Couldn’t recommend Hyde Park Design enough and have been meaning to leave this review for ages. They were patient and super talented in helping us design the ring we wanted and understand so much about it all throughout the process. Cannot wait to head back to do it all again for the wedding rings. If you’re not sure where to go for an engagement ring don’t even bother hopping from store to store booking appointments - just head straight here and you won’t regret it.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Sean and Paul are very honest and warm people who always provide the best service and nothing is too much trouble. They have designed and produced wedding bands for both myself and my husband, gave great professional advise and provided timely delivery. My engagement ring was purchased somewhere else and I had issues with it twice now and went to Hyde Park Design for assistance which they have provided without any questions asked. I would highly recommend using this company. It's so rare to receive consistently good personable service in London.

I can’t recommend Sean and Paul enough! I’ve been wanting to have my rings redone by them for years but it’s never been a priority & I don’t live very close to London but my husband & i decided to do it in time for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I won’t go into all the reasons but I hadn’t been quite happy with my rings & never wore my engagement ring because of it. A friend recommended Sean & Paul & when I eventually got to meet them I was impressed! Even though what I wanted was quite a simple design I’m quite particular about little details & was highly impressed how Sean just got exactly what I was saying & designed it on the computer for me, he was really able to understand what I wanted. I was indecisive about a couple of things so they made me some casts of it in wax & then in silver so I could really get an idea of what it would look like. When it came time to make the rings I was really nervous & they were very patient with me & explained everything. Paul worked really hard to get it right for me & I felt awful telling him I wasn’t happy with the band of the engagement ring. Not a problem, without any fuss he made the ring 2 more times to get it just how I wanted. Sean and Paul make you feel like you’re their only client even though I suspect they are very busy. They’re friendly, honest guys, very welcoming & exceptionally good at what they do. I really feel they go above and beyond and they want their clients to be happy. They will work with you to get it right whilst being honest about what is possible and what is not. I’d say their pricing is amazing for the work they put in & the time they will spend on you. If you are thinking about getting some jewellery made & not sure whether to give them a try I’d say just make an appointment for a chat & you will be pleased you did. I don’t think I could go anywhere else now & they assure you that they will clean, polish & help you maintain your jewellery free of charge going forward. They even cleaned & polished a couple of my other rings free of charge before I ever committed to working with them. Thank you guys you are amazing!!!

I came to Hyde Park Designs with an old (1936) ring that's was given to me by my Great Grandma. I honestly had no idea what was possible until Paul gave it a good clean and discussed some possible designs to modernise it. He took time to explain the process, the diamonds and a bit of the possible history of the ring. It was clear that he took an interest in the ring and I really appreciated the time he took to consider options and explain his view. Paul and Sean are one of the greatest, if not the greatest when it comes to having bespoke rings made. They went above and beyond to make myself and my wife feel not just welcome but involved during the whole process of having our rings made. Our rings came out absolutely beautiful. We have worked with Eloise and her family over the last few years to design and create our engagement ring which was perfect, and then to design our wedding rings to match. The whole way through from the initial call, to going into the workshop to learn about the diamonds and how to design the rings, the team were friendly, knowledgeable and I could fully trust them with their recommendations. They have gone out of their way to get to know us personally and we always love visiting the workshop whether to work on a project or even just get our rings cleaned.
