I joined in 2018 because although I'd practiced other styles in the past and was already a member of a local Muay Thai club, I was curious to see what kickboxing could offer me to broaden my skill set. For me personally, I was not disappointed. ISK was and still is a very friendly and welcoming club and offers training for all ages. There are no ego's or show offs, everyone helps everyone regardless of age, gender or ability. I'd highly recommend joining or coming to have a look at ISK and see for yourself 👌

A Martial Arts club with great emphasis on personal development. We (my wife, self and our son) have been pleasantly surprised by the strong personal and family-centric ethos of the club, as our son attends the youngest children’s programme, too. The Master and his team are warm, empathetic, approachable and exceptionally skilled. They leave no tables unturned in both helping one feel safe, but also appropriately challenged to become the best martial artist and individual they can and should be. Their safeguarding policy, in a complex environment that definitely needs it, is second to none. We are really fortunate to have found ISK Martial Arts Redruth.

We have been attending ISK Martial Arts for almost a year now. Understandably the past year was difficult, however Robert and the team ensured that my daughter was still able to carry out her lessons. Weekly zoom sessions were a great way to still interact, keep fit and complete grading. Since returning the team have ensured that my daughter can attend sessions in a safe and secure environment. We are so pleased we found this group and even willing to travel afar to attend, the team are so friendly and acommendate out needs. Robert is so passionate about his role and this has influenced my daughter to become a great student. We can't recommend this group enough.

I’m so glad I found Tang Soo Do at ISK Martial Arts. Master James and all the team are so welcoming, and work hard to make every session different and fun for everyone. Being a beginner in a martial art can be daunting, but the team are so encouraging and confidence inspiring that you always come away having learnt something new. Started as a total beginner last summer, but felt right at home with the instructors and the rest of the group. I soon signed up for a monthly membership, after finding the lessons great exercise, good fun and well planned. I learnt lots in my first couple of months and completed my first grading from White belt to Yellow belt, everything it involved was explained to me and I felt confident I could complete it. I’d highly recommend ISK Martial Arts to anyone looking for a fun yet disciplined art and a fantastic workout each session.

My daughter and I have been members of ISK for a number of years and its a truly amazing gym with an exceptional team who cater for all levels & ages. Master James and his Team are always really friendly, helpful and put together great sessions where you know you've had a good workout!

I am so glad I found ISK both my kids (5&9) are absolutely loving it. My son can be a bit shy and nervous of going to new things but within 10 minutes he was getting stuck in and he really enjoyed it. The staff are amazing and made us feel so welcome. Thanks so much x
