After enjoying their YouTube videos for many months, I finally had the opportunity to visit Love Luxury and pick up a souvenir. I was absolutely delighted to find that Adam and Marya were there at the store, and they were just as warm and helpful in person as they are in their videos! It was so lovely to chat with them, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about bags and watches. The inventory was, of course, stunning and in amazing condition. After I made my selection, Adam wrapped my purchase himself, which was simply above and beyond. Thank you Adam and Marya, I cannot wait to visit Love Luxury again on my next trip to the UK! Quite difficult finding good prices while being able to retain great customer service…. First time buying and the Queen Bee - Marya - got my Rolex paid out in 35 mins. I’m not kidding. The whole process for selling my B30 from start til the end has been handled in a very professional way by Adam and Marya. As soon as I stepped in the boutique I was warmly welcomed by the staff and I felt immediate at ease. The bank transfer came even quicker than I expected, after 2 days I could see the transaction into my account.
