Literally the best place if you wanna set up a tank or get new fish and corals. Staff's being extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful (thanks again Hazel!). If anyone give bad reviews I'm definitely punching that guy in the face.

Once again I visited the store, to purchase some beautiful clowns and was greeted by Hazel and her welcoming smile. Who even on such a gloomy day left my kids and I feeling extremely happy with our new fish. After putting up with my indecision she remained extremely patient, helpful and friendly. Thanks Hazel!!

I’ve come here a few times over the last year and at the same time I have traveled all over Melbourne Visiting every marine aquarium shop and I always find myself coming back here! Not a pretty shop (they are still in the progress of getting it all up) but by far the best care for the livestock and for there customers. Don’t just take my word for it take a drive come in and check it out for yourself.. you will come back and make this a regular spot for your reefing needs! what an amazing reefing store. Solid range of dry goods and accessories. Coral selection is excellent and the range of marine fish is the best i have seen. Hi, saw reef haven on Parker’s Reef YouTube channel. Dropped in and found Hazel to be super friendly and super knowledgeable. Im new to the hobbie so it was great to find a fish store owner that was genuinely patient and took their time with me. The coral at reef haven was the best I’ve seen in Melbourne so far, bought some coral and fish and will be getting more from reef haven in the future.

One of the most honest and complete stores out there. Went to many other places before back when i was a new aquarist, either they tried to make me buy unnecessary things that i eventually don’t use or upsell me expensive un-necessary stuffs. Hazel recommended me some essentials to get started and was honest along the way and 2 yrs into this hobby, learning more, i still think her advices were great and honest. Loved the service here! Hands down 5 stars.

Quite possibly one of the best saltwater fish stores there is in Melbourne. Also the only place I know of that quarantines all their fish. The customer service is by far the best I've come across so far. Hazel really goes above and beyond with helping out with whatever you're after and is super transparent and accommodating to whatever you need. There's a fairly large and healthy amount of coral to pick from. New fish stock selection can be a bit inconsistent but Hazel does her best to source any fish you're after. All in all would definitely recommend RH over any other saltwater store especially if you're after any specific fish or coral.
