Wonderful experience ! We had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the spa manager, Mr. Daniel Bubczyk for ensuing that everything was perfect during our time there. His attention to detail and dedication to customers satisfaction truly made a big difference. The massage therapists Daniela and Erika were exceptional ! Their skills and techniques were exactly what we needed for a rejuvenating and deeply relaxing massage. They both made us feel comfortable and pampered throughout the session. We left the spa feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and grateful for such a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to return for another visit ! Pristine, luxurious surroundings with amazing spa and fitness facilities. The pink-hued steam room for ladies and hydro pool are perfect for unwinding, whilst the spacious gym is fully equipped with a great selection of machines, weights, bands, TRX, sliders and much more. Could easily spend all day here!

Superlative spa experience! The effort put into this luxury health club is clearly visible from the moment you enter. Everything is finished to an extremely high degree. The fitness and wellness offerings are second to none. Highly recommended for membership.

Every time we visit, it's fantastic. The changing rooms are beautiful, the pool, steam room and sauna are all great. Love the spa lounge before the treatment, the truffle nuts are always a hit. Staff are really nice and very helpful. Massage was good, the tables heat up, it's all very relaxing.

My husband got me a massage here for my birthday. After having the worst massage I’ve ever had, they offered my husband and I a 2 course lunch at the club restaurant. When I replied with which date was suitable I never heard back. Had an afternoon tea booked here in November. I will definitely be cancelling.

The best staff. All treatments (massage and pedicure) by Aneta were lovely and facilities all clean and looked new. I highly recommend booking in advance. The time for two package was great, you can tell the team is managed well and they work to very high standards of care. The "light lunch" ended up being extremely filling!! It was perfect

I went to sip tea during The afternoon fruit tea is very good. The taste is just right, As for the dessert, each piece has a flavor. Touch your tongue and feel it. Eh! But after chewing for 3 seconds, it was very delicious. Overall, perfect!!

Delightful experience from the start to the end. The Tata Harper Awakening & Energising Body Ritual treatment I had with Daniela was truly amazing. The treatment starts with a full body scrub, a body mask, and a mini facial and ends with a 60 min massage. Daniela was so gentle yet so efficient for the first part of the treatment (so much to get done in 60 mins!). The massage afterwards was THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD. The pressure she applied was firm and perfect throughout and she oh so skillfully found all the sore and tight spots that really needed work. Other staff I assisted me were helpful and kind. The facilities are great - I easily spent another hour outside of treatment in the hydronic pool, sauna, steam room and the lounge.
