Apollo was great! I came here over 10 years ago and it really has kept the same vibe while updating their menu and decor to feel modern and progressive. Server was very attentive and knowledgeable, has all the dishes and even prices of the beverages memorized. Food was all delicious! Our party all ended up sharing plates because everything was so good we wanted everyone to try everything. The duck was a perfect medium rare! The lamb shank fell off the bone! The swordfish special was paired with an excellent mango salsa. Honestly nothing but yum.

I had high hopes for such a well known and highly recommended restaurant. I left feeling full but unsatisfied with a large hole in my wallet. Date night consisted of wonderful drinks, amazing appetizers, pitiful entrees, and huge desserts. The apps could have been the whole meal and i would have been happy. They were delicious and very sizable. The entrees give me terrible flashbacks just thinking about them. I had the 7oz fillet with garlic mashed and green beans. First the good... The filet was an excellent quality cut and the cook temp was spot on but unfortunately that was the only positives I can give this entree. The steak was so bland, had no seasoning at all except for a hint of smoke from the grill it was cooked on. Yes it was served with a tasty red wine shallot sauce but i shouldn't have to drown my top cut steak in a sauce just to experience some flavor. The garlic mashed was ok. Nothing special. The green beans were bland and lacked flavor. Market priced filet and 2 sides for 50$ left a really bad taste in my mouth and left me asking myself how was that at all worth it???? My date's entree was the beef short rib with cauliflower risotto and green beans. The beef short rib reminded me of my grandmother's pot roast no salt at all and was very tender but it just tastes like beef and gravy in a tv dinner. Bland bland bland. The best part was the cauliflower risotto. And again the green beans were bland as well. Overall its a nice place with great menu choices but I wont be getting those two entrees again.

The food was good, prices are what you’d expect. Our waitress was superb and that goes a long way! The lemon cheesecake A+

Excellent service, but the food’s really not for me. I feel sick after eating food that’s overly greasy. Everything was overloaded with fat. The place was crowded with a significant wait time, so obviously a lot of people love the food. But if your tastes are anything like mine, this might not be the restaurant for you. I appreciate the waitstaff for giving me a heads up about which dishes lean sweet—it’s on me for ordering the shrimp anyway.

Impromptu stop for any early dinner - so happy they were able to seat us without reservations. The drinks were delicious, the service quick and friendly, and overall the food was great. We tried the rib melt, Cavatappi (highly recommend), and scallops (cooked to perfection). Desserts were the icing on top! Highly recommend!!

My boyfriend's daughter had her wedding dinner here. It was very busy but it was a Friday night. We all ordered a bunch of different appetizers and shared them. The food was absolutely delicious. For as busy as it was the wait staff did an awesome job! My main course was the angel hair pasta with basil cream sauce, spinach etc, absolutely fabulous. The crab mac and cheese was to die for. Filo wrapped asparagus was also a favorite. Everything we ordered was delicious.

First time at “APOLLO GRILL” and we will be back. We had lunch.. Apollo Quesadillas, Lobster Ravioli, Fries and the Crab & Asparagus Forgot to take a picture of that, yet All was very Good. Our server Taylor was great.. Will have to try the Mesa Calamari next time. Seem to be a favorite a lot of people were ordering that.

This place is deeeeelicious! I have eaten here while in town to play in a hockey tournament three years in a row now. They were able to accommodate our large parties of 10-14 people at a time with top-notch service. Everything everybody has ordered has been delicious with a beautiful presentation. You just can't go wrong. I enjoyed the Crab Mac and Cheese and Mexican Chocolate cake. I took half of it home. When we made our reservation this year, they even remembered us from the past years. The restaurant also doubles as an art gallery with beautiful works of art decking the walls.

Came here on a recommendation with a party of 8 for my wife's bday. WOW what an experience. Felt welcomed the second we walked in. The table and server were ready to go, food was INCREDIBLE (Lamb Shank for me, Filet & Lobster for her), the specialty drinks were perfectly blended, and the surprise birthday dessert was perfect! I'd go back often and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We felt appreciated and left completely satisfied. BRAVO!

I had a wonderful time here. Heads up make a reservation. Don't be like me. I went for my birthday, and I had no idea that it was so busy and popular! Luckily I showed up right when they opened and they had a seating for 2 for an hour and 15 min. I had the crab and avocado cocktail, which was very different and delicious. It's warm so that threw me off because I thought it would be akin to ceviche. I had the blue cheese tenderloin which was amazing, well seasoned. I could eat the sauce off the plate. We also tried the French onion soup and it was the best french onion soup I've had. I'm not even a fan of French onion really but this converted me. We tried the spinach Salad which was a perfect combination of sweet, crunchy, tart and salt. I loved the julienned apples they used, never seen that before. Our server was so kind and always kept our water full. Drink was strong and stiff too. I will be coming back for sure to have the dinner entrees! My new favorite restaurant now!

I’ve lived here for 17 years and never tried this place, boy was I mistaken! I have never had such fresh food and amazing service like I did here! I went with my best friend and it was just such a lovely time, and it’s reasonably priced considering the location and high quality of the food! Also love that it’s a top spot for lgbt members and workers! Will definitely eat here again and again!

All of our food was great and our waitress was friendly. I loved the quinoa salad (sounds boring but was so delicious) and my family loved their meals as well (They got a brisket sandwich and udon noodle salad.) As an appetizer, we got fried cauliflower in peanut sauce and it was great. Highly recommend stopping here.

Where to start where to start… I guess our first sign not to eat here was when we talked into get a wait time for table and was told to “come back in 20min” didn’t take our name/number just if we came back we got a place to seat. After 9min we walked back in. Got a seat right away. Family ordered steak medium rare and was so burnt on the outside but some how raw on the inside. Char stuck to teeth just tasted burnt regardless of sauce. Brisket was chewy, and crab bake SO fishy and mushy. Drinks were so sour and syrup tasting even after watering down three times still couldn’t drink it. Overall crab Mac and cheese was the best….

The French onion soup here is a solid 10/10, so yummy. I got the filet mignon which didn’t say the price on the menu -“market price” (was $50) and honestly it was average - I was disappointed , I’ve had better steak elsewhere for half that amount. I got it because I was celebrating my birthday so wanted to go all out. Not super flavorful and not a “melt in your mouth” steak like a mignon should be. Not something I’d get again. My partner got the lamb shank. Neither of us liked the sauce it was in. Desserts were yummy along with appetizers . I’d come back for the French onion soup forsure!

Exceptional lunch for my birthday! The food was delicious - thoughtful and tasty menu, seasonally inspired. We enjoyed the crab and asparagus soup, crab and avocado cocktail, baked Brie and finished it off with a delicious bread pudding (and incredible cream limoncello). Our service was friendly, thoughtful, considerate and attentive - perfect in every way. Looking forward to a return trip soon!

I haven’t been to Apollo in quite a while so I was excited to go back. The food was excellent. Some of the best French onion soup I’ve ever had. We just ordered a feast of apps which were all great. We ordered martinis, which are our go-to drinks of choice, they were just okay. Service was good, but not overly friendly, I’m guessing due to the crowd they had. Definitely a solid choice for lunch/dinner in Bethlehem.

Everything was out of this world, from the service to the food. Daniel may have been one of the best waiters I've ever had and this place is and will be one of the best places I've ever been to if not the best. We had the Shrimp Limoncello, Oysters, Ahi Tuna, Veal Medallions, and Lemon Drop Cheesecake. Each of these were prepared with care and cooked perfectly, we liked the oysters so much, we ordered another round. The Sangrias we both had were also exquisite.

Came here for dinner on a Thursday night with some of my family, and we had a great time! There’s a Thursday night happy hour from 5-6:30, so we got some good deals on appetizers and drinks. We had a reservation for 5:30, which I definitely recommend to avoid a wait. I was able to get the reservation by calling the day before. We had the baked Brie and the grilled beef tenderloin for appetizers - both were delicious, and a great value for $10 (the happy hour price). We also got some of their red sangria, which was quite good. There was a special that evening, crispy gnocchi with a duck bolognese. The gnocchi were pan seared to give them a nice, crisp texture, and the duck bolognese was loaded with layers of flavor. For dessert, we shared the Mexican chocolate cake and the crème brûlée. Both were delicious, but I’m a sucker for chocolate peanut butter, so the cake was right up my alley. Definitely would recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area and love good food!

Decided to give this place a try for our anniversary. I would give 10 star if I could. First of all the menu is outrageous! So many choices, to satisfy any palate; fined tuned or just looking for basics. We made a meal of appetizers and soups and walked away more than satisfied! We dined on the cream of crab and asparagus and the nights special, mushroom soup…divine! Next we chose 3 apps, steak bites, phyllo wrapped asparagus with prosciutto, and short-rib lettuce wraps…all came out at the perfect temperature and were very well prepared. Michelle was an excellent waitress and even brought up as complimentary limoncello shot along with our single malt chocolate ice cream for dessert! Would definitely return!!

Had a great time dining in last week thanks to my sever Dan. Started off with the lump crab macaroni and cheese and honestly would have gotten it as an entree too it was so good but when I heard about the speciality peach pizza they had on the menu that night I had to give it a try. Great job by Dan to inform me of all the specials for the night and loved his enthusiasm when asking me if I would be having dessert as well. Although all the regulars desserts looked great I had to once again go with the special for the night which was a peach cobbler with ice cream since I already had the peach pizza and had to keep the theme going and it’s safe to say I made the right choice. Very pleased with the politeness of other employees when they brought food to the table.

I will say this is my new favorite! I ate here once before. The food was amazing but my friend's dinner was dropped on me. I vowed never to come back as I wasn't offered anything to clean the salmon all down my left side. But the lemoncello shrimp called my name. We had so many appetizers. They were all to die for. The waitress made my bday special. She was friendly and patient. Apps can be alil pricey, but the quality is worth every penny. Can't wait to go again. The waitress even sang happy bday with a shot.

Amazing lunch here! Was in town visiting my mom and we went for lunch last Tuesday around 1:30 pm. Place was super busy! I would definitely recommend reservations. My mom ordered two basil cucumber martinis, which she loved! We got the baked brie as an appetizer (not pictured) which was sooo delicious but beware it does take some time for them to make especially with it being so busy. Then a half portion of the angel hair pasta and I got the B.L.A.T sandwhich with the most phenomenal french fries. The aioli on the sandwhich was to die for!!! All of this for under $80. Service was great as well and listened to all our requests like extra crispy bacon on my sandwhich. 10/10 recommend this place and can’t wait to visit again so we can dine here!

My wife and I tried this restaurant with another couple before we went to a show at the Wind Creek Event Center. We were impressed with the quality of the food and the plating was impressive! Lots of attention paid to us by the waitstaff and the overall ambience is upscale casual. We had a filet, the veal medallions, short ribs and branzino. All were accompanied by creative sides and great texture profiles. The only reason I'm not at 5 stars is, as you know if you follow me, I don't like train station dining environments and the restaurant was pretty loud with a packed house. If you're looking for some drinks and dinner with your crew and you don't mind a social setting, you'll be pleased. If you're looking for a romantic evening with your date, I don't know if this is your spot. Could be better during the week, though.

Great place! We came here with no expectations what so ever and were blown away! We ordered Nachos as an appetizer (or so we thought...) with a hot sandwich and a burger. The Nachos was not only delicious but also huge for such a low price! We barely had room in our stomachs for the main courses, but they were so good we had to find a way! The second time we came with a friend and tried a few more main courses, which were also a great success. Highly recommended!

We were planning to visit another restaurant around that area but their kitchen was closed at 9.30pm. We walked by further east and found this gem. What a great service 👏 the staff and food are so amazing. I will definitely visit again if I come back to PA. Highly recommended 👌

We were lucky to be able to get in today without reservation. As always, you can't go wrong with Apollo! Service, food and cocktails were just amazing. The short rib melt was to die for!

We booked in advance a table for 6. Staff immediately introduced herself and took care of us.. We ordered the appetizers Pan Seared Scallops, Crispy Calamari and Beef Carpaccio and they all tastes so good. Our entrèes were Pan Seared Lamb Loin Chops, Bone in Pork Chops, Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna and Apollo Crab Cake. All tastes great and we topped it off with almost all the desserts. We all went home with a happy tummy. Ambiance, food and customer service is great.
