Today I visited Space NK in Battersea and had quite a shocking experience. I came in to look at the rare beauty collection and was interrupted by a tall lady with black curly hair shouting at an unreasonable volume to another colleague across the store. I do not know why this was done in front of many customers. I was shocked to see such an unprofessional work environment. Other workers were pleasant and well mannered but this had definitely hindered my experience at this establishment and has me questioning on if I will return to this store.

Both Angel and Tam were so helpful today, Angel assisted with finding mine and my 2 friends perfect foundation match! And gave me a makeover!! My friend accidentally got lipstick all over her sleeve, Tam spotted this & was such a gem in helping us remove the stains as much as possible! Both of the girls were so friendly & were amazing to talk to! So glad we were welcomed with amazing service.

My first visit was amazing, I didn't really know where to start but a BIG BIG BIG shoutout to Samuel, such a lovely person who took time helping me understand my skin, with amazing advice.

I had an enjoyable shopping experience at this shop and was met with an amazing customer service by Samuel! They helped me find a concealer and took their time to find the best match in terms of price, quality, and shade. Thank you for the friendly service and makeup tips! x

I went to the space nk battersea store a couple days ago. I usually come to this store and its usually nice. However, there was a man and a woman working the store that day and they did not greet me or ask how i was and they kept looking at me and laughing. They turned the environment quite uncomfortable for me. Honestly left feeling dissapointed. Have not returned since.

Had a makeup refresh/makeover with Aweeza and it was fantastic. She was really attentive and carefully chose products according to my skin type, skill level (pretty low) and personality. I wanted to use NARS foundation and concealer, Aweeza matched my colours perfectly and I was thrilled with the final outcome. I rarely use bronzer but Aweeza showed me how to apply it for my face shape. Brilliant experience overall. On the day I booked, Natasha was really helpful in getting me an appointment, signing me up for the membership card and giving me my birthday freebie. Great experience at space NK from start to finish!

I went in to get concealer and met Aweeza. She is an amazing amazing person , so sweet and knows exactly what she is talking about without making you feel forced . She was super super thoughtful in terms of figuring out what I liked first before jumping the gun and making me feel like I needed to buy things because she thought it was right . I quite rarely write reviews because I tend to hate the hard sell approach and making me feel like I’m not being listened to so I tend to browse by myself . But I’m so so glad I met her ! I’m coming back just to see her to do my makeup ❤️ . Please go see Aweeza if she is there you will not regret it !

Hanan was so sweet and helpful :) First time I've ever felt welcomed in Space NK and it was all thanks to Hanan. She is a credit to the team and I hope her efforts are recognised.

Great staff and wonderful shop! Massive thank you to Debora as she couldn't be more helpful and welcoming despite the shop getting ready for closing. 100% would recommend popping in and checking out some of their stuff, and don't worry if you don't know much about beauty products you will definitely find the help you need.

Layla and Tamara were absolutely fantastic! They helped me choose an entire range of make-up and even gave me recommendations for brushes. Great customer communication and useful tips which I will continue to use. Cannot fault their excellent service at the shop. Thank you very much!!

How lush the people were in this store!!! I popped in just to pick up a sample of the new SkinRocks cleanser. I didn’t need to purchase anything today, just pick that up. And they were SO lovely and kind. Thank you SpaceNK Battersea people!!! 🧡🧡🧡

I wasn’t greeted when I came in and some of the staff members were talking to each-other loudly from one side of the shop to the other. However as soon as Hanan came over she helped me no end and I spent almost double I wanted to because of her amazing customer service and help with all of the products.
