I love this place. I love all of their food. Their cold pasta is very unique. It was my first time to try cold carbonara and mango pasta. Their ice dessert was so fantastic. I also added one bandalism there beside so many of them in different languages. You can ask for a marker to the owner. The Japanese owner was also very friendly and nice.

If you are looking for a place that makes you feel at home AND has amazing food, look no further, this is it. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The building has a very rustic and homey feel. The food is unique, delicious, and very well priced. There are messages all over the wall from people all over the world. Literally chill place with shaved ice, reminds me of 100 Yen shaved ice I had long time ago. Seemed to have a tint of condensed milk in the ice, paired with fruits and syrup topping, great after a walk under the sun.

This cafe gave me Backpacker hotel vibes actually because too many review written on walls which is Gorgeous for me. I come to order Mango Ice cream and guess what, the 4 USD of this bowl enough to make me full, its texture is so soft and mango also passion fruit sauce is so great. Visited Fresh Fruit Factory and ordered 2 smoothie bowls. The place had a nice vibe with previous tourists' scribbles covering all the walls. It served as a sad reminder of how much Covid-19 has changed tourism around Siem Reap, and the world. The fruits were fresh and the bowls were delicately put together. The restaurant was very clean and surprisingly there were no flies lingering around our bowls which is normally common and expected when eating out around Siem Reap. The smoothie bowls were delicious, big and packed with a mountain of fruit and the owners were friendly and welcoming, even in these trying times. A must try!

The pancakes were indeed very good. The smoothie, however, was just barely better than most others I’ve had, yet costs four times more. Still, the gentleman running the place is very nice, the atmosphere and aesthetic are great, and the straws are bamboo. Also, free cold water is given on arrival, which is a nice touch. This is a good place to have pancakes and french toast. We had this for dinner since we really could not find any place that would serve this. The French toast I ordered had cheese, bacon, tomato, a side salad and mango balls while my girlfriend ordered a stack of pancakes with mango syrup (which was not too sweet that you get tired of it right away. I personally do not like too sweet stuff). It was worth every bite. We also shared a honey and lemon (i think) shake which was refreshing. Check it out! It's a good place to get a bite to eat. The small menu offers a delicious selection of both desserts and savoury dishes, as well as numerous drinks options. Although Siem Reap post-covid is a far cry from what it had been 2-3 years ago, the Fresh Fruit Factory's owners remain optimistic about the future. Not the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
