Most amazing experience at this hotel! The staff is incredible - I’ve NEVER experienced hospitality like this before. The staff anticipates your arrival and ensures you have everything you need. They were great with all our allergens as well. The staff comes and finds you at the pool for a surprise afternoon snack and ensures you have enough drinking water. The staff times room cleaning and turn down service perfectly - they know when you are at breakfast and ensure your room is clean upon arriving. The setting and location are amazing and the pools are great. HIGHLY recommend, I’m definitely coming back !

We decided to come to Siem Reap to visit Angkor Watt and stayed at the Jaya House River Park for a total of 3 nights. We arranged transportation with the hotel and were greeting by the friendly staff which brought us cold towels, and fresh fruit. After arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the staff with the words “welcome home”. Now it didn’t really hit me until later in the vacation, but the staff truly goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, giving it a very zen vibe, which we loved. There are plenty of amenities such as a roof top bar, 2 pools, and plenty of lounge chairs should you want to just relax. In my opinion, what truly sets this boutique hotel apart from the rest, is the staff. Friendly, courteous, and always with a smile, the staff always make you feel at home. One thing that really stood out, was when we were walking back to our room, a staff member was on her way home, and she stopped to greet us and asked if we wanted our leftovers warmed up. It’s that extra attention to detail that makes this hotel truly special. The breakfast was phenomenal. The banana pancakes were out of this world. And if you are into traditional Asian breakfast, the noodle soup is to die for. Before ordering from the menu, make sure you leave room for the cappuccinos and homemade, assorted bread basket which includes delicious savory and sweet breads.

Incredible, amazing, beautiful place to stay in SR. All staff are fantastic, polite and nice. Everyone speaks good English and ready to help you if need anything. Two beautiful pools are available at the property, but silver pool is outstanding. Design of the hotel, food quality and service - everything is on a high level. The extra word should be said about the manager, very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. Living 10 years in Asia and staying in a different hotels, I must say Jaya House River Park is one of the most beautiful and warm welcoming hotel I’ve visited.

If we could give 6 stars we would. The fantastic staff are who really made our stay amazing. They were very kind and attentive and made sure our every need was taken care of. We also loved the pools and the amazing breakfast. They also have a no single use plastic policy that also makes this place great. A fantastic place to stay!

The staff at Jaya Park are 100% focused on its customer’s and service to you. We left feeling like family. They are always there to greet you when you arrive with a cool fresh face cloth; they remember your name; when going out on an excursion they will spray you with a lovely smelling insect spray to ensure your skin is protected. The Hotel has a real zen feel which allows you to really unwind and relax. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. There is nothing that hasn’t been thought of at this boutique accommodation. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay at Jaya House River Park over the Xmas break. This luxury hotel is a great choice for everyone but especially vegans (delicious vegan options on the menu for breakfast like tofu scramble, smoothie bowls, vegan pancakes, avocado toast with tofu and dukkah, noodles and noodle soup) and they always have vegan milk for coffees etc. The hotel is beautiful, very calming and relaxing, and the staff were wonderful. World class service and always with a smile. Check out the rooftop bar for sunset drinks (best place in town for this) and enjoy relaxing by the silver pool. Loved our stay and couldn’t fault it. Would definitely return.

What a beautiful property; the staff’s commitment and attention to detail made the experience special. I booked for three days and extended my stay for another five days because the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. My daughter and I felt like royalty as guests here. The well-appointed rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom, and a delicious breakfast was included with our stay. I apologize for being terrible with names; many thanks to everyone for catering to all our needs, even going above and beyond.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in terms of hospitality. Don't want to repeat on all the other 5 star reviews so I am going to focus on the drinks and food. Key at the Sky Bar makes a mean Lemongrass martini. I had 6 of them in 3 days! My husband and I are cocktail snobs, it is hard to impress us and this bar certainly did!!! To the food, breakfast has been amazing! Cooked to order plus the usual buffet but to the highest quality. local and international dishes are all very tasty. The pastry are among the best. I can't imagine anywhere else to stay in this lovely city.

Stays here for 5 nights and had the best stay, service was incredible, breakfast amazing and spacious rooms. Traveled as family of 4 with 2 children ages 9 and 11. Close to center city, quick tuktuk away. Fantastic recommendations for meals and tours. Breakfast was awesome and only meal available but they help you order take away and will set you up in dinning room with service. Pool service with drinks and desserts. This hotel is higher than 5 stars!

This is the best hotel we ever stayed! The hotel is 5-star and the service is definitely 6 star. The staffs here are all trying to make you feel comfortable. They smiled at you, they sprayed insects repellent when you went out and provided cold towels when you are back. When you go to the pool, they bring you ice water right away. They are well trained with only one goal in mind, make the guests happy and comfortable! The hotel maintained well with all the facilities new and clean. Every corner is like a painting. Although they were suffered during pandemic but they survived, strong and preserved their pure heart!

Not a mirage but an oasis set in an idyllic corner of Siem Reap, tucked away in the north of Cambodia. The Jaya House River Park is one of the town’s few hotels that has dared to open its doors, offering its exquisite rooms and setting to guests prepared to make the effort to get up there; either by air – the local airport has just started receiving international flights again – or by road, five to six hours from Phnom Penh along a highway much improved in recent months. (Luxury taxi with safe driver can be hired for less than $80 in either direction.) As a permanent ex-pat resident of Cambodia, I have stayed and relaxed at Jaya House at least ten times since it opened nearly six years ago. Before that, I’d taken breaks at most of Siem Reap’s top hotels, including the famed Grand Hotel d’Angkor (presently closed because of Covid). But nothing would now induce me to stay anywhere else in the town whenever I need to get away from my business and home in Phnom Penh. Why? Because nowhere else comes close to ‘The Jaya House Experience’. The loving care and attention to detail from management and staff is apparent from the moment you arrive; the welcome, atmosphere, accoutrements, comfort and – dare I say it? – quiet luxury makes guests feel pampered without being suffocated by false bon homie. Also, in addition to all the trappings of a world-class reasonably-priced hotel, the ethos of the place – no plastic, care for the environment, care for local population – means that Jaya House thoroughly deserves to be patronised; indeed should be patronised. For not many hoteliers have had the confidence to go against the grain and open up when most others are cowering behind shuttered doors. I cannot speak too highly of what Jaya House offers; my many friends and visitors who I’ve sent there to enjoy this exceptional hotel, and its proximity to the magnificent temples of Angkor Wat, all agree with me – without exception.

This is the BEST hotel we've ever stayed at. To say that the customer service is absolutely amazing is an understatement! We got in about 8pm and the owner had sandwiches and wine for us as he explained their philosophy and the hotel layout. They have tuk tuk's available 24/7 at no charge. They give you a little phone if you're in town and need to call one to pick you up. They always offer to spray you with their organic bug spray before you leave and present you with a nicely scented cool cloth upon your return. One young lady noticed a couple mosquito bites I had on my arm while she was spraying me with the repellant to go out and offered to put some cream on them. The rooms are nice and spacious. If you want to feel like royalty this is the place!!!

Jaya House River Park Hotel has an outstanding service that amazes me for my holiday. The breakfast has good dishes you could order from the menu. Egg Benedict is the best (perhaps rice noodle the second best). They have free laundry so no need to worry about sweating in the daytime. You shouldn’t miss their complimentary coffee and spa. The hotel also provides free tuktuk service. Most of all, the staff are all friendly and thoughtful.

What a remarkable place. I cannot begin to say enough good things about Jaya House River Park. My husband and I took a 19-day tour of Indochina as part of an Audley Travel package and we were luck enough to be able to stay at Jaya House. From the moment we walked in and met Christian de Boer and his wonderful staff, we knew we had made the right choice. Each one of the staff members made our visit feel special. From the prompt service of having clothes cleaned and pressed, to the cleanliness of the grounds, to the spa service, everything about our stay was sublime. From what I understand, staff are hired locally and many have never worked in hospitality before. The training program they go through must be fantastic. Each staff was so courteous, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Food was well-prepared and breakfast options were plenty. Had a nice leisurely meal on the swings by the pool. Used the spa a few times. And the insect repellant line is top notch! The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer. For a treat when in Siem Reap, stay here. I hope to some day be back.

An amazing boutique hotel in siem reap Cambodia. Staff is amazingly attentive and helpful, restaurant is delicious, spa services were great and the location can't be beat. Eco-conscious with no plastics, community involvement and more. If you're going to see Angkor Wat this is absolutely the place to stay!

I have never been a paying guest at Jaya, however, I have many a time set in the foyer space and enjoyed the good hospitality and a lovely views. The arrival foyer is an open side of pavilion, draped in across netting, that attenuates the tropical light and gives filtered views across an expansive parkland. Leading by example, hotel has created the most beautiful forest garden on the riverbank. Even if you do not stay, then get upstairs to have a sunset cocktail.!

Our 3-night stay at Jaya House made our visit to Siem Reap exceptional. All elements of this beautiful boutique hotel are lush and welcoming. The General Manager and all of his colleagues though made the stay special. Their care, courtesy, professionalism and warmth are incomparable. When I do return to Siem Reap, I will not hesitate to stay at this wonderful property once again. An exceptional experience!

Jaya House is a truly exceptional resort experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with smiles and open arms. Jaya staff helped us set up guides and transportation, and the managers took the time to explain all aspects of the resort experience as well as check in about how our stay was going. Laundry service was impeccable, daily spa treatments were nice and it was easier than expected to secure and move appointments. The restaurant was excellent and we had several meals there as well as the included breakfast. While we were touring they even delivered a picnic lunch to Angkor Park. Jaya organics products in the bathrooms smell amazing. When our flight out of Siem Reap was significantly delayed, the Jaya team not only allowed us to come back and use the stunning facilities, but also set us up with a room where we could change and relax. Thank you, Jaya House, for the most incredible last stop on our honeymoon. It has been such a pleasure and we cannot wait to recommend you to friends back home.

Customer service at its best! We were lucky enough to stay at Jaya House River Park during our visit to Siem Reap. This boutique hotel is gorgeous & beautifully maintained. The customer service is beyond reproach & rivals any big city high end hotel we have stayed at around the world. Every single employee is exceptional in their attitude & customer service. Chris, the manager, is also amazing. He took care of everything for us and even thought of things we didn’t think of ourselves, like packing lunch for us on our excursion. We wish we could give higher than 5 stars for this experience. It truly deserves it.

Jaya House River Park is so much more than just a hotel! Christian, the owner, and his team create an incredible experience that allows guests to totally relax and immerse themselves in the beautiful oasis of Jaya House. The guest service is second to none! Every team member greeted us graciously and anticipated our needs at every turn. Jaya House also goes above and beyond with thoughtful surprises throughout the stay including bug spray before leaving for tours, cold towels when returning from the temples, and homemade ice cream delivered poolside. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the spa service was so luxurious, but the people are what made our stay most memorable! Thank you Jaya House Team for the incredible experience! We will see you again!

Together with my wife, we celebrated our 17-year wedding anniversary here. We could not have made a better choice. What a great ambience and friendly staff. The bar tender makes fantastic cocktails and this in combination with a beautiful sunset on the roof terrace, made our stay in this magnificent hotel to an enjoyable time.

We stayed at Jaya for 3 days as part of our honeymoon. The charm, authentic feel and absolute luxury of the place is second to none. Breakfast and included massages are an amazing plus! Fully recommend. Special mention for the staff who truly care about the customers’ comfort and happiness at all times of day or night. The level of service is impeccable and one of the best we’ve experienced. Don’t miss out of the avocado and Dhukka at breakfast

We had a great 3 night stay here. Staff are attentive and helpful, the pools amazing, great cocktails on the roof, very relaxing atmosphere. The beds super comfortable, great products in the bathrooms and immaculately clean. It's an oasis after a big day of sightseeing. We are already planning our return.

Amazing experience the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing the facilities were very well taken care of during COVID and the no plastic initiative is extremely innovative . The staff members are very nice and the hotel overall is amazing, I would 100% recommend it. Our tour guide Mr.T was awesome and really cheerful.

What a gem! We had a few enjoyable nights at Jaya House and the team there really pampered us from the moment we arrive. Glad that Cambodia is open and we can make the most out of the quiet time for sightseeing. Hope to return again soon.

Just fabulous! The service is outstanding and the staff cannot be more friendly. From the reception at the airport to daily service at the pool all amazing. The rooms and grounds are stunning. Having a drink at the skybar is a must. What’s great about the hotel is they have a great philosophy of helping local people and businesses and giving opportunities to those who would normally not get it. Worth coming back for!

An amazing stay in an amazing hotel. Even on the few days I was not well the care of the staff was so much more than expected. Nothing is too much trouble. The amenities are all you could hope for, including the sky bar where a beautiful view of the sunset is accompanied by the beautiful surroundings and attentive staff. If you are looking for a place to stay where you could ask for nothing more then this is the place. We stayed there in late January 2022 and came home totally relaxed.

If Paradise is on earth, definitely it is at Jaya House, from the first to the last minute of our stay there all had been absolutely divine. The Team is absolutely Amazing with a capital A and do everything to make you so comfy and relax. Each corner has been imagined for the pleasures of our senses as well of our eyes. Pools are great and a must try too. Our room was spotless and so relaxing with all imagined possible amenities. Definitely recommend it a million and cannot wait to return. Thank you

Our getaway at Jaya House River Park was just magical. As we entered the stunning foyer we were treated like royalty and all the stresses of our lives were quickly forgotten. We were made feel part of the Jaya family and the staff looked after our every need. Our room was spotlessly clean with touches of beautiful Cambodian artefacts on display. We reluctantly had to leave but were relaxed and refreshed felt so much better for our wonderful experience. Never a better time to visit Cambodia and this stunning six star hotel

Anything less than 5 stars would be an injustice to this incredible boutique hotel. They cater to sophisticated travelers who do not travel in throngs of dozens. Thank god! We loved our time here. Poolside drinks, massage in the afternoon and temples in the morning. We chose a room with its own plunge pool! It was fabulous as you can see by the photos we had complete privacy there and were very happy with the secluded nature of the interior lounge pool as per the video. Can’t miss location with world class service and staff that go out of their way to make you feel like a rockstar!
