Ashvinie not only draws on her 30+ years of extensive knowledge gained as a skin therapist, she also gives of her heart and soul in her profession. She is a gorgeous, kind and generous person who is proficient and aims to bring out the best in everyone she treats. Despite maximum good reviews, I had a horrible experience here. First of all, the owner Ashvinie doesn’t respond to your messages if you have enquired regarding a facial slot. And then if at all she responds , she is continuously asking you in a rude tone to deposit 100 dollars even if you have mentioned once that you would do so and dont have an issue with chat She is too arrogant and certainly doesn’t know how to behave with customers. The other reason might be she judges people by their looks, and if she feels just through her own assumption which might or might not be true that the person can’t afford her , she talks to that person really rudely!

In my native place (India), I have been to many beauticians and salons but here in Australia, it is my very first skin treatment. The experience I had today at AN EXPERIENCE BEAUTY CLINIC was incredible. Ash is an absolutely amazing person - caring, warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all facets of skincare. This is the best facial I’ve ever had in my life! I felt very pampered by Ash, she definitely has a magic touch! The clinic is calming and peaceful. I went in for my first visit today and decided to have facial then, Ash is very knowledgeable and professional. On top of that, she’s very passionate about her services and never rushes. She even gave me a shoulder and hand massage on top of my facial and it was AMAZING. I felt like I have been born again with a new skin. I would 1000% recommend this clinic, you won’t be disappointed 🥰

I visited the clinic in April 2023 and loved it. There were a few things a bit strange, having to pay a deposit before the appointment and the clinic being closed when I arrived. But none of it bothered me. Ashvinie is the owner and she is lovely, great knowledge and whilst she talked about the product during the facial she didn't oversell and left me alone to relax. It was fantastic and I was impressed with how it cleared up my pigmentation. I was on the search for a new product and I brought myself just the basic cleanser, toner and moisteriser. I am very happy with it. I absolutely recommend this clinic, best facial I ever had and very reasonably priced. I'm visiting Melbourne again in July and I am hoping to make another appointment.

I have been a client of Ashvinie’s for many years and would not go anywhere else. She is always so pleasant and welcoming, the salon always clean and comfortable, the service always of the highest quality. I would not have remained a client for this long if it had been anything less. Her advice is excellent and she was so helpful & supportive during lockdowns over the last 2 years, keeping in touch & couriering products out to clients when we needed them. Ash uses @EnvironEssentiA which is like liquid gold, making notable changes to my 50+ year old, sun damaged skin issues. My regime is in the pic (dont mind my AM &PM 1 & 2 on the bottle🤩) that was until I got everything down pat. Combined with an understanding of sun and environmental damage mixed with bad habits, Ashvinie educates and strives to provide long term options and routines that other people have noticed and asked 'what am I doing different'. Waxing and tinting. Shaped to you, not current trends. Honestly, the most professional and painless waxing experience that really allowed me to reflect on services provided by others. It made me ask.... Why did I let people wax very personal areas of me for over 30 years without actually knowing the reasons why the hair grew the way it did. I spent $$$$$ on laser, to only have it come back, not fully understanding that some skin and hair types are just not suited to certain services. I bought the amazing 1 hour facial for my husband. He loved the glow of my skin when I got home and would comment for days how fresh I looked. He deserved to be treated with kindness too. Do yourself a favour, make the change to quality over generic quantity. You can? thank me later 💕

I went see Ashvinie a few weeks ago and have to say I've felt completely different since. I had the brightening facial that was absolutely divine, it was so relaxing and rejuvenating. She used some beautiful products on my face and then gave me a massage whilst the products absorbed. She used LED lights on my chest, neck and hands. I felt so relaxed, I almost drifted off to sleep.
