Hands down the best jumbo bully sticks on the market! Our Dalmatian who usually demolishes bully sticks in no time actually gets tired when getting a Pawfectionist bully stick. Every treat I have bought has been fantastic quality - our Dalmatian is their biggest fan. Also, after being out of stock of a particular item online, I sent an email enquiring when the item may be back in stock and Paul called with the hour to confirm there was actually the item in the store but the website hadn’t been updated just yet. When we made the decision that we could not have our wedding without our naughty dogs, we had to have the best in town trainers to assist on the day! We were so lucky to have been referred to Belinda and Andrew who did a marvelous job in looking after our dogs, transporting them to the venue and keeping them calm during the wedding. They are such absolute legends too- they went above and beyond when a freak storm hit during the wedding and quickly escorted the dogs to safety. Not to mention, assist our guests with umbrellas. I am absolutely delighted by the grooming experience for my dog, Loki. He is very well groomed and I can tell there is good amount of attention to the details. People say dog grooming is expensive, but in my opinion it is not. Spending 3 hours washing, drying and grooming a fury animal is definitely worth the money.

I cannot recommend The Pawfectionist in Greensborough enough. Not only do they have a range of high quality products, they also offer in house grooming, at home call outs for behavioural training for your pooch and a wealth of knowledge and advice for any concerns you may have regarding your pet. I was having trouble with my beautiful girl Sadie constantly barking at everything. After wasting my money trying different internet fad products that didn’t work, like the citronella collar and the high frequency emitting deterrents, I was at my wits end. However with Paul’s expert advice we have been able to stop the long barking outbursts much to our (and our neighbours!!) relief. Paul and the team are so welcoming and supportive and they really care about you and your pet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best dog grooming service we have ever had. Our labradoodle looks incredible and her coat feels so healthy and soft. Our pup is usually hesitant to go back into the grooming store but she was more than excited to visit again, telling us she had a great positive experience while getting her trim. Absolutely love the team! Their dog walking service as been so helpful for exercising and socialising my Swiss Shepherd while I’m at work. I’m sure she looks forward to it every week and I look forward to the photos/videos. They also have such a wide variety and treats and other pet supplies in their store, and are so helpful with any questions you may have about their products or your pets behaviours.

Belinda and her husband are probably two of the most unhelpful people. I feel extremely unwelcome every time I come into the store, I’m hardly greeted. Not to mention the prices are unbelievable. Belinda has the mindset of a PTA mother and has harassed me continuously about my own dog and has threatened to call the RSPCA on me because my dog has barked for an hour of a morning. Yet Belinda trains dogs by using harsh dog shock collars if she is making money from a service. I will never shop here again and would rather go to pet barn where the customer service is fantastic and the staff genuinely care about your pets.

I recently adopted a Belgian Shepherd who has developed some lead reactivity and towards other dogs and would bark at them uncontrollably. A friend recommended Belinda from Pawfectionist and she drove all the way to our place for an in home consult. Within the 2 hours, Belinda explained why our girl was behaving in certain ways and taught us the difference between our perception and their perception, and how a lot of her behaviours were driven by fear. She taught us training techniques that were easy to pick up and super effective for our pup, and when we went for a walk together, Belinda showed us practically how to do a correction and the importance of timing in both rewarding and correcting behaviours. I’m very pleased to discover that after the consult, and within a mere few days, our Shepherd no longer pulls and I feel confident to go for walks now. Of course, the lead reactivity is still an ongoing issue, but before meeting Belinda, I’d avoid going for walks and would be stressed every time we see another dog on the road. Now, after one single consult with The Pawfectionist, I am no longer anxious when I walk my girl, and actually get excited when I see another dog (as we can practise and get better!) Highly recommend Belinda as a dog trainer (or dog owner trainer as I see it) who is very patient and great at explaining things. So so glad we’ve found her for our dog. PS: the treats at the shop in Greensborough are absolutely amazing and my dog loves them!

The best place in Melbourne to get dog treats, the large variety of treats is amazing and great prices. As well as other great dog products and not to mention rear car seat covers. I would recommend 100%.

Belinda is amazing! I used her as a dog chaperone for my wedding last week, she came and picked Reya up from our accommodation and took her to the venue (and tidied her up as she decided to play in mud just before being picked up), she helped manage her during the ceremony so as she remained calm and quiet and then handled her while waiting for Reya to be needed for photos. When Reya was no longer needed at the venue Belinda took her back to the accommodation for us. Using The Pawfectionist made our day so much more relaxing and was so important for us to have Reya there on our big day. I love The Pawfectionist!

The team at The Pawfectionist recommended some anxiety medication for my anxious bull terrier who's frightened of my neighbors and other dogs on her walks. It's been 3 days and she's already a lot more relaxed. The store also has a great range of toys that I haven't found at other pet stores.

Andrew and Belinda in my humble opinion the most professional cainine specialist I've had the pleasure to meet. This husband and wife team are so knowledgeable and provide support and advice for every possible issue regarding our dogs. Simply the best!
