We have an excellent stay here, Mark is a very nice host give us a warm welcome, his apartment so comfortable, close to the subway, supermarket, only need 15 mins to museum, and have a full kitchens. He reply mail very fast when we were transferring in Singapore when his midnight, he’s a wonderful host! I will choose this room if I visit London.

A highly recommended place. It's professionally managed by people on the ground, all requests got attended to immediately and with a high degree of urgency and accuracy. Cleaning service provided. Apartments were amazingly well situated between two tube stations, all amenities nearby. For me living and working 6 mths in London for the first time, I felt an easy transition and settled in seamlessly. The apartment was small (well it's London here!) but functional with all what's needed available. Mark - Richard's son even bought a Nespresso coffee machine for my arrival. An incredibly nice and highly appreciated gesture. I WFH on given days, wifi service was of good standard. I extended my stay because of a fantastic quality for money. Would highly recommend to anyone! The hosts you can truly rely upon!

The flat exceeded expectations !! Richard and Mark were very welcoming ,friendly ,and very responsive! I have spent almost three months there and I really enjoyed my stay . The neighbors were quite and the flat is spacious and well furnished with lots of amenities. As for the location , it is really close to west Kensington station and the bus stop ( around 3 minutes walk) . And the shops are just down the road ( Tesco , co op, a pharmacy, and many restaurants). Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Nice arrangements by Mark who is very friendly and helpful. It is big enough and so clean and comfortable. Good location for public transportation. Various style of restaurant and convenience stores nearby. It includes a full-equipped kitchen, and we loved cooking in the evenings. When We go to London again, we certainly will stay there again.

We stayed for a week - the flat was very pleasant and comfortable, fully equiped, close to the underground and to Supermarkets+Pharmacy+Restaurants. Excellent for a family! Mark+Richard were very helpful and friendly.. I very much recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at Castletown House the middle of June 2022. Mark was a great host. He stayed in touch via email. Letting us know when we could check in and the status of our apartment. He let us keep our luggage there while he finished up the room. It was a cute apartment in a nice part of town. There was plenty of natural light that filled the apartment. The doors to the balcony and window in the living room opened to let in a nice cool breeze. We were there on the hottest day of the year. The apartments do not have Air Conditioning. Mark went and got us two fans to cool the place. It worked out nicely. The bed was comfy. The washer and dryer worked well. The refrigerator was a nice size for water bottles and other drinks. Mark had cabinets full of plates, glasses, mugs and silverware for us to use. He also had pots and pans as well. Castletown is a block away from the Underground station. This was the best part because it made it so easy to get to city center of London. We were there for 4 full days. We used the underground a lot. It only cost us around 30 pounds for two of us the whole time. That also includes the trip to Heathrow Airport. Mark also gave us free WiFi. This helped us keep in contact with home. We really enjoyed our stay at Castletown. There was not much to complain about. The toilet didn’t flush great and the apartment was dusty and needed some high dusting done. Other than that it was the perfect place for us to stay on our London adventure. I would recommend and we are absolutely staying here again.

We have lived in Richard's apartment for 4 months and are about to leave next month. During our stay, we felt very welcomed by the hospitality and kind heart of Richard and Mark. They are always ready to offer help and they mean it. Besides the wonderful landlord, the house itself is very clean and well maintained. We have all the things that you need for long time or short stay. And its locations allows you to buy groceries, go to restaurants or reach anywhere of London very conveniently. I would recommend anyone to book from them. I tralved a lot, they are definitely one of the best host I have been with!

We stayed in a lovely ground floor apartment for two weeks. The apartments are in a quiet street just around the corner from the Underground and several convenience stores and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable bedding and lots of storage.It was great to have a washing machine and dryer and kitchen. Mark the proprietor was lovely and proactive in communicating with us and very responsive when I emailed. We plan to stay here again when we return to London.
