVE The Sebel Flinders Lane! Have visited several times. Beautiful suites with gorgeous decor. Bed super comfy. Most importantly though the location is FANTASTIC! Right in the middle of everything, close to the city and the free tram network.

We were a party of three and we had a wonderful time at The Sebel as the unit was so comfortable and the position was fantastic. Staff were friendly and efficient. Being in the "HUB" of Melbourne's CBD and all the food lanes and arcades with transport to everywhere so conveniently close. The Sebel Flinders Lane is the perfect spot to stay in Melbourne.

Nice clean hotel which is close walking distance to trams and station. Parking is available at $25 per night. In a quiet street. Our room looked into small courtyard.

Only 4 stars as the internet crashed and was unavailable 2 out of our 5 nights stay and if you don't like a hot and stuffy room good luck trying to get the finiky aircon to stay in one zone it randomly selected to blow hot or cold holding room temperature at 2degrees lower than selected or 1 degree higher. Whinge over,

Stayed 3 nights at this glorious luxury place. So cosy and sophisticated. Service was amazing and location can't get better.

Loved the motel. Was invited here by Accor Time-share. If they weren't so pushy and then dismissive of us, we would of seriously considered investing.

My room was upgraded, which was amazing, but with extra storage, I did happen to leave some things. However the attentive housekeeping staff, found it, bagged it and 24 hours later it was in my possession

We arrived in Melbourne yesterday. We are spending 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel is excellent and in the perfect location for accessing the amazing Melbourne by foot. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cosy. We're on the 10th floor so have great views. I'm looking forward to relaxing and having a great time here. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Wow. Right in the middle of melbourne. 5 minutes walk to Flinders station, 10 min to Southern Cross station and all the attractions of Melbourne. Beautiful self contained apartments. Clean, well kept, comfortable hotel. Valet secure parking in hotel. Best holiday accommodation.

Very spacious room, with kitchen, dining, living room! And very friendly front desk staff :)

The worst experience ever. Was screamed at and condescended to by a pipsqueak, racist little child of a front desk staff member Jo. I believe that was it's name. The process to exit their carpark was not explained and I needed up stranded at the exit. I was was then screamed at and belittled and questioned for now knowing the process. This obnoxious little person wasn't even there when I checked in - know your place child!!! If it were not for patrons staying at the hotel, workers ike you would not have a job!! Sebel, check your staff. I will be escalating this complaint to Accor as well - FYI.

Room was big bit no other facilities in the hotel, no coffee machine in room, no bottled water. Ok for a quick sleep over that s about it.

These guys called me up (cold call) and offered us a $70 stay for two nights on the condition we attend a one hour meeting the next day for some promotion. Whilst not needing it we decided this was a good offer so accepted. To put it simply I ended up falling ill on my stay so only my partner could attend their meeting. They then called me and I tried to explain that I am sick and even offered to go and get a doctors certificate if it meant that much to them but they declined. They then refused to meet just my partner only and proceeded to charge us full price for the stay for a room in our own city that we didn’t even need in the first place. Complete rort, basically saying that they do not care about the wellbeing of their other clients present and that they have more interest in some potential sales profit for whatever they were slinging. Managers have refused to come to the table and just reply “this is our policy”, which sadly zero discretion was used for my sincere case when the policy is simply semantics.

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Melbourne and they still delivered well appointed rooms, even as I stayed in Studio size. Look forwards to seeing the Nespresso machine come back, but until then there's 711 coffee machines down the road.

The Sebel one bedroom apartment s are large and well appointed. The bathroom has a deep standalone bath and large shower. The kitchen has a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and enough plates, cups, glasses and cutlery for six people. In the lounge area there is a television and seating for 8-10 people. There is an additional television in the bedroom. The dining table can cater for six people. The Sebel is located in the Melbourne City centre and walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport if required.

Always a pleasure staying here. Won’t go anywhere else when in Melbourne. Close to my favourite shops and coffee. Right across from Flinders station and free city circle tram. Staff already great. Reception area and foyer smells Devine. 👌🏼

the place is fairly average and getting old, couldn't even find a bottle of water in the room. for this money there's no coffee machine, no pool. there are many better places in town.

This place is a terrific place to stay in Melbourne. Very close to everything, including Flinders Street Station and trams. Beautifully clean and so very quiet. We had the perfect night's sleep. Highly recommend and will make this our top preference when we travel to Melbourne again.

We're able to get an early checkin after a very early overseas flight and a lot g delay getting through airport. This was really appreciated. We have used this establishment before and will again. The only thing I would welcome is a comfortable chair in living room rather than one that just looks good

As always The Sebel Flinders never failed. This was our 3rd time and found all new staff just as helpfull and welcoming as the staff before. Only one tiny favour which will help us keep the kitchen clean perhaps provide a roll of kitchen paper towels at the kitchen. I feel It would help a lot. No other requests. Always a pleasure staying at The Sebel Flinders. Thank you.
