😠 Do not use this car park if you can park in the blue zone on the surface or by paying the weekly rates to be able to park in the blue zone. I think it is the most expensive parking lot I have ever parked in in my life. €10 for 3 hours. Furthermore, the condition it is in does not match the price.... People often mention parking, park,

I think it is a parking lot that is very poorly lit. With the price they charge they could put a few light bulbs in the parking areas and lower the rates to more appropriate prices.

Great place to park your car while visiting the shops and restaurants in Peñiscola. Cheap and safe.

The underground car park is very easy to reach by vehicle. The parking spaces are relatively narrow and dark, and the slope of the entrance is such that lower vehicles do not hit the ground. The maximum headroom is 1.90m. Prices are calculated per minute (€0.0490 per minute), the daily maximum rate is €29. There are service staff available and toilets are available for underground car park users. However, these are very dirty. The location of the garage is great.

Exorbitant prices if you don't pay up front. The large friendly poster carries the prices if you pre-pay. A small plain paper, not in line of sight, has the prices if you don't prepay. Result: 48 Euros for 2 days. The machine also did not take my card so I had to use cash. Avoid this money grabbing enterprise if you can.

Terrible customer service. We went into the parking lot because at the entrance it said there were spaces available. We get to the barrier (which works with license plate recognition) and it doesn't open. We call the phone and the girl tells us that the parking lot is full and will open when someone leaves. It seems strange to us because we see many empty places, but okay. We have been there for more than 20 minutes without being able to move either in front or behind because there was also a line of cars waiting behind us. We have called the phone on three different occasions and the girl always gave us the same answer even though we told her that there were many free seats. In the end, talking to the people in the cars behind, we pulled the car back several meters and moved forward again and then the barrier opened. In other words, it was a problem with the license plate recognition camera and the customer service worker (to say the least) had not even bothered to check if there were spaces available in the parking lot or bothered to consider that the camera had failed. A little shame. Worst of all, my partner suffers from agoraphobia and has been on the verge of a panic attack because of being trapped. I tried to complain at the window inside but there was no one and they didn't help me.

The signs at the entrance said "Libre" meaning "free of charge" but it wasn't so very misleading. Ended up costing over €5 for just over 2 hours. Spaces also very tight and we did not have a big car

😐 Easy access to the castle and beaches BUT not easy to pay. For up to 3 days it is easier to pay with coins, you need about €10 for a 12 hour day. Cards and notes are not accepted! You are encouraged to download an app and enter bank details. The larger car park by the harbour has a machine where yo...
