👍👍 It's somewhat the great activities you may spend time with. I was surprised to have friendly staff at the museum to explain to you the directions and I wasn't expecting that. Will do it again People often mention museum, statues,

Excellent museum. All the information that you received in bits and pieces comes together in well written and detailed form (often hidden behind the displays). With $3 cover and a guide that will walk you through it couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Also we were the only people here.

It's a quaint little museum cum conservation centre run in partnership with Sophia university, with very few visitors. When we went the top floor was closed for construction, because of which they waived the entrance fee of 3$. This is an archeological museum exhibiting the digs around Siem Reap. There's a burial mound from Koh Te Meas (2000-500 BC) and one from Prei Khmeng (100-600AD) with assorted artifacts such as jewellery, beads, pottery etc on exhibition. There's also a gallery on 200 or so Buddha statues excavated from Batneay Kdei. Well worth a visit.

Nice but small museum. Price is 3 dollar is a bit expensive and they dont have a discount for students. But guide is included and it is very nice to hear about history 3 000 years ago.

A museum that contains only damaged Buddha statues excavated from Banteay Dei Temple. There are officers waiting to walk alongside you. Pressure to ban detailed photography with cell phones. And the use of cameras is also prohibited. Extremely unimpressed

Nice museum. Usually it does not have visitors. It is used mainly to store artifacts and also function as workshop for restoring artifacts.

Quiet museum with a small number of extremely good artefacts that cover the whole span of temple building. You get a guided tour of the highlights with your low cost ticket.

If you visit National Angkor Museum I recommend you to visit this museum. Most of relics are excavated from Banteay Kdei, Prei Kmeng, and so on. It's small but impressive because a variety of Buddha statues. Strong recommendation!

Somewhat interesting collection of artifacts from recent Japanese sponsored excavations. Not very well curated, simply a display of what was dug up. Exhibit tags lacked dates, most simply said “Angkor Period”.

Small but nice museum. We were guided through the exhibition by an English-speaking, friendly and funny employee and provided with interesting facts. The more than fair entrance fee is 3 USD. Thanks for the great tour!

(Translated by Google) We stopped on weekdays, but the hall is rattled Three guides were attached to each customer and it was a great deal There seems to be a staff who can guide you in Japanese, but unfortunately I didn't exist when I went ... So, all the guides in English (I only understood about half of my English skills. Sorry, the guide) There is a locker (no money required) beside the ticket counter, so if you are looking slowly, you should use this. Even if you look slowly, it was a small building of about an hour We recommend calling the tuk-tuk with the app to go back and forth (Original)

(Translated by Google) If you are interested in the discovered Buddha statue by looking at the excavation site of Banteay Kdei, please come here. It is regrettable that there are a lot of statues where the head is missing, but you can appreciate it slowly while you are in a reserved state. There is also Japanese commentary. (Original) バンテアイクデイの発掘場所を見て、発見された仏像に興味がわいたら、こちらへどうぞ。頭部が欠けた像が多いのが残念ですが、貸し切り状態でゆっくりと鑑賞できます。日本語解説もあります。
