Cool spot beside the Tuol Sleng museum. Part co-working space, part café. $2 for the first hour, $0.50 per 15 mins thereafter to a max of $5 for the day with unlimited drinks, high speed wifi, free printer and free cookies.

Very interesting and creative concept so that you only pay for the time you spent, not the drinks you order. Overall very quiet atmosphere. You can customise your own drinks. Pricing is really affordable - they could easily charge more! Drinks and protein balls have been great!

Such a cool cafe! A must go place for some peace and quiet accompanied with great drinks. I thought it was too good to be true, but it actually was unlimited drinks for $2 an hour, madness! 🤩

Great place to chill and relax (or work) during a hot day! Free-flow hot and cold drinks, you just pay the time you spend there... And it's cheap! Love it, definitely gonna come back often

Stumbled on this cafe by accident whilst roaming around Phnom Penh. Ended up paying $2 for an hour of drinks and cookies in a cozy and quiet environment which was ideal for work. Basically the dream and the waitress was lovely! Can't recommend it enough.

This is your ideal co-working space with free flow tea and coffee. A whole day with free wifi, aircon, great playlist and friendly staff sets you back 4.95 USD.

This café is a hidden gem and a great, peaceful recovery place after visiting the Genocide Museum one minute away. You pay for time instead of drinks (but never more than the price of 1 drink). The little details and the friendliness of this place is just amazing: For to-go drinks they give you 50% discount for bringing your own cup. Everything for the eat-in is plastic free. Love this approach!

I came here because i want something cold to drink and the person was so kind and helpful. She explained to us in english that this cafe is a time cafe and you pay for the time spent here while the drinks and cookies are free. The drinks are really good and they allow customisation which is very interesting. You can mix and match the syrups, toppings, sugar level, etc. They have free wifi and printers which makes this the perfect place to do work!

Love the peace, and the price! For me as a first timer, the quality, tasty drinks were a great surprise 😋 I'll be back for sure.

Really cool style of service! Was a bit confusing at first cause we've never come across a cafe like this before with the flashcard style of ordering but the staff very kindly and patiently explained the system and the drinks and free cookies were delicious!

What a cool idea. You pay for time spent as opposed to the products you buy. Perfect place to cool down from the sun. Thank you!

We got there scaping from a really hot day, after being outside the whole time. Their fresh drinks and AC gave us life again. Staff is really nice and we got to try 2 drinks thanks to their “time system”!

What a nice place! USD 2 all you can drink in one hour (0.50 for each additional 15').

The concept is great, you feel good to work there, prices are attractive but... Everyday you have problem with electricity (it's not only Suzy but all the neighborhood)... The 5 last times I came there, I losted my work like that so now I come less often.

Awesome shared working space. $2 the first houe and $0.5 every 15 mins after the first hour and up to $5. Unlimited drinks and simple snacks. Great set up and very comfy environment to be working in. Power points at each table and there is a printer for guests to use. Excellent place to get some work done with lovely drinks.

Wish we could have stayed longer cause for sure I’d have enjoyed another tea! Waitress is so sweet and explained how it works. Lovely oasis as soon as you cross the entrance. Definitely a place where you can either relax, study or even work online.

Came here to rest after visiting S21. Good atmosphere, free flow drinks and you pay by the hour ($2 for first hour, $0.5 for every subsequent 15 mins, and after 2.5 hours it is $5 for the whole day). Drinks customisation is via these cards, which are interesting.

A cafe where you pay for the time and not the food. A great place for people who wfh or who do remote work. Good drinks at very affordable price.

We came across this cafe accidentally as the museum was closed for lunch. Such a nice space to chill out and to get some work done. Drinks are free and you pay for the time you spend. Great selection of drinks to choose from, free biscuits and water and the staff are very lovely!

The best coffee place I went to in Phnom Penh. I was looking for a quiet and sunny place to work with my laptop and I found the perfect spot. Highly recommend - you have super fast wifi and plugs everywhere to charge. The waitress is a sweetheart, the place is super clean and tastefully decorated. Will definitely come back :)

Great place to come to get some work done. The format of Suzy's is very nice. The Wifi is very good, lots of power outlets to plug things into, tasty coffees and teas, and cookies to nibble on. This is, by far, my go-to "cafe" in the Toul Sleng area.

Very cool idea and place! Take a coworking spot, mash it up with a coffee shop and bill by the hour to a daily max of only $5 (spring 2022). Good wifi, tasty drinks, comfy A/C, and a the ability to print a few pages if you need to. Thanks for making a great space!
