Lyle is just a great guy, extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. We got a queen size bed and for the first night in 3 years (since my last water bed) I slept through without tossing and turning due to heat build up. It would be a bargain at twice the price Best recommendation!

High recommend Lyles Waterbeds, great product, professional and friendly service, and great product knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble and Lyle even custom made a King bed base with 4 drawers. We had a water 20 years ago and have happily returned to supreme comfort and full nights sleep again.

We've had our waterbed for over 30 years, we decided to revamp the bedroom so Lyle came out to help us with the revamp. A couple of weeks later and we now have a new base with drawers, higher than the original hard sided bed. We had the sides reupholstered and couldn't be more happy with the results the bedroom looks new and shiny but it is still our beautiful comfortable bed. It was difficult living without the bed for a couple of weeks but well worth the final results. Grateful for Lyle's assistance and advice with the decisions that had to be made.

Most comfortable and i get up with no more aches. Makes me feel young again. I Recommend calling Lyle if you want the best sleep ever.

More than happy with the experience & Lyle's advise. We now have a new updated Waterbed, love it. The experience was tarred somewhat by our ever less than reliable AusPost, parcel 1 delivered over a month after receiving parcel 2!!

Lyle is amazing!! I've never had such amazing customer service and flexibility to my wishes! I wanted something he had never done before, but before I had even committed to buying from him, he had spent hours researching how to provide exactly what I wanted for the cheapest he could........ sending me information on how he would be able to do it .... (would have taken way less effort and time for him to do it the more expensive way) and he went more than the extra mile to provide exactly what I wanted right down to the finest detail for the most economical way he could. I live quite far from Melbourne, so was worried about having to pick it up or take delivery and set it all up on my own - but no!! Lyle again did his utmost to make the whole process as sweet and easy as possible. He drove the bed down himself, took the time to show me the set up, patiently adjusted to my whim the exact positioning of the bed and educated me fully regarding the ongoing care for my waterbed and relocating procedure should it be required. He also provides after sales advice and products, so I know I'll always have back up if anything needs attention. I am more than happy with the finished product which was designed to match a tall boy I already have..... and oh my Goodness!! I had forgotten just exactly HOW good it is to sleep in a pure water bed! Bought top half of soft sided waterbed online from Lyle. No hassles and quick shipping interstate. Lyle kept us updated and we are really happy with the bed and the service. would definitely recommend him.

Lyle came out the same day our bed sprang a leak. His advice was terrific. He came back two days later, after the foam base had dried out, and reassembled the bed with a new bladder within 45 minutes. The end result is better than we had.

After my waterbed sprung a leak I was in urgent need of a replacement mattress and being in Canberra there was not an immediate solution. I contacted Lyle from Lyle's Waterbeds and he sprang into action. He had a suitable item in stock and despatched one by overnight courier from Melbourne. Absolutely love the Queen size waterbed on a pedestal with drawers. Lyle delivered to Clunes, VIC and installed and ensured that it was ready and comfortable to sleep in that night. I am 66 and my back has benefited. In addition I enjoy a deeper sleep.

Found Lyle to be one out of the box small business owner, cares for the customer satisfaction, and did go out of his way to solve a delivery "Interstate" problem we had with one, of the three worst couriers in Australia. Resent another item by Express Post to complete our missing package disaster. Both finished up being delivered on same day, so have returned the extra item back, as us old school people would do.
