Lovely clean home from home is what it is offering. Yet I am astounded at some of the things that is not included. Couple of pods for the coffee maker, a couple if tea bags. We are in the UK and this us offered by even the cheapest b&b! So perhaps not quite home from home. Also tv not working correctly as a smart TV which spoils the again idea if home from home. Otherwise, clean newly furnished and spacious. Heating or cooling is centrally directed which doesn't help when the rooms were freezing and no one can be contacted after 5 to sirt this out. Some version of at least one person at the front at least till midnight would be of great value. Overall location is great as close to station and to wonderful independendent shops and cafes. Enjoy... but bring your coffee and tea with you!

Fantastic location! Majestic building with cozy, big and beautifully renovated apartments. 5-Stars standards. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We stayed for two nights and had an unforgettable weekend in the heart of London. You can take a stroll in the Hyde Park, or take the bus or tube to the London attractions. Very friendly Staff.Just perfect!

We stayed in a beautiful renovated apartment. The entire hotel has been renovated to a very high standard! The apartment had everything you need in the kitchen, even a dishwasher! There is plenty of storage, great shower, and an amazing bed! So comfortable! The staff at reception are helpful, professional and kind. I'll give a 10 out of 10. Amazing location by Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

Spent a weekend with friends and it was the perfect place to stay. The apartments have everything you need, the location is fantastic, just across Hyde Park, and the staff most helpful. Highly recommended!

Clean, close to public transport, very nice neigborhood and close to Hyde Park. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff through the whole stay. The only hiccup is that the ceilings are very low on the upper floor.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. Opposite Hyde Park. Great for walking to tourist sites and close to tube stations too. Only downside was that bins hadn't been emptied in bathroom and cheese left on a knife.

Excellent stay, wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 4 and the doggie. The service was faultless and we were well looked after., nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect great for walks, and wandering down to Kendington. Easy access to tubes and bus is just near. Always a pleasure at Hapimag 😊
