We booked several apartments at Cove Cannon Street for a long weekend as we were getting married nearby. I think they cater mainly for long stays and business travel but we really couldn't fault them. The staff were super kind and attentive and did everything they could to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible. There was initially an issue with a broken lift, but this was resolved quickly. We came back from our wedding to find a bunch of flowers and a bottle of fizz left in the room, which was really kind too! And they let us check out late free of charge the day after, which was a great help given the sore heads. The apartments are clean, stylish and lots of thought has clearly gone into making them well set up for a self-catered stay. They are also really reasonable considering the location. First impression was made by the lovely lady at the front desk, she was friendly and instantly made me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was absolutely perfect for the amount of time I spent there. It had everything I needed, and I found it to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience! If you're looking for a place that combines warmth, cleanliness, and comfort, this hotel is definitely the right choice.

Definitely one of the better places to stay in London - you get value for your money. Staff are friendly, helpful & professional. Rooms have everything you need, very clean, size is good (big esp for London)… decor is stylish and bed super comfy. I 100% recommend.

A fabulous alternative to hotels for an independent minded traveller. Personality-rich room, spacious and incredibly well equipped made for a great refuge during a gruelling work stay in the City. Location is excellent, amidst a bunch of tube stations. No restaurant, but dozens of dining option just a step away. Not cheap, but nothing comfortable IS in the City of London, and I would argue it provides better value at its price point than most hotels. Recommended.

The Cove is an excellent apartment rental with all your basic amenities needed for your stay. The units are spacious and equipped with basic kitchen items and utensils. Additionally, there is a decent gym and free laundry on site. In terms of location, as a first time tourist in London, I did find it far from the major tourist attractions (with the exception of St. Paul's cathedral) but it is conveniently located near the Mansion House and Bank Street tube stations, which makes it very easy to get around the city. The only other thing to note, which some might consider a downside, is that they only clean the rooms once every 7 days. This was not an issue for me. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartments are vey nice, and the staff SO helpful and friendly. Brilliant central location with transport links, food and tourist attractions. Will stay again.

Really nice rooms and location. The staff is great, really kind. The only issue I encountered is the construction at the reception that was happening during my stay. There was no information on how to exit whatsoever, a construction worker showed me the way. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent hotel. The nice apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the room is quiet, the location is excellent, the view of the city buildings is lovely, the train station is right below the hotel, but above all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

We ended up booking this as a last minute stay after our Airbnb host cancelled on us. I am so glad we found COVE Cannon St. The location was perfect, the apartment was spotless and spacious, and the front desk did anything they could to make our stay easier considering the main lobby was under construction. (Which had zero negative affect on our stay.) They held our bags for us since we arrived before check in and Theresa was an incredibly gracious front desk employee. (I believe she is actually the manager.) This location is quiet and feels private - we never heard any of our neighbors. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! My husband, college-age daughter and I all agreed that we will stay here on a return trip. (Especially considering the PERFECT distance to the Mansion House tube station - directly across the little alley way - and the delicious Rosslyn coffee across the street!)

FANTASTIC people (thanks Theresa, Diana & Mario) in the Fantastic hotel ! We enjoyed our stay. We never had such services from the staff. Cleaning was perfect ! In terms of location, metro is only at 1 minute walking (you have a exit/entry just front of the metro entrance). Thanks again, we were happy to spend our honeymoon here. Thanks for the Prosecco bottle & pop corns for our honeymoon gift and of course for the appartement with an amazing view : St Paul !

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in London. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When it comes to the location- it's very close to St. Paul cathedral and Tower bridge. I highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to London.

Absolutely fabulous studio. Best and pillow were comfortable. Roomy, clean, well appointed. Best place we stayed on a two week tour of Scotland and London.

We had a brill time staying at Cove, very clean and spacious with all the facilities you can think of and a nice touch of natural or eco toiletries. Very friendly staff and great location not far from St Paul's Cathedral. Would definitely be coming here again to stay whenever I'm back in London!!

We had such a lovely stay at Cove Cannon st. The check in and check out process both were seamless. Mario at the reception was especially friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and location is amazing of course. Highly recommend.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in London. In the heart of the city, moments from 3 tube stations, surrounded by restaurants and overall superb location. The apartments are spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist, Teresa, was also very helpful and friendly.

What an amazing apartment! We stayed for 2 nights before and after our wedding celebrations, and the staff at Cove Cannon Street could not have been more welcoming and so helpful during our preparations. The room was large enough for the makeup artist to work with myself (bride), 2 bridesmaids and my mum. We stayed in the second floor, which has excellent views of St Pauls, very clean and quiet, has all the amenities including washing machine, microwave, iron etc. Highly recommend !

Had such a lovely stay at Cove Cannon Street. The apartments were clean, roomy and had everything you needed. The convenience of having Mansion Street underground station right next door made it easy to travel in London. The only down side was the loud traffic during the day and night which could be heard from our room but what can you expect in busy London! I would 100% stay here again. A big thanks to Jo who checked me in and was so kind to bring my luggage upstairs. She was so lovely! Well done to all the staff at Cove, it was a great stay

Absolutely worth the stay. The staff is amazing and beyond accommodating. The rooms very clean and up to date. The location is perfectly in the heart of the financial district. Lots of food, shops and things to do near by.

The location, the hotel itself and the staff were just perfect! I genuinely wouldn't hesitate to go back to The Cove nor would I hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. The room itself was lovely, like a little studio apartment. So you can cook for yourself if you need to. Bed was super comfy and the big walk in shower was a plus! When we needed spare towels we got them straight away! And when we needed to store our luggage to go explore before our check in that was not a bother to them either. Just overall brilliant and it really added how enjoyable our trip was. Thank you.

Spectacular one bedroom apartment! We stayed in number 508 which is at the back of the hotel. Lovely and quiet at night. Sofa bed was made up on arrival as we requested. Was very easy to convert back to sofa! Well equipped kitchen. Superb location, so close to Mansion House Tube station, and lots of mini supermarkets and cafes nearby. Area feels very safe too. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mario was very welcoming. A home from home vibe with a touch of luxury and great service.

At the centre of the London City, this place is quite with great rooms. Comfortable beds and really nice service and friendly and warm staff.

Stayed here for 18 days with my girlfriend and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff was really professional and service minded and I had a great time staying here. The room was perfect and It's a nice and calm building to stay in. Would most definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location (practically on too of tube station), very helpful staff, very clean and fresh smelling hotel. Brilliantly kitted out double studio room with small kitchen - a great base after a busy day. M&S food just down road and a Sainsbury’s local shop for a quick bite and a wine. Thoroughly recommend!!!!!!

The biggest scam of a hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying in, avoid this establishment like the plague if you’d like to be given basic human respect. From refusing to restock our trash bags to toilet paper when we were completely out (the front desk suggested we go to the grocery store instead for TP?) and forced us to wait one week for cleaning/restocking for any basics, I have never been more disappointed in a hotel in my life. The kitchen was falling apart — the plinth of the kitchen actually fell down and hurt my foot! Do not choose this establishment under any circumstances.
