The dishes are cooked individually (opposed to being made by the tub in some restaurants) and are flavorful and fresh. It therefore takes a little more time than a walk-up counter Asian place. Looks like they have resolved their staffing issue -- everything was clean, quick ordering, quick food prep. (Side note: you can skip the Thai donuts.)

Finally had the opportunity and stopped into this establishment. It's been on my hit list since we moved our office to Creve Coeur. Love the place. Interior is very modern. Open kitchen format with dine in and carry out options available. Ordered at the counter and 10 mins our lunch was on the table. I had the Mongolian Steak without mushrooms and it was delicious. Like really good. The menu picture does it no justice. I will be eating here more often due to the time in and out during lunch hours in Creve Couer. Service was great. Food even better. See you soon!

My loyalty to Pei Wei has spanned over a decade, and it continues to hold the crown as my favorite fast casual Pan-Asian destination. This week's visit was no exception. I indulged in one of my tried-and-true favorites, the Grilled Bourbon Chicken, complemented by some delectable Crab Rangoon. As always, the flavors were spot-on and satisfying. Pei Wei remains a stalwart in consistently delivering good, hearty Pan-Asian fare.

The food rivals the large Panda company. The staff here gets your order out in a timely manner. The portions are a bit underwhelming. However, quality tastes as good as local Chinese places. Worth trying if you are wanting to get another take on American Chinese.

We got the family meal for $60 there was 6 adults and two kids. It fed all of us and we had left overs. Highly recommend the family meal if you're trying to save some money. The food was a little more bland then I'm used to but I travel for well spiced food. They were extremely accommodating and helped with all our requests. Definitely a great place for American Asain food.

It was a great meal that hit the spot. We don’t have anything like this in central Missouri. We really enjoyed the food. The restaurant was clean. The staff were fine. We’ll go again when we are in St. Louis.

I have 0 clue as to when they ever received a review over 4 stars. This is the most disgusting meal I have ever had, talk about ruining my lunch. That is -2 green beans that I ate, that container wasn't even 1/3 full. The garbage on the left is NEW Spicy Drunken Noodles Steamed white meat chicken, rice noodles, red bell peppers, onions, scallions, garlic and chili paste. Tossed in a savory sweet and spicy sauce with fresh basil. Look at that photo, do you see anything "fresh?" Fool me once, and only once.

Pleasant surprise! We used to eat at Pei Wei years ago in Dallas, when uninspired by other options. Wow, what a surprise when we gave this location a chance. The menu is vastly improved from 4 years ago. I love the drunken noodle with shrimp. Just the right amount of spice for me, and they are not stingy with the shrimp. We have ordered takeout from this location 4 times now, and each time the food has been hot and fresh and we felt like it was a great value. With their rewards program, we have already received a free entree! Gotta love that!

My mom and I went to dinner here Friday evening. We just beat the rush. The manager and staff are so wonderfully friendly! It was a nice experience and I would definitely go back. Food was fresh and piping hot when it was brought to the table.

Great tasting quick food, feels good to get the P.F. Chang’s version of fast food. Their reward program is pretty legitimate I get by one get one half off offers all the time

The food here never lets me down unlike other fast casual restaurants. Highly recommend any of the fried chicken dishes with the fried rice. Dishes such as firecracker chicken are so well crafted with the crispy chicken and sweet/spicy sauce. Also recommend the Thai donuts for dessert. Side note: this place has recently started serving the dishes in actual plates and bows instead of the plastic to-go containers if eating at the restaurant. Very happy with this change.

Atmosphere is very inviting, comfy and easy to relax in. Food is delicious and the service is quick and efficient. It is a bit pricy, but it is worth it. I highly recommend any one of the numerous sushi rolls along with a soup. Easily earns a five!

First time to eat Pei Wei ! Very pleased and will be back. Thankful to try! Unlike other restaurants a lot of meat on all our dishes. My only problem was I think someone forgot cream cheese on crab Rangoon. I will be back. Highly recommend food and pick up was no problem.

I don’t know how to say the town it’s in but it’s a nice store. The sauces on the dishes were both a bit too sweet but it was okay. My kids didn’t think they got enough vegetables (they’re weird). So I asked for more veggies and they quickly prepared two small bowls of sautéed veggies. The sauce on that was better than what we ordered! But anyway, all three of the people I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. One of my kids said to mention the fortune cookies were scary accurate. The only one I ate had no fortune which is unsettling.

Just tried this place yesterday. It was delicious! We both had the hot honey chicken, I would love for it to become a menu item because it was super good. Very friendly and quick service, miles better than Panda Express.

We tried Pei Wei for the first time this evening. It was subpar, no flavor. I ordered Tofu Pad Thai,my husband got Teriyaki Chicken. He liked his food, he said he need more sauce. My daughter got honey shrimp, she said it was OK. I'm used to very spicy Pad Thai. I wasn't sure if you could order it like that. Probably will not eat here again. We wanted to try a new eatery. We will stick to what we know.

Terrible foods you can ever have. I ordered grilled bourbon chicken and it just came out with tiny small fried (too much fried and hardened/dried like rocks) chicken pieces thrown over dried white rice that appeared to have been cooked out of the cheapest rice in the market. The rice is not even close to typical rice bowl that you can see from any other Asian restaurants in town. It was more like sand. Never go there.

The food was delicious! I took a carryout and I live about 10 minutes away and the food was still nice and hot, super flavorful... The crew there from someone answering the phone by the name of Mike, did an outstanding job. He was very personable went back over the order and the food was ready before the time frame he gave me. Everyone there was super friendly and it was just overall great experience! IF YOU are looking for a great Asian restaurant to go too or carry out, this IS THE place!

My food has been fresh and prepared quickly each visit. The staging staff aren't always particularly friendly but you don't have to interact with them much either. I appreciate the spice in some dishes and the customization options.

We ordered the lettuce wraps, awesome except for some tendon in the chicken, honey-seared chicken and general tso chicken. Food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. Usually we get it delivered but it tastes 10X better eating in the restaurant. We were so hungry so I forgot to take pictures of the food before we started eating.

This is my new favorite restaurant to order from on doorsash. Meals never disappoints, and always fresh. My only complaint is how they package my food. I wish they put a protective seal on the food just so i feel extra safe that my food isnt being tampered with . Besides that 10/10

Wow. My wife and I love this place. We were looking for something that was a step up from just your average Panda Express and this is it by far. On another level entirely. Everything is cooked fresh when you order it and everything we've had has been so good. It is a little pricey so we can't eat there all the time but when we do we always enjoy it. We've been a couple of times and we will be back. Hope they build one closer to wentzville Missouri

Person at the register was nice. Prices are a bit high. I asked for pad Thai to be as hot as they can make it and they just brought me packets of sambal olek. The flavor wasn't quite right.

I took my 11yo here tonight after his school picture retake, we walked into a very friendly atmosphere that we have never seen before. We loved the walk up and order style where we could take our drink cups and put our number to our table. Since we were new to this restaurant we decided to try a family meal and it did not disappoint! It had SO many options! We also added lettuce wraps which were to die for! As for the service, I am honestly writing this review right outside of the restaurant itself because the service was so impeccable that my son talked about everything from the greeter to the extremely fast service from the gentleman who brought our dinner out to us to the flavors to the kindness of the staff when we needed tops for our dishes to the fact that they even bothered to ask if we wanted a bag for our very large platter since it was just the two of us so we had a ton of leftovers! A staff from the very beginning to the very end that impresses a mere 11yo child so much that he cannot stop raving about them to the point that he felt compelled to go up and say something to them before we left speaks volumes about a restaurant in my opinion. This place is worth every Penny and I suggest everyone eat here based on the staff quality alone. The only thing I can even find to complain about is that when I paid, there wasn’t an option to tip, and I feel guilty because I do not carry cash, but in all honesty…that’s a me problem, not a Pei Wei problem. I very much apologize to the staff for not having cash on me to tip you all with on Friday night!!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!!

Did a take out about 30mins ago. Staff who took my orders has no customer service skills. She didn’t know how to interact - zero skills. I didn’t really have a choice as it was getting late & my kids were hungry. She was also pretty rude to another customer who had an problem with their order. Do not work in a restaurant or customer facing environment if you don’t like interacting with people!
