Mr. Rock is definitely one of the greatest man I have ever seen. His humor and hospitality really makes feel warm. The drink and food is also impeccable. It’s a huge loss if you didn’t come here when you visit Phnom Penh.

Omelette is my most favorite dishes and I also love their double espresso, strong and sweet. I like the vibe there too, it’s so peaceful. And the owner there, Pu Rock, he’s so friendly and especially, his music taste is beautiful. Highly recommend this to everyone.

I was recommended to go here while in Phnom Penh, and it didn't disappoint. I had the Khmer Amok (chicken) and it was superb. Also mango 🥭 smoothie was delicious. Would highly recommend. Owner is really personable and engaging. Follow up to this review, back again after three weeks before heading home,. If you love your coffee, you won't find any better than here in Phnom Penh, and dare I say Cambodia.

Pu rock it's for my point of view, the best latte in the area, serve good western and local food. The owner and his are very lovely. Good little place to relax or to work on computer as they got good wifi connection. Surely will come back without hesitation

Had a wonderful experience at PU Rock Cafe. Rock makes a great iced cappuccino in a very comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend taking a break from the PP heat and enjoy!

The food was so good! Amazing Khmer food with great vegetarian options. If you get a vegetarian meal he’ll ask if you eat eggs meaning making it vegan is so easy. The smoothies and other drinks are very nice as well. The guy who runs the front was so funny and friendly. Great experience all round. Such an awesome space with a lot of cool plants and fun decorations.

We came here just for the food — fantastic local food with options for both my vegetarian husband and myself. The lok lak is a must-try, with both tofu or beef! Amazing coffee smoothie, funny and charming owner, and great prices.

Amazing experience here with Mr.Rock! (He speaks good English!)Super friendly and amazing service. All the staffs were nice to us even if they are not fluent in English! Sadly that most of the food are sold out due to the water festival and he couldn’t get all the ingredients. But overall we had a good time here.

We had lunch at the Pu Rock Cafe and the food was amazing and the owner really lovely. The Cafe Latte was a real work of art!! Compared to other restaurants Pu Rock Cafe offers local cuisine at western standards and local prices. We loved the food so much that we came back again for breakfast. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome!

The Amok was so divine I decided to cancel my next lunch spot to order more stuff at this cafe. Stir-fried mango was just as amazing. Topped it all with a delicious mango and passion fruit smoothie that was so fresh! Bonus: Mr. Rock was friendly and charming. He even tried to make me feel at home with his adorable imitation of some Australian slang.

Very delicious food, especially the tofu lok lak! If you are not vegan, let the chef know and they will add an egg, as it's closer to the original recipe. But the vegan variation is also very nice with the most delicious lime pepper sauce I've ever eaten. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

This place is one of the best in Phnom Penh. Very clean and higher hygiene standards comparing to other places in Cambodia. I always feel good vibes here. And the food is so tasty and satisfying. Everything under 4.50 USD. I had at least one meal from here everyday.

I discovered A Pu Rock Café while passing by a couple times. I decide to go in blind due of my curiosity. My first encounter was that he mistook me for a Japanese person despite the fact that I am Cambodian. After that I been coming here when ever I have free time. His humor is fantastic and his excellent when it come to welcoming guest. My favorite café shop so far. Today I trying out his new vegans menu which taste fantastic but need more sauce. As for Café I really enjoy the peppermint café the smell is very good. Plus the place is very popular for foreigners and very pack during lunch time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great time or just chilling around.

I went here about a month ago and had the stir fried mango with chicken which was incredibly delicious and a great portion. The dark photo is because the power went out right after I’d ordered but the chef still cooked in the dark, served everyone in the completely full restaurant and the waiter came round with candles which was so lovely! Highly recommend this place!

Some of the best coffee in Phnom Penh, really good and affordable food, and the owner is the kindest guy in town who is constantly trying out new ideas to take his place to the next level. I love Pu Rock’s—so worth it!

A fantastic place, the coffee latte looked and tasted amazing. Recommend the Tofu Stir and fresh mango shake. Mr Rock is amazing, his story on how he learnt English, the accents he can put on, and his attention to fresh, local supplies, filtered water for ice, and environmentally conscious of re-usable straws not as steel but glass so we can see the drinks continuously!

We had a wonderful dinner here the other evening, I tried the tofu Loklak which was the best local cuisine I'd had in a long while, it had so much flavour!! I also had a mango and passion fruit smoothie which was really yummy too. We came back for breakfast the next day and I really enjoyed my Nutella pancakes!! My other half had the stir fried ginger chicken for dinner and an omelette with toast for breakfast and he recommends both as well!! Fantastic service here, so friendly and really good vegetarian options, and great value! This is only a short walk away from our hotel too, highly recommend!

Also there is oat and almond milk for coffee❤️ latte with oat milk wonderful! Highly recommend to try vegetarian lok lak with tofu and stir fried mango with tofu. This is local Khmer food and it tastes great! Owner is amazing! Every time we come to this place it feels like this place has there own soul and a lot of good vibes. You really need to visit this place, guys! Thank you so much for everything! Wish you all the best and hope to see you again one day!

Lunch was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options! Really nice mango smoothie too and great service. We also booked the tuk tuk driver advertised with the restaurant to S21 prison and the killing fields - he was such a nice guy. Looked after us really well, was kind, helpful and reliable. Would highly recommend.

Opened up their new more spacious place on 242 street. Best breakfast sandwich I had in South East Asia. You should try their special ice tea too. Ill comeback to have some of their local food also. The owner, Mr. Rock is a kind hearted friendly man and that reflects on his cafe.

This cafe is must visit when you are in Phnom Penh. The menu has something for everyone, whether you want international food or Khmer food and it’s delicious. I visited this cafe every day when I was in Phnom Penh. The service is brilliant and Roc the owner is super friendly and has very good English. He’s quick with a joke and makes you feel right at home! Can’t recommend this cafe enough.

Awesome ambience on a hot day of exploring the city. Good fans so it was cool on a 35/95 degree day, good convo, We stopped here for a brunch because we skipped breakfast. Food was on point and fresh. We had stir fried chicken and long beans, chicken Amok, fruit plate, spring rolls, Pandan Latte and Cambodian iced coffee all delicious! I already ate the stir fried chicken and long beans so they are missing from my photo🤣 everything is nice and clean including the toilet.

I went there three days in a row - it's a beautiful place with a really nice guy (his English is good and if it's not too busy he might find the time to chat to you). The food is so tasty - I had vegan Amok, fruit juice and always some coffee - the Cambodian coffee is really nice and the one in the photo is a coffee latte - looks soo good and tastes even better! The atmosphere is relaxed, prices are fair, it will be the first place to come back if I should get the chance to visit Phnom Penh again :) thank you so much!!!

Wah wah wee wah! This place has very nice food and drinks, my friend. It is a shiny gem in PP. Mr. Rock is always making the atmosphere very nice, very nice indeed. You should definitely try the stir fried mango, it will make your mouth water like the mighty Kazakhstani river. Keep up the good work, my friends! Great success!

This place absolutely deserves its 5 star rating! From the sandwiches to the curry every meal is so tasty and delicious, the coffee is truly the best, rich and strong without even a hint of bitterness and the breakfast menu held up to expectation too. I've never met someone like Rock before, he was so welcoming and friendly, immediately striking up an easy conversation that felt effortless, the second time we visited he had remembered our names and greeted us like old friends. I wish him and his wife all the best in their new location and success with their hostel that is due to open.

This place is just perfect. Mr. Rock is an incredible host and has made my stay in Phnom Pehn a great one. You cannot miss their food. I have eaten several times here and every dish is as tasty as the next one. From the coffee, to the smoothies, to the french toast to every khmer typical dish you will not regret coming here and will definitely want to come back. If you want to try khmer food you should definitely try the deep fried fish which comes with a fantastic tamarind sauce. This is a very typical khmer dish that you will not find everywhere (meaning with this specific sauce) since it is usually served with mango salad. The Amok and LokLak are not to be missed either. Thanks Mr. Rock for always welcoming me back, you are the best 🙏🏻

At first the impressions were very pleasant: the waiter was nice and friendly. Amok, the springrolls were very tasty. But at the end, when we paid in dollars, the waiter slipped a dollar banknote with writing on it, which is now not accepted anywhere, which we, of course, did not know. Check your banknotes before leaving the cafe!

We stumbled upon this cafe after a 7 hour bus ride. We were just looking for a quick bite to eat before heading to bed. The service was very slow. We had finished our drinks before the food came out. Our dishes came out quite a few minutes apart. My dish was- eh. I had confused them by asking for the Fried Beef Noodles with no vegetables. To me, that is simple- make the same dish as usual, just don't add vegetables. I may be wrong, but it seems like they tried to dress the dish up since it no longer had vegetables. What I got seemed to be some attempt at turning it into a spaghetti dish. It was edible, but definitely not what I was expecting to be served and nothing that would prompt me to return to this spot. On the other hand, my son loved his dish, despite how long it took to be served.
