This guesthouse/bed and breakfast is perfect! Lovely host and super friendly. Clean, quite and cozy. Would definitely stay here again when in London!

Excellent Five stars! Nice folks! Walk to the Subway in just a few minutes which will take you anywhere in London. Rooms are clean and neat with modern to date amenities. Great breakfast and service. Will be staying there soon. Highly recommended.

By far the most comfortable and welcoming I have stayed in. Breda was lovely and went out of her way to help us during our stay. The dining arrangement were wonderful and I believe due to the atmosphere the guests were also interactive. It feels like a family home from home. Thank you Breda

It exceeded my expectations for a Guest House. Very nice and tidy in an accessible place and still quite enough if you want to have tranquility. The room I stayed was lovely. Fully equiped and with some amenities. It is literally less than 5 minutes away walking distance from Southgate tube station where you can find restaurants if you need to. The owner is very kind and welcoming. I have nothing to complain about and will sure visit again if I have the chance.

Exceeded my expectations. We looked for the cheapest rates to be close to downtown London not only were the prices great, the place has a charm and warmth that you would never get at a Hilton or Sheridan. Staff were beyond polite and our room had enough towels toiletries etc. Don't hesitate you won't regret it! oohh and the train to get to downtown is very close big plus!
