I had only been to Siem Reap a month this trip but I went to Ground Zero two times and wish it was way more. The staff are lovely and bilingual, with khmer and expat staff. The trainers are absolutely incredible and highly talented. They also do so much great things for the community, like hosting a free introduction class for Lovely Hearts NGO, students from the countryside that have no other options or opportunities local to them. The patience, experience, age-appropriate activities, and more are unbeatable... PLUS, they have an incredible vegan café that had amazing food and drinks. The also have classes for everyone of any level, expats or locals. This would be a best choice for someone in martial arts or kun khmer, who wants to get trained by experienced fighters and champions, to continue to work on leveling up their skills. They also have an ice bath, available, at times. This is one of my new favorite places to visit in Siem Reap.

Awesome gym! Good mat space, ventilation, showers The first gym in Siem Reap with dedicated Jiu Jitsu/BJJ. Dennis, the head black belt instructor, is a great teacher; love his methods. I visited from Canada and had a great time training here.

A blessed martial arts & yoga cafe 🙏 This is a special place to train, to be yourself, to be welcomed by a wonderful warm hearted community of open minded people, to let your inhibitions go, to explore a range of martial arts on their extensive diverse schedule and to truly make the most of the fantastic standard of teaching on offer. It's all on offer here with MMA, BJJ, kun khmer, boxing, grappling, workout sessions, yoga, meditation and ice baths! Train hard, learn, do battle in a safe environment and then bow with absolute respect to one another. This is the way martial arts should be. Ground Zero embodies the honour and respect of true spirited marital arts. The space is perfect with a great training area, lots of space for everyone to train comfortably, stunning mural artwork on the walls and beautiful colourful gardens. But best of all, the energy from the founders of this place and the people who train there is very special. Martial arts and yoga are taught whilst friendships are formed. Whenever I am in Cambodia, Ground Zero will be one of the greatest reasons for me to return to Siem Reap. I can't give enough gratitude for what they have created, what they give each day and what Ground Zero gave me. With everything I have to offer, thank you 🙏

I had a great time at the MMA and yoga gym in Siem Reap. I thoroughly enjoyed learning and practicing MMA. It gave me an intense full-body workout and the skills to defend myself. The MMA trainers at the gym were excellent and helped me learn the proper techniques. I also loved being able to do yoga at the same place. Yoga was a perfect complement to the intense MMA sessions. It helped me improve my flexibility and balance, and allowed me to relax my mind. Doing yoga in the scenic environs of Siem Reap was an amazing experience. I felt rejuvenated after the yoga practice. The fact that I could do MMA and yoga at the same gym made it so convenient for me. I didn't have to go from one place to another and could easily cross-train and benefit from both disciplines. Overall, I had an exciting and memorable time improving my physical fitness, learning self-defense, and also finding inner peace. Siem Reap with its beautiful temples and pub street provided the perfect backdrop for my experience at the MMA and yoga gym. I came back feeling stronger, empowered and refreshed. It was a highlight of my trip to Cambodia.

I called up and Professor Dennis answered right away. Great place to train with a very welcoming experience. The place is really cool, clean and nice place to also hang and have a cup of coffee or a bite. Both professors are amazing! Both legit black belts with some awesome techniques and great rolls Thanks so much!

I've been in Siem Reap for one week and when i found this place i thought "wow, this is made for me". They offer Kun Khmer (Muay Thai) , BJJ, Boxing and many more Martial Arts as well as Yoga, Breathwork and Ice Bath Sessions. All things which are part of my daily routine for many months. The food in their restaurant is delicious and vegetarian, which is also perfect for me, and very nourishing also for omnivores (homemade peanut butter, organic coffee, even protein shakes... especially recommend the garlic toast with caramelized onion, avocado and egg :-P). The restaurant and the garden is also a nice place just to hang out or get some work done. The founders team is super friendly and you can feel that this is a project from their hearts. I felt very welcomed. The trainers are fun to workout with and as much as they challenge you, they also really care. The ultimate bonus is the cute dog named Panda. Also prices are very good, especially when you buy weekly or monthly unlimited class pass. 120% recommendation, will definitely train here again, in case i come back to Siem Reap.

Beautifully located, perfect surroundings which instills peace of mind prior to training. The instructors were pleasant & professional, I felt their experience shining through in the sessions. I have now participated in two classes; fitness & also yoga. For me being a newbie to yoga, I was made to feel very comfortable, I left the session wanting more. Post session I sat & enjoyed the garden area/cafe. The food was exceptional - smashed avocado with duck eggs, along with a smoothie. I also purchased a t-shirt - premium quality and nicely branded. Thanks!

The one and only place in Siem Reap where you can practice various forms of martial arts, both suitable to men, women and children. Very great deals and prices for amy budget range. For the yoga enthusiasts, there is some of that too! Great place for parents to relax at the on-site cafe. Awesome community to meet and situated next door to Chocolate Garden and across from The Muffin Man.

Awesome gym, I went to try for the first time a kick boxing class with Jess and I was not disappointed ! She managed to adapt the level of the class as I was a beginner and I had a lot of fun. The place is also very nice, with a nice garden and beautiful artwork. I fully recommend it.

Really lovely place. They have really amazing vegan smoothiebowls. I joined the warrior movement classes, they are a really nice workout. What I liked most is the community feeling. From the moment you come in you are part of the group. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. I think people from all levels can join.

I felt very welcome right from the start. Everyone on site was very friendly and respectful to each other. I had a private lesson with Dennis, who responded to me completely... pointed out my weaknesses and worked on them explicitly. That one hour was more valuable than many hours in other gyms. I can only highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything.

I'm very glad I found Ground Zero. This gym was a fantastic place to train, and the reason I extended my stay in Siem Reap from one week to one month. I really enjoyed and appreciated the friendly and community-centred atmosphere that Dennis and Braeden have created. The classes are fun, diverse, beginner friendly and also challenging, and I always looked forward to them. Thank you for this space and I look forward to the next time 😉

I called ground zero as soon as i arrived to cambodia Dennis was super welcoming and invited me to come past. As soon as i entered i was in a tropical paradise surrounded by flowers and welcomed by the cute puppy panda. Dennis and myself had a coffee so he could get to know me and see what classes would suit me best. I then did some warrior movement class with braedon he's the other owner, and after had my first ice bath! they have created not only a gym but a beautiful community and safe space to come and hang out and meet other like minded people from around the world!

Ground Zero is a great place. All the classes I took there (Yoga, Kun Khmer and Warrior Movement) were very good. Each lesson was very balanced and all levels were addressed. The place itself is very quiet and pleasant and the food and drinks are very good too! So you can also come here to have a drink and read a book. Highly recommend it!

The first step I took into the gym, I was greeted with a great atmostphere; trees, plants, a cafe surrounded by it and the gym. The food are great there, healthy and you get water for free with no cost unlike other cafe since it is a martial art gym. They have a schedule for martial art, yoga and other classes which you can check on their website. The coaches, Mr Dennis Breden and many more, are understanding and supportive. This is a great place to start your martial art journey no matter what your goal is. The community is kind and friendly too. I learned more than martial arts in this gym and I still go there to learn.

I take my son to martial arts here every week. Such a nice community vibe, great teachers, I enjoy chatting to other parents whilst my son does his class. Also highly recommend the breakfast smoothie and the caramelised onion and cheese on toast.

I would like to leave a review about Leela game with Katya and Denis. I don't know how it works, but it's just pure magic!✨️ Even with a person you see for the first time, strange coincidences can be associated, as it turns out during the game. Also, during the game, insights, answers and... tears come!🥲 Katya and Denis create an inviting, open, friendly, warm and cozy atmosphere between the participants🥹 They conducted the game as competent guides, wisely and with respect for each of the participants. It was healing! It was therapeutic!💯 The game covers not only one request, but also many areas of life. Thank you for such an interesting experience! I highly recommend it to everyone who follows the path of self-discovery and spiritual development... and simply wants to live more joyfully and consciously 🙌 Huuuuge thanks to Ground Zero for organizing such events and for the friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere! 🙏🏻😌

Very good place to train boxing, highly recommend. The people are nice and friendly. The training of Kun Khmer is similar to Muay Thai, but in my case it was better here than in Thailand. The teacher has been a pro fighter and is very good, has a lot to show and teach, and does his best to teach. I tried another place but this place was the best in town in my opinion. The pricing is also cheap for what it offers, and we can train anything everyday. I didn’t have much time to use the cafe but I have been told by my wife that the ice cream was good as well.

We - Team Alfa 37 - Alfredo and Fabienne, had an incredible experience at Ground Zero. We had the opportunity to engage in a private Pad Holding Session for Kun Khmer and Boxing with the amazing coach, Kong. The location itself is breathtaking, offering a serene environment that perfectly complements the intensity of the training. The post-session relaxation couldn't get any better than indulging in a delicious fruit bowl in the beautiful garden. The owner is exceptionally welcoming, fostering an atmosphere ripe for engaging conversations. Beyond the training, this place is a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be explored. The vibes here are top-notch! Everyone exudes positivity, making us feel right at home. It's undoubtedly a must-visit place whenever we're back in Siem Reap. A heartfelt thank you for providing us with such an incredible experience.
