I have used the clinics a number of times and always found the service and the quality of the medical care to be excellent. Appointments are invariably available the next day and there are a number of convenient locations. The last time I went I also had a blood test and got the results back the same day which highly impressed me.

Dr. Tucker was very helpful in helping my partner with a throat problem. She was kind, patient and thought of the issue broadly. She also offered solutions and was clear about the plan going forward. Very pleased with our experience.

Twice I've been here and I've been dissatisfied for different reason, first time I had a chest infection for over a month pop in to get it checked, was basically told to wait and see, pointless. Second time she was 30 mins late, was late back to work and I couldn't get lunch because of that, what's the point of having a appointment if your just going to completely ignore it. Also the door is razer thin, I I heard everything the previous 2 patient was discussing.

First appointment was great, received results very quickly. However, the second time is a DISAPPOINTMENT. Wrote them three times, but still can’t get my results. No one is answering…

I went for a PRA test, advertised at £72. I was asked for a £45 deposit, and paid it. On arrival I was told that an additional £72 was required for the test. The £45 was a “consultation fee”. No mention of that when I booked. I left without paying a penny more, and complained to the ASA. NB. The clinic has since given me a full refund

Received very good treatment and care during an emergency sickness episode while on a business trip in London. It was easy to book, the doctor was very attentive and professional. Can only recommend London Doctors Clinic Private.

I searched for a clinic to book a PSA Blood test, this appeared to be as good as any and close to home. i went through the booking process, stating that it was a PSA Test i required, i paid the £70 fee and attended. on completion of the test i was told there would be a further £111 for the test. i explained that " i booked a PSA Test" and was told i only paid a deposit for an appt. The website was not very clear on charges, whilst i was booking it would have been perffectly easy at that stage to tell me the full fee was £181, i would have then shopped around. Very disappointed, i am sure i'm not the only one fooled into thinking i had paid all monies up front!!!!!!

I went to London Doctors Clinic in Old Street last July. The service was very good, and Dr Hotham Whayeb, who I saw, in particular was excellent. She really listened to my complaint and recommended appropriate examinations. Thank you!

I received a text message 10 minutes before my appointment saying that it had been canceled, after I’d traveled into London first thing to attend it. No other appointments available until the afternoon and no guaranteed refund system. Eventually I booked into another clinic and then was told that I was late because appointment was 9:15 when I’d been told it was 9 am. Terrible scheduling. Also: I agree with what others have said about the pricing - the blood test was advertised as £89 but there was another £70 charge making this a very uncompetitive rate.

I got a call 2 hours before my ECG appointment telling me they did not do ECG's at the location I chose near Old Street. I had already traveled into London by that point. They had over a week to check what I had booked and inform me but clearly this is a poorly managed clinic. I was rebooked for the same day in Kings X which was lucky though I had to go out of my way to attend. The building was horrible and the main receptionist (not the clinics reception - the shared offices main reception) were very unprofessional and didn't even glance up from their mobiles to greet me and rudely pointed me in the direction of the London Doctors Clinic.

Ann rang the practice just after 6 a.m. and got an appointment for 9:15! I was seen promptly by Dr. Kanungo who was professional, but also very personable. She collected a brief--but appropriate--medical history. She then capably conducted an interview much to the point and a physical exam limited to the matter at hand. Online booking process was simple and I was seen on-time with no wait. The Doctor left a small ambiguity in the prescription which delayed it a little but nothing major. Great service for when your regular GP doesn't have any appointments for the next month!

Very impressed with the speed at which I was able to get an appointment. Also in terms of professionalism, Dr. Knight was easily one of the best I've ever encountered, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. Doctors here can also prescribe on site and send letters over email. The only downside is the location of the clinic which is hidden aware in a labyrinth of other offices and not well signposted. I got stuck on the floor below before my appointment because of the badly designed security system. Highly recommend you find the reception first and then ask for directions from there which I found after exiting and then re-entering the building.

Very profesional and efficient service. It's great that London Doctors Clinics are in several convenient locations around London and I'm able to go on the website book up an appointment for the same day and at a time that's convenient to me. Good value for money.

Convenient for me as literally round the corner from my office. Got a same-day appointment (can be a struggle sometimes even with private GPs), great service, good follow-up, arranged my specialist appointment for me (instead of just stuffing an open referral letter in my hand and leaving me to figure it out!). And cheaper than other walk-in private services. Would definitely recommend.

Same day appointment with Dr Davies who was excellent. Very reasonable prices, efficient and friendly service. Would definitely (though hopefully not) use again.

Needed check ups done urgently for immigration. Initially I was a bit frustrated as there is no scanning equipment on site, but a scan was sorted immediately nearby and the reports came back extremely quickly (within 24 hours). I apologise for being frustrated initially and would definitely recommend Dr Boukhezra and her assistant.

With NHS being busy, I went for overall health check and had very good service and prompt test results with a clear explanation of implications. Pretty comprehensive for £200.

Today is 2 September and I would like to share my experience within this clinic. I went there today to do my day 5 test as I have done my day 2 test At London bridge clinic Which was absolutely pleasant. I arrived there at 12:15 for my appointment at 12:20. When I got there I was told that. My appointment was 2:20. I actually changed my 2:20 appointment to 12:20 and I showed receptionist (Who actually doesn't work for the clinic) the email confirmation. He was very helpful after I told him that I had to come back home for a video conference at 1:30 so i wouldn't be able to wait until 2:20. He tried to get hold of the nurse But With no success. I tried calling the the company's number But nobody picks up the phone for half an hour, which was beyond my comprehension. Around 12:50, the nurse came back with a lot of shopping. She didn't apologize. She didn't ask me to confirm my name and my DOB. I absolutely hate it the way she did the PCR test. It was very heavy handed. She was very unprofessional and very unpleasant. This is frankly speaking, the worst healthcare experience I had. And by the end of the day, I paid 99 pounds to them. I don't know where to launch a formal complaint about this. But without verification of personal information, and started doing the test is frankly a dangerous act. This is the basic thing she, as a nurse should have known. I will find out where to log a formal complaint for the fact that it might cause harm to patients one day.
