There were 4 staff around the door doing nothing. When I asked for help, the young man asked me to wait while he spoke to another colleague right in front of me. I had 2 young children, and asked for help with finding shoes in my son’s size. Not one of the four staff helped, and told me someone else should be there (whom I couldn’t find). I went back, and asked for help, and they managed to locate this person, who begrudgingly got the shoes. I had to ask for her to put it on my son’s feet. My impression is most of these staff are teenagers who couldn’t care less.

No money refunds in-store purchases, you get a voucher instead to spend it back on something else, you will become a prisoner. Your money is held prisoner to be spent in store again even if you need it to eat. Sport Direct Store policy is wrong I won't and don't advise anyone to buy from them until the exploitation ends.

Abysmal service - hardly any staff upstairs, had to walk around the store to find someone to check footwear size, eventually found someone who just went out the back, came out gave me the box and walked off, no words said, the person at the till was also silent and was too busy trying to do multiple things at once rather than concentrate on their job to serve at the till. Been to a few sports directs, and this is by far the worst staffed one I have ever been too. One star is flattering. Pathetic.

Absolutely shocking, no way anyone has genuinely put 5 stars for this store. We had to buy some new shoes for a 4 year old who had splint fitted for her leg and foot. Had to find shoes to fit, so we have to buy 2 different sizes of the same shoe. Not to easy to put them on her in store, so we bought 4 pairs. Tried to take the ones that didn't fit back. Refused a refund by ignorant and rude people. Gave us store credit, tell you something now. Keep the money, got no interest in ever stepping foot in your store ever again. Absolutely vile.

the lady who served us was lovely, good selection of football shirts and cute pokemon plushies

They rarely ever have the right shoe sizes in stock and the majority of the staff couldn't care less to help if they tried. What an awful place.

The costumer service it s absolutely disgusting.

They didn't have in stock the right size shoes for neither me or my son.A little disappointed.
