Dr Sarah Sun was fantastic. She was extremely professional and took the time to explain the process to me each step of the way. I was very worried going in to get a skin check given I had some concerns, but Dr Sun made me feel as ease. She made the effort to get to know me personally throughout the consultation and as someone who works in a hospital, it’s wonderful to see doctors such as Dr Sun taking the effort to building rapport with their patients. Highly recommend and will be coming back, thank you!

I’m quite impressed with Jackson Lam. He has been very thorough and easy to ask questions of and quite patient. I’m glad I came to see him. He’s been looking after me for stage 1 melanoma and I feel he has been a wonderful doctor through the experience.

I was able to get a same day appt. Clean and quiet surroundings. Dr Lam looked at two areas of concern, explained that one needed a biopsy and proceeded to do this, a painless quick procedure. Results available in approx one week and he will be in touch. I appreciated how quickly I was assessed.

From the very first phone call to the receptionist to make the appointment, to coming into their clinic was such a very happy and stress free experience. I was called in by the Dr and felt very comfortable and knew I would be looked after professionally from start to finish. Had both a mole mapping and skin check today. The doctor and nurse were very thorough and diligent whilst carrying out both these investigations. Quick action was also taken to follow up some of the doctor’s suspicions and diagnosis followed by detailed explanations putting me at ease.

I started getting skin checks last year. Everyone here is so lovely. I have seen Dr Novreen and today I saw Dr Sarah. They are both absolutely lovely and explained everything. The receptionist was also fantastic, putting cartoons on to keep my 2 year old busy. Today I had to get something removed and I feel very lucky that I started getting regular skin checks. Always a little anxiety when going for a skin check but here it all went seamless. From the receptionist, to the Doctor all went well and was reassuring. The doctor was friendly and put me at ease. He explained the various procedures and was professional. The bill was most reasonable and the offer of future reminders was a great finish. I would recommend the Clinic to others.

Great experience here getting my skin checked for the first time in 7 years. I felt very comfortable and it was a thorough check. Only downfall is the out of pocket cost but I think it’s worth it for keeping on top of your health.
