Wow! My son loved his gaming party! We hired the van for 90 minutes and they all had such a great time. 10 children (8-11 years) all having fun, playing games and sharing the games. Ryan was running late due to traffic but phoned ahead and still did the full 90 minutes. Set up took 5 mins and Ryan was amazing with them all. He explained the rules of the van and made sure Samuel got to select the first game he played. He made sure they switched from console to handheld controllers to ensure everyone had a chance to play. I was a bit nervous booking something I hadn’t had recommended but I didn’t need to be. Everything went smoothly and the children loved it. Would highly recommend Gaming Warriors!

We had Gaming Warriors attend a party for our 10 year old! Cannot rate enough! Demi who I contacted first to arrange booking was quick and efficient, she kept in regular contact with me right to the morning of the party. I received a weeks payment reminder thankfully other wise I would have missed payment due date. On the day, we have Ryan the party host turn up, he was AMAZING with all the children and even the parents. I mentioned to Demi prior to the party that I didn’t want the children playing certain games and Ryan made sure that all games were age appropriate to the party guests. I rate this company 10/10. BEST GAMING BUS IN SURREY!

Best birthday a 10 year could ask for. Everything went smoothly from booking through to the party itself. The host had obviously run loads of these parties before and answered questions like "why can't we play GTA" with humour. I was impressed at how well equipped the van was, not just the consoles and screens but also lights, steering wheels and games.

Such a great solution for a birthday party! All of the fun and none of the stress and mess. Ryan was great with the kids - my 11 year old and nine friends had a great time. And Demi has been spot on with communication. Would definitely recommend.

The bus was half an hour late which made for a very stressful time trying to entertain 9 over excited kids for 45 mins. Because it was late starting it was late finishing which meant my husband had to miss the end and also delayed parents for pick up. The most disappointing thing here however is no apology received, no explanation given other than the bus driver had a different time start despite numerous emails confirming the start time required. No apology given even a week later. The bus itself was good and for the time the boys were in it, it was a success. But the unnecessary and unexplained stress before and afterwards is what leads me to give 3 stars. I expect better customer service than this for the money I paid which was being demanded a week before the party by text messages despite stating whilst booking that balance due 2 days before. I can forgive the lateness but not the rudeness.

Party was great kids all had a great time Ryan was a brilliant party host. Only 4 stars as he was late, traffic can't be helped, but a courtesy msg or call would have been nice, had to make 2 phone calls, to find out where he was. and contact all parents to say we were running 30min, late if he had been on his own would have been acceptable as he was driving but there were 2 of them. but all excellent when they finally arrived .

I hired the Gaming Warriors Party Bus for my son’s 11th birthday. Fantastic service from start to finish… efficient with the booking and then a brilliant time had by all on the day! Kids were fully entertained by Ryan who managed all their demands and ensured everyone was happy while the parents enjoyed 2 hours peace and a calm house! Couldn’t recommend more.
