Great new business park hotel, really close to Monash University and not to far to Chadstone shopping centre. Some strange design features that could be adjusted but nothing major. No attached restaurant but great cafe close by and menus in room for room chargeback. Only issue I had is one of the restaurants had certain days they don’t service the apartment which was frustrating. Also no grocery store close by if without a car but a service station down the main road for select items like toiletries and water.

I stayed at Quest Notting Hill for 9 nights recently, for a work trip to a nearby company. I arrived in the middle of the worst storm in Melbourne in decades, so the power was off in the hotel when I arrived. Not a great start, but also no fault of the hotel - power was off for 300,000 properties. Staff were helpful in assisting us to our rooms with luggage up the stairs, and kept us updated with any info they had. Power came on later that night, but internet was down until the next day. As I had to work, the complex facility manager very kindly let me use his office and wifi next door to the hotel - service which was not expected, but really appreciated. After the inauspicious start, it was a good stay at Quest. The room (a studio) was really comfortable and I slept well. The small kitchen facilities were enough to prepare some basic food and save a lot on restaurants - there's a hob and microwave, a small fridge with ice box, but no oven. The bathroom was clean and modern with a decent shower and toiletries that were restocked regularly. I didn't have a washer or dryer in the studio, but I believe the one/two bedroom apartments do. However, the laundry facilities next to reception were fine - easy to use and quick, and generally available. The gym was small but very quiet, so always possible to use. It has towels, a water station and shelving for personal items. I didn't pre-book covered parking, deciding to take a chance on the free open spaces, and there were always plenty to choose from at the back of the hotel at all times. The area is quite industrial, but it's very easy to get into the city on public transport. There's a bus (693) that goes from almost right outside the hotel, and from there it's possible to transfer to a train into the city centre - overall it took 30-45 minutes and was very straightforward. Otherwise a car might be necessary to get to areas that aren't on the route into the city. Overall, a really comfortable and pleasant stay, and I'd definitely return if I was back in the area.

Great clean and newish rooms, gym is well equipped, location is average for tourists but good for business/work, not to many food restaurants or supermarkets nearby

Lovely apartments, everything you could possibly need to be self sufficient. Great housekeeping and staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location for my work, but a little further from the cbd than I wouldve liked. However public transport is easily accessible.

Great place to stay for work, will definitely visit and use again in future. Service is really good and even got a free room upgrade. Wifi was super slow, but just hotspot off my own data was fine. Only real negative aspect is a real lack of catering for sugar free options. Might be small oversight, but has noticeable impact on individuals unable to consume sugar. No sweeteners for coffee anywhere, mini bar snacks were all sugar loaded, only sugar free option was a single no sugar coke.

Convenient location for doing business in Clayton or at Monash University, but otherwise a bit out of the way. Very friendly and fast service.

Fantastic place to stay. Rooms are great and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially Emma from reception, 5 star service.

Great location with spotless rooms, we ended up having to stay an extra night for unforeseen reasons and the staff went out of there way to help us out and rearranged other guests that weren't there yet so we could stay in the same room without having to pack up and shift, we would highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely love this place! Was lucky enough to live here for awhile during covid lock downs and they're such comfortable apartments. There's absolute silence, which is bliss. The area is nice and has everything you could need once you get to know it. Multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes and 2 Kmart options within about 10minutes. The staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful! They're very quick to answer any emails or resolve issues as quickly as possible. Will always miss living here and always get excited at the idea of staying whenever I'm in Victoria. Would be my number 1 place to recommend.

Yep, pretty good for the business traveller. Clean, well-appointed rooms, and easy check-in. No on-site bar or bistro but simple Uber to pubs and restaurants. Yeah, if you need a quality out of town stay, go here.

A really great serviced apartment perfect for families. We stay here annually for a local tournament and have never been disappointed. Management are wonderful and very accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need for a short (or long) stay. I highly recommend staying here for your next Melbourne visit.

This is an apartments hotel on a quiet street 20 minutes walk from Monash University campus. The studio room is conveniently designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you would have in your own house. Cleaning service is provided twice a week. The staff is very helpful. Really a perfect place to stay during a business trip. Much recommended!

We hosted an event Quest Notting Hill, and it was absolutely fantastic. A lovely spacious area that worked perfectly for our needs. Emma and her team were unbelievably helpful - nothing was too much to ask! They made the event run very smoothly - and were a delight to deal with from the initial enquiry through to the end of the event. Thank you Emma and team!

I lived here for 6 months during the 2020 July-December lockdowns in a 1 bedroom. Despite it's size, it wasn't claustrophobic at all. The furnishing is really modern, and really thoughfully laid out. There is a TV and aircon in the living room and in the bedroom, with a fairly big balcony. The view is surprisingly nice, and the noise level is very quiet, as the business park is a ghost town after hours. The hallways were always clean, the elevators always smelt nice, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The cleaning staff in particular are 10/10. The gym is small, but well stocked, and the machines are clean and new. Would recommend to travellers!

Stayed for work commitments. Nice and quiet for a good night's sleep if you are a light sleeper! Order in meals from partner restaurants is convenient! Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

All good - this is in an corporate area - so not a hotel if you want to be able to walk down a high street. Everything perfect and no issue - parking was on site - and had no trouble with this. All good.

The reception staff were very professional and friendly. The studio apartment was well-furnished and sparking clean. I'd rate it 5 stars except for their website says parking is $10 a day so I booked that thinking that was the only option. Be aware there are free parking spaces labelled 'Quest' all over the place. The paid parking is secure undercover so it's worth it if that's what you want, but don't be sucked in like me to pre-paying for something you don't need. Other than that, I absolutely recommend Quest Notting Hill.

It's actually not a bad spot. Rooms clean, has a mini bar which is getting rare these days but needed when there's not a lot around it. Notting Hill pub just up the road which is a great feed. Secure parking. Can't go wrong.

5 stars, BUT do not stay in room 501 it's like living in a truck. Due to vibration from being right under the complex air-conditioning system. Also we have started in 3 different rooms there and it's always exciting to see what the last people left under the beds or couch.

This is our go to accommodation when we have to stay in Nottinghill. The rooms are super clean, staff are friendly and helpful (especially the cleaners), great parking, and rooms are spacious and well equipped. Love staying here and will be back again in a couple of weeks. Only downside is the wifi drops out every now and then. Oh and the pillows were just right 😉

For approx $220 a night, super clean room/fully encompassing for my needs. Can pretty much live here with all the amenities that are provided. The cost of the stay at the "studio apartment" came with: - free unlimited WiFi - free access to gym (9am to 11pm) - free laundry/dryer for use - plenty of on-site carpark ($15 underground per day, free open air carpark round the back) - room comes with kettle, fridge, hair dryer, iron, stove top (comes with pots and pans and cooking utensils), smart TV with Netflix/disneyplus etc but just need to sign in (can BYO hdmi as well for easy TV casting) - Although nothing in the immediate radius, this aparthotel is just 10 to 15 minutes drive to literally everywhere. The glen, chaddy, clayton/Springvale area etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Very metro and cbd based, lots of food options close by, parking is some free and some paid, modern rooms make it feel fancy

Very comfortable stay, professional setup and many options available. Great location for business

Modern and very comfortable, except it has a large flight of steps up to the entrance. If there was a ramp, it's well hidden as I didn't see it. I didn't think building codes allowed that in the 21st Century. The conference room was good and had an adjoining outdoors "courtyard" and was accessed through a comfortable lounge adjacent to reception.

Relations stayed here for a week and we visited them. Rooms looked great and the price overall was very good for 3 people. I think it would be a great place to stay while we get our bathroom and laundry renovated.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Quest Notting Hill and both stays have been excellent. The rooms were lovely and clean, the kitchen had everything you need, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We also used the secure undercover parking garage which is very well lit, clean and the parking bays aren’t too small to fit our suv. We would definitely stay again.
