Wonderful hotel!! We had such an amazing stay! The only thing is it’s so lovely you don’t want to leave the hotel which is a shame when you’re in London it’s a very special place. Absolutely love the the lounge when there is food all day. Nothing is too much trouble. Such a relaxing stay.

We stayed here for 1 night for a special occasion, we were so impressed with the entire experience. The staff were really friendly and accommodating and seemed really genuine. We were given a complimentary upgrade and some other surprises, which were totally unexpected. The snacks and canapes were all lovely and we felt as though we were able to explore the hotel freely and were made to feel ‘at home’. Cocktails were lovely too. We paid more for this stay than we usually would but it’s totally worth it and we will be returning in the future. The hotel is also in a great location and easy to get to and from. Thanks for a lovely stay 41 team.

I recently stayed at the Hotel 41 for several days and was pleasantly surprised by what an enjoyable experience it was. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service at the hotel is amazing. Every staff member knew our names from the minute we arrived and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were very comfortable. We had an issue with a light in our room and a maintenance man came on a Sunday evening and cheerfully handled it. There is a beautiful lounge available 24 hours a day with food and drinks. We ate a delicious breakfast there every morning. Great location near Buckingham Palace and the Victoria Palace Theatre where we saw Hamilton. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

A surprise trip away to this beautifully unique and exclusive hotel was a real treat when celebrating a birthday. From the moment we were greeted by the taxi and our bags taken in, through to the staff at the front desk or in the executive lounge, the service never failed to impress. We stayed in the Conservatory Suite which had such an amazing glass roof providing a view to the stars. The room was very spacious and well set out - it was difficult to justify leaving it but when we did venture into the executive lounge we were met by a team of staff who couldn’t do enough to help us celebrate the occasion. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and although sad to go, I’m sure we haven’t seen the last of Hotel 41. Definitely a stay I won’t forget. Thank you all.

Great hotel. Gives the true meaning to a boutique hotel. Intimate, with an excellent service. If you are in any need, just ask a random employee you see (and you always see one), and you will instantly get it, whether it is a treat, assistance, or advice.

I have no idea what hotel the other reviewers stayed at. I grant you that the hotel is beautiful, but ... First, it's an old age home. Virtually all the guests were 70 years old, plus. Except for the 65 year old with three of his young "nieces." So if you're going for "vibe" this is the wrong place. Second, the Executive Dining room smells like last Christmas lamb. That old, dank, smell of cold fat. Third, the room service. One night, the sandwich was great, grilled bread, delicious. The next night, it was cold, missing half the ingredients, The glass of wine was stale, last glass from yesterday's bottle.

The loveliest hotel I’ve ever been to! The service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you pull up to the hotel, you are treated like family with personal touches. Complimentary welcome champagne and snacks, bags delivered to your room, macarons waiting in your room with a handwritten note, a personal tour of the building and your room amenities, and so much more. They even left tropical cocktails in our room after mentioning we just came from the beaches of Ibiza. There is a beautiful executive suite with fresh snacks, books, and games to relax and unwind. The roof top bar is adorable as well. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will certainly be back thanks to people like Satish, Edward, and quite a few others. Our next stay in London will certainly be at Hotel 41!

The best of the best. Me and my wife stayed here a few years ago as it was a special occasion. I had booked a 'Standard' (even though that was pretty luxury) double room however when we arrived we were told we had been upgraded to what we found out was the best room in the hotel. This room cost around £1500 more than the one we had booked but we were upgraded for free. This alone makes this place incredible. The service was perfect and the location is incredible. The room took our breath away, we were and still are speechless to this day about how good this hotel was. Incredible.

Wonderful service. They met our every need. They are located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the underground, some good pubs, a grocery store, and best of all, we were able to walk to see the changing of the guard. The Executive Room was cosy and charming. Rooms were clean and the beds were so, so comfortable! Had some problems with the tv, but they came right away to fix it (even though it was the middle of the night—-I fall asleep to tv). The food servers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed; they were professional and pleasant. The food was great. We were gone all day for four days in a row and it was nice to be able to take snacks from their pantry with us. I highly recommend Hotel 41!!

As I did not stay here, I could not comme t beyond the fact that the exterior looks fascinating and it's location is within one of the most sought after routes for tourists. It is also within a short distance of the Buckingham Palace. Not only would I love to stay there, I would also recommend it to others to have an authentic experience of a true Londoner!

We stayed at Hotel 41 for a surprise birthday four night getaway weekend. The entire experience was top notch from check in to check out. Once you arrive, you can see immediately that everything is meticulously well-maintained. We enjoyed Plunder the Pantry meals in the evening, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and sitting in the main lounge with its magazines and newspapers was very comfortable. The staff really takes the time to have a short, meaningful conversation. And they make you feel so special and spoiled. Our room was beautiful with a nice view and even a birthday card, a piece of cake, and chocolates!! We would love to stay there again.

Amazing hotel! The hospitality and service was the best I have ever experienced. Super friendly staff and very helpful. The room may not have been modern (the shower could have been a little bigger or modified slightly to make it a little more comfortable), but that was about the biggest complaint. There were outlets to accommodate other plugin styles, including 110 voltage outlet in the bathroom, which we did not see in any of our other hotels. The room was plenty comfy, and the bed was on the smaller size for what we're used to, but it got the job done. We visited London, Paris, and Rome, and this hotel was by far the most missed, mostly due to the experience of feeling like royalty when you stay here. The late evening warm snacks (could call it a meal) was an amazing treat. We were not expecting it, but had we missed supper, this was plenty sufficient to eat something. They had all kinds of snacks to enjoy throughout the day too, including ice cream, granola bars, and candy. We ordered room service once and the fire alarm went off, which they apologized for and did not charge us for the room service, even though it arrived within 30 minutes as we were anticipating. Above and beyond service. I can not say enough on how good the service and experience was here. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our best hotel stay in London ever, if I could, I would give more than 5 stars. We will definitely come back.

Greeted with a warm friendly welcome. All staff extremely helpful, especially Steve who keeps us hydrated!! After Steve clocked off last night a delightful young lady Bee i think her name was treated us like royalty, she was a joy. Staff on the desk are first class. Breakfast waiters are attentive and brought us a fabulous hot food. We really feel we get value for money at Hotel 41, it’s outstanding.

Just got back from our honeymoon at hotel 41. They took very good care of us! Everyone knew our name and was always there to help right away. They genuinely care about the guest and try getting to know them. Asking how their day went and suggesting things to do. I have never stayed at a hotel like this before and will be back!

Without question, this is now one of my favorite hotels. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. While the location is absolutely wonderful, the staff and facilities are even better. I have never experienced a more energetic, caring, and professional staff anywhere...ever. My wife and I will certainly be back. Thank you to all the staff for helping us have a great visit to London, and I want to particularly thank Alex and Steph who were amazing. Can't wait to come back!

Outstanding Boutique Hotel! Hidden little gem across the street from Buckingham Palace. Very stylish and chic decor with the some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Each and all staff members were extremely polite, friendly and professional. We loved the elegant and cozy lounge that is open 24/7. Complimentary alcohol, food and snacks are put out all day and night with a fine selection of drinks. In room everything the large 5 star hotels offer but more. Our new go-to-hotel in London

Hotel 41 a Red Carnation Hotel is the #1 boutique hotel in London in my humble opinion. The location is the finest location in London just across from Buckingham Palace. Simply no other hotels in London have such close proximity to Buckingham Palace. Together with their wonderful next-door sister hotel, The Rubens, you are opposite Her Majesty The Queen’s illustrious residence. The location is uniquely vibrant!! This is a magnificent discreet hotel with a front entrance door that leads you to the warm, smiling staff that greet guests and encourage them to relax on the sumptuous leather-bound armchairs with a glass of Champagne before checking in – everything about the hotel says elegance and private exclusivity. Hotel 41 is strictly a residents only hotel. I feel at home and safe as a solo traveler. Hotel 41 is a family of dedicated people, managed by the finest GM I have ever met, Malcom Hendry, Lauren, the Resident Mgr whom I adore and the entire team are passionate about everything they do. The beloved team always creates enriching and unforgettable experiences for me. That’s why I choose to stay with them again and again – and why they have been voted TripAdvisor’s number one hotel in the UK for ten consecutive years, as well as being awarded a Forbes Five Star. Hotel 41 is absolutely my home away from my home in the US. I am passionate about the team and I call them my family.

We were excited for a unique stay. They did not allow for a reschedule due to an emergency surgery, even though we shared documentation. Still no resolution after multiple tries; they kept our full payment. Disappointing at a hotel that prides itself on service; we'll look elsewhere in future.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The accommodation is a 5-star luxury boutique hotel with fastidious attention to detail. The staff are wonderful. I can't recommend Hotel41 highly enough.

I have stayed at many hotels, but this one takes the cake. I loved my room so much - the fireplace gave it such a warm, homey feel, the linens were plush and cozy, and every finish was beautiful and every detail carefully considered. The hotel provided everything one needs to be comfortable and then some. The sweet treats upon check-in and the turndown service were such a pleasant surprise each day. I thought every staff member I met was excellent, but I want to specifically call out Connor and Muhammad for their phenomenal service, hospitality, and friendliness. They were both so pleasant to talk with and I loved asking about their studies, families, and time with Hotel 41. I couldn’t believe they’d both only been with the hotel for a couple of months because they were extremely knowledgeable and provided top-notch service. They were such courteous, attentive, and helpful employees and I hope they are recognized accordingly. I will 100% be staying at Hotel 41 the next time I visit London. Thank you for the amazing experience!
