Staff are polite enough. Don't know who's managing the place though. Signs for the bird cage don't match. Prices was a big pain in the neck Said clearance$27 for $77 bird cage Signs were up for a week so I came back to purchase them but none of the signs matched I said ok. I'll have the $35 one then. I was informed no cages were available matching the signs Super annoying when prices don't match anything and then they don't even get changed when you tell them and come back a week later still the same

Good service and a good range of products. The prices were a bit high but they do price match you just need to check before going to the counter

Love this store. Great variety of stuff, well priced, (for a pet shop), and terrific staff. All so friendly and know their products. There's also a shop cat that lives there. What's not to love about that!?

Love the dog baths here, a small price of about $12 I think for unlimited time including always having oatmeal shampoo available for use even if it's not in the machines. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to help.

Very disappointing, my father purchased some chicken food which had oily residue and mouldy black pellets that are usually light grey. The manager refused to take it back when the product was compromised and could have harmed the chickens who won’t come near it.

These guys are great! 4 star simply because the selection of cat toys is very average lots of the same same not much in the way of new cool things for your pet. Staff are Ace.

So Petstock head office after 3 promises finally rang me back about my dog pusher that fell apart. They advised me that the Ormond store is a franchisee and they had no control over what they did. Of course, as a customer, I explained that we the sign above the door says Petstock so that is all that we care about. Petstock - you need tighter franchisee rules - these guys represent your brand and are successfully trashing it. Petstock suggested that someone from store/area managers/regional managers would ring me to resolve my complaint. I should live so long ! So far, I have had lots of sorry's and zero action.

Ran to Petstock at 7pm as they were shutting up - Bailey was so kind to reopen the roller shutter door and let me do a quick shop. Thanks so much for a great customer experience.

We went in to buy anti pull harness and the server took the time to give us pointers on training both our dogs. It’s changed the dynamic and fixed quite a few issues we were having. Top service!

Really helpful and friendly staff, great range and other services on premises. Generally parking in the area is easy but it is on a busy road, convenient to drop past on the way somewhere... can be pricey though

Just came back and got some really helpful advice from Adam at PETstock. I have a fussy spoodle who doesn't want to eat and he gave me some very useful tips. He wasn't being a 'pushy salesman', he was genuinely giving some fantastic advice. Adam, you deserve a raise! Hope your bosses read this 😄

Good range of products and very friendly helpful staff. Prices on par with other pet warehouses. Right on North road with parking along the side street. Also has hydrobath facilities.

I wanted to write this review because of the groomer Georgia, she is amazing! Not only is she incredibly sweet but for the first time in three years, a groomer has done what I have actually asked for. With no push back or looking annoyed or making me feel guilty or stupid. And she aced the groom too! She has also done tidy ups for my dog multiple times before and is always does it so well. My dog has been ill for most of his life (involving his skin) and I feel like she was the first groomer to ever listen, show some compassion and accommodate our needs. I’m so grateful to have found her and can see why she is booked up so much in advance. I also love this store, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. If you have heavy items, they will even help you to your car. The store itself stocks a good range of products too.

Extremely dissatisfied customer. I’ve been coming here for 4 years (I have a rabbit and a Newfoundland) bought a Kong Jaxx toy on Sunday costing $39 and my puppy had the toy for less than 5 minutes and it’s destroyed. I went back in to Petstock and explained this to the person behind the counter only to be met with ‘we don’t do refunds’ I tried explaining the above and thought it was ridiculous a toy costing almost $40 is so easily broken in less than 5 minutes right in front of my eyes! Will be taking my business to another Pet store as this one clearly doesn’t care about loyalty or us! The customers.

I called to ask about puppy school, I was recommended two call a puppy trainer I was quoted $100 a hour and 2 hours is the time that they would need costly experience . The lady was lovely but the information was overwhelming puppy are a handful as it is . All I wanted to know is to stop my puppy from biting and toilet training . At the end of the day the information was helpful to me .
