Ridiculously good! Best meal we've had in years (and we've had plenty). Chef delivered every course and explained them all, really informative. Would seriously recommend to anyone wanting a treat.

We had the tasting menu option with paired wines. The canapés were exceptional and set the tone for the rest of the meal. Genuinely enjoyed each and every course and we were impressed with some of the wine selections and talk throughs. Staff very attentive and we were particularly impressed with some of the young talents who were knowledgeable about the food. We haven't been in years but so worth the wait as it's as good as I remember.

Honestly one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten. The taste was phenomenal and the flair was exquisite. Exceeded restaurants with Michelin stars. Cannot wait to be able to visit again.

Only had a drink here, to be fair it's a full on foodie place and very smart too. Based on our brief experience it's as you would expect, very premium, smart service, good surroundings. The food we saw looked amazing, though looking at the menus saw zero vegan choices- not judging this as we were not eating and possible that the vgn options were elsewhere, for others to advise. Otherwise quiet a place

Fantastic experience - food is superb, only to be surpassed by the service. An absolute gem of an establishment - people need to visit. We both ate at the restaurant and stayed in one of the rooms - dinner was excellent & was matched with an outstanding breakfast.

Faultless. Amazing food with great flavour combinations and the service was brilliant. The restaurant is just the right balance of delivering high end food in an easy to consume environment. Nothing pretentious, not too fussy and sensible pricing for the standards it is delivering.

What a pub, incredible drinks choice with plenty on the menu for all kinds of drinkers. Food tasted top notch, came out quickly and the selection is huge for meat lovers and veggies. Manager Amy clearly knows how to run a great pub, if you’ve never been then go! If you have been, go again! Highly recommend.

Great set up. Attentive and polite staff. Great menu. Only observation would be that the wine flight is a bit steep and some of the courses could have been a little warmer. But the food was delicious, well presented with informative explanation. We really enjoyed our meal. Would recommend.

There’s eating out at a pub and then there’s eating out at a pub. Sensational. Food is on another level of good and service was first class, personal and just all round brilliant. Food is delicious - so good you can’t describe it! Just go experience for yourself. Loved it

Wow! This place is quite something. The food is comparable with Sat Bain’s and the service is nothing short of absolutely perfect. The staff are knowledgeable, theatrical and very humble. I’d be happy to forfeit all my meals out for an annual visit here. Repeat visits from anyone I’ve recommended you to.

My word! We came for a quiet meal with friends and were taken on a culinary journey to another planet! Each dish literally alive with flavours which seemingly dance with one another. Food, service and location honest and perfect in every way. Thank you.

Great food, some the best I have eaten and beautifully presented . Very efficient and friendly service, the staff are knowledgeable about both the food and the wines and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable and stylish furniture and well spaced tables. I just can’t recommend this gastro pub enough.
