Horrible service, If you rent the car spot and card they give you have any issue your left on your own. Today (Sunday) at 2:45 when I tried to drive out the Carpark I explained to the lady in the intercom who refused to introduce herself and tell me her name made me pay to get out even though my business partners rent more than one spot and I drive in and out multiple times during the week, just not helpful and not good with customer services. The ramps are very narrow and there is a lotttt of scratches on the wall, columns and poles so be very attentive when driving The lift always get stuckโ€ฆ once the door opens gets stuck and never closes and vice versa which is quite scary. And last there is always people parked in our car spot even tho there is a private signageโ€ฆ.

Really angry! I will never go back there. The ramps are so narrow. I tried to be so careful and went really slow at the entrance to each ramp but no matter how careful I was, my car scraped on the pillar. Now it's going to cost me well over $1k to get fixed. I've only had that car a few months. Don't go in there if you have an SUV or larger car. It's not worth the risk. The company should think about putting padding on those pillars to help prevent damage to cars.

You are going to get scratches on your car. Low rating tells everything. Extremely narrow ramps. Scratches on every single corner at every single turn tells the story. Do not go there and be careful they are advertising long term parkings without telling you the exact car park name and exact address because people would check the reviews on Google and would realise how terrible the car park is.

Will never park here again. Had a SUV, car didnโ€™t fit up the ramps as they were too narrow - majorly damaged my car. This is the worst carpark I have ever been to in my life. I will now have to go through my insurance to fix damages. Going by other reviews this is common in this carpark, also evidenced by all the scratches and dents in the walls of the ramps. Drivers beware!!!!!

Putting up reserved parking signs behind 2 cars today after we had already parked, finished work to find 1 car towed and another tow truck pulling into the car park, nice scam guys ๐Ÿ˜† the silicon was still wet on the signs, the response is laughable I used this car park 2 years ago and heard this happened back then but thought nothing of it, some of the cars were getting destroyed while the tow trucks tried dragging the cars down the tight ramps, to think they were parking in an available car space that became reserved whilst already parked is horrible After contacting the tow truck company they have requested $680 payment and they will then drop the car at a 7/11 in church street Richmond, sounds sweet ey

Quite a good car park. About the only off street parking in the area, and inexpensive - evening rates are good. Corners and ramps between levels are a little tight, but most cars fit, and competent drivers will be fine. We found in early 2018 that the machines didn't take credit card for a few months, so always have cash handy. There's usually space on level 4 and above.

Saw a couple going between cars parked they were drinking alcohol from a bottle, looked rough. Unsafe environment decided to find a better carpark instead!

Terrible car park. They may steal your money through overcharging potentially in the order of $100! And very tight access. Pillars and corners are covered in gouges where people have scratched their cars because corners are all so tight. I stayed the minimum time, and although the sign indicates $8, I was charged $10+credit card surcharge. Another time they had a glitch with their machine reading my access card and they forced me to pay $100 to exit the car park, despite me trying to resolve the issue with them!!

Decent location, good price, great value. Always found a spot but takes a while as there are many privately reserved spots and it's not obvious to see at a glance where there are public spots. I've always felt safe, the lifts are just inside of sliding doors instead a concrete corridor maze as is the case with some car parks which can feel creepy especially at night.

Worse car park I have ever seen in my life. Very narrow pathways and even not enough lighting. Damaged my car today. Majority of parking are reserved or private property. You can hardly find any parking even if you are paying for it. Very expensive and no signs or designated floors for casual parkers. Definitely not going there again.

Good car park with lots of free spots but the ramps are really narrow and hard to navigate.

Woke up to discover a friend's car, who parked here overnight last night, had been broken into. No valuables were left in the car due to previous reviews warning, so nothing of value was taken. It's a risk when parking, but seems a really frequent one here compared to other car parks.

Parked here for work today, came back and car was missing thought it had been stolen. Called the tow truck company sign on on of the walls. The car has been towed for parking in a reserved spot. The signs well they use those cheap rent safe Velcro for homes to fix the signs. Their sign was on the floor. Cost to retrieve is 600+ dollars + uber back home. Never ever go here this whole car park is a scam. Attached photos of evidence of fixing used.

Beware! Make sure you read the signs saying โ€œprivate car parksโ€ Parked in some individuals spot last night to discover it was towed this morning. The sign was at least 5 meters behind my car, how tf am I supposed to notice that? Please find somewhere else to park your car

I use this park site alot and am really please with staff, location and price. Early bird price $16 is the best. Can be a bit tight navigating around the 7 levels but take your time.

Pretty good parking. Would have rated 4 stars only problem is if your car is fairly low it will scrap at the top of the ramps. Had to get everyone out to try and reduce damage, and still had clearance issues Good value for money all day parking for $12.

Very tight parking space and corner when going in and up level. 2m height clearance. Can very barely (difficult when turning corner and going up slope) fit a Hyundai Staria.

I park here every day for work and loved it; however, last night (21/09/2023) at 10:00pm I was leaving to go home and my card wasnโ€™t working to leave. I called the customer service number 14 times and no one was answering. I had to call the police to try and assist me but unfortunately they couldnโ€™t. I had to pay for my ticket and leave my car there at night while I paid $50 for an Uber to take me home after being stuck in the car park for 2 hours. Today in the morning Iโ€™m calling the customer service number so they can assist me and still no answer! If your card doesnโ€™t work to leave the car park youโ€™ll need to leave your car there and come back the next day to pick it up.

Great location with reasonable rates. Close to Vic market. The staff there are very helpful

Very tight car park but it's better than getting a parking ticket reasonable price depending on the time you park.

It is a convenient place, but the turning is very narrow, 8 seated NPV struggles a bit .

A sneaky and cheap car park that I will use often. The main issue is that it is poorly segmented between customer parker, reserved parks, hotel parks, purchased parks, etc. Can be very confusing for first time customers

Decent parking for a fair price in an area where most garages are rip offs

Park on Sunday and leave on Monday night. The early bird rate doesnโ€™t apply just because I havenโ€™t rented the carpark . Ripping off your money ! DO NOT go there before you figure out their charge
