I am well-pleased with the service and professionalism rendered by the staff at this clinic. The receptionists were polite, groomed and speak English. I received my professionally administered ART (US$45) one day before my SQ VTL flight. The test report was recognized & accepted by SIA check-in counter at the Phnom Penh inter'l airport. The clinic is conveniently located at The Bridge, near to BKK 1. So all the better.

Honestly the best medical centre I have been to in Phnom Penh. Highly professional staff that are extremely down to earth and friendly. I went for a check up this morning with Dr. Jason. From the staff at the front desk all the way to the doctor, I was treated with respect and kindness. English proficiency of all staff is excellent. The facility is top notch and there is order to how they do things. The manager of the medical centre spoke with me to make sure all is well. Mr. Van was a absolute dream to have as he took me from one place to the next and was waiting outside the consultation room to provide some moral support. I will never forget what he said to me... He said, " Patients come in sick so it's important I don't add to their problems but rather make sure they feel comfortable". Absolutely amazing service. I am extremely happy with my consultation. My husband and me went to take a Covid-19 test today. We made appointment via messenger. The COVID test and medical certificate for traveling to the US took about thirty minutes total. The staff over there are very polite, very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Van was very nice and helpful! The swap test was very gently and the cost is $45 for Antigen Rapid test to go to USA. It's cheaper than other place. I would highly recommend it!

The centre is spotless, quiet and calm. As soon as you walk in the friendly, professional staff, with perfect English, make you feel welcome. It's all very reassuring. But this is not all I was grateful for. I was in desperate need of a blood transfusion and after doing everything possible to help me find one, the staff, including the Doctor, donated their own blood and literally saved my life! There are not words enough to express my deep gratitude to them. Caring for customers is at the core of their practice and they could not have demonstrated it more clearly. My message to anyone who needs medical attention while in Cambodia is go to the Singapore Medical Center. You will not find better service anywhere else.

We were there a month ago for health check-ups with Dr. Logan. He was very thorough in his approach. We were able to ask questions and got a lot of great information to help us improve our health. The receptionists, nurses (especially Van), technicians were also very polite and professional. They brought us from one station to the next and we didn't feel lost in the system. It's great to be able to receive good medical care without the hassles of traveling to other countries.

A very good experience over all. Went to get an ART test (which cost 45$) for my upcoming flight to Singapore and took the opportunity to see a GP as well. Very (very) friendly staff with perfect English ; fairly priced services by Singapore or Western standards and utmost efficacy/quality of medical services, be it for the ART or the GP.

Some of the most efficient care I have ever received. I was seen immediately by Dr. Su-Lan who expertly provided not only diagnosis/treatment but full explanation along the way. Attended the medical centre with my daughter this morning. The facilities were excellent, staff were professional and attentive. We needed an x-ray and blood tests for a chest infection. In and out in under 3 hours with results and all the medication for the rest of our journey. Amazing! An expensive on stop medical centre experience but hopefully all covered by travel insurance.

To be honest, I've had annual mens medicals for years. In 2015 I lived in Singapore and from there up to today I've found the Drs to be more interested in themselves / their time, then their patient's. Even last year I went to SSMC and was very disappointed with the service staff and Drs. Today I went to SGMC and what a great experience it was too. Front of house staff behaved as it's they had, had training at a 5 Star hotel. ... So pleasant and efficient, Wow! The place was immaculately clean and comfortable and Dr Veasna could not have been more thorough in his examination and explanations. I whole heartedly recommend the Dr, the team and medical centre to anyone. Thanks guys 🙏.

Wow, what an amazing experience. I was first greeted by Mr. Khen with a smile and gratitude for choosing SGMC. The hospital was conveniently located in my building, and every staff had a smile waiting to welcome me with open arms There was a ceremony taking place the day of my arrival which caused a delay in seeing my doctor, but the wait was painless. Actually, I didn’t wait long at all or noticed that I was even waiting because of the hospitality. My doctor was very caring about my mental health, although I saw her for my lower back, which made me feel like they really cared about me as a person and did not see me as just another patient. I highly recommend this high level of care and hospitality to anyone visiting or living in Cambodia. I have found my new home!

I got a health checkup, and the experience was very pleasant. The clinic has modern facility, and the doctor provided clear instruction and explanation in each of the check up steps. Last but least, I had a good free breakfast after the checkup as well. 😂

Very Professional, helpful & efficient. Needed Rapid Test for Travel. They answer FB messenger quickly but you can also walk in. Right away the staff come & check on you, make sure you know what paperwork to fill out etc.. Make sure to have your passport & vaccination card. To find it you enter the Bridge SOHO Shopping Mall, take the escalator that says 3A to the top & you will be right at the entrance of the clearly marked lobby. I even got a confirmation & congratulations of negative test 🌝. Processed was efficient, faster than I thought & I repeat professional. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Singapore Medical Center. Two years in a row I did my Annual Health Checks with Dr. Jason Logan and Dr. Sulin. They were very thorough and took time to explain the results of my health check. This past year, I was able to get 2 Carpal Tunnel Release Surgeries at the SGMC. The surgeon, Dr. Roy Koh (from Singapore) did an excellent job on both surgeries and flew in from Singapore both times. I was so thankful that I could get this surgery done in Cambodia and not have to fly out to Bangkok for surgery.

I was able to book an appointment on short notice. The staff were all welcoming, professional, and helpful. Dr. Logan took time to discuss with me what additional checks and vaccines he’d recommend for my well visit, and gave me the information I needed to make my own decisions. He called afterwards and gave me a thorough explanation of my results. I had an hour before my next meeting and decided to spend that time at the clinic because it was so clean, quiet, and comfortable.

An absolutely wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable staff. We needed to do some tests for my 9 year old son. We were greeted warmly by the front end staff and helped us understand what the procedures are for getting checked in. When we were in with the doctor, for the appointment, I was so thankful for the knowledge and ability of the doctor to connect with my son, as well as give clear advice on how to move forward. I highly recommend this medical center!
