It's a bit hard to find the car park entrance as it's just next to centrum mall parking entrance. There is no signboard to indicate. It's good to drive slow before u enter. The apartment car park entrance is on the left. The apartment quite new and convenient as it next to centrum mall. However, i have some bad experience on last night stay where i heard the door opening sound n walking sound. Only i heard that while my other friends awake but did not heard this. Quite scary.

DISGUSTING HOMESTAY! Read on… If you are planning to stay here my advise is to stay away. The whole place is a rundown low cost flat…from the moment you turn into the flat it will spoil your holiday mood because how bad it was maintained. Road was horrible and uneven, foreign workers sitting outside lingering around. You have to park your car outside walk a distance to get your key card then walk back to your car. And this flat have foreign workers staying here. Then going into the parking lot, it looks like those old rundown abandon mall that have druggies hiding in the corner. The entire process was confusing finding your designated car park lot. The car park flooring have a lot of sand, I almost slip because it was cement flooring with a lot of sand. The parking lot look like an abandoned building. ZERO SECURITY Going into the low cost flat, security system at door was non existence, lift have no security because you don’t need card to access. Card reader was there but not functioning at all, just walk right in. Reaching your floor, again looks like low cost flat, all the pillars, walls are dirty. Looks like they haven’t been maintained for over 20 years. Walking to your unit, you will hear people talking, people cooking smell, you can look into other people unit so does other people can…just like low cost flat. OLD, DUSTY, DIRTY Going into your unit, you will smell weird mold and moist smell. The very old unmaintained sewage smell. The unit was poorly maintained with the wall have patches of paint peeled off, leftover screws and nails on wall, wall shelving left half dangling, and kitchen design that look like garbage room of a modern condo. TV control was unusable, only local channels provided, old stand fan that make noise when running, and cockroach in the unit. At night you hear people shouting or taking loudly of from the unit, motorbike and car noise through the street. Garbage disposal uses same lift as passenger. So you’ll have to smell the stink of garbage going in and out. You may think it can’t be that bad, right, because the pictures look nice. Trust me, this is the worse misrepresentation of unit because they do closeup shot of the nice things they want you to see. There are plenty of better Homestay or even hotel than this. Don’t waste money to spoil your holiday mood. This place isn’t worth a single cent. There is only one word to describe this place DISGUSTING. Look else where.

This place has become an airbnb accommodation, built on a higher ground. First timer has to drive slowly to take note of the entrance. The parking provided in the building are not good. Road/floor direction indicator are not easily seen. The pillar are confusing on P1. Overall it was a good stay with a nice view.

I will split this review in 2 parts, the airbnb unit that I stayed and the building as a whole. For the airbnb unit itself, it was great. Beds were comfortable, place was clean....it was pleasant. However for the building, it wasn't great at all. It was poorly maintain as you can see algae on the walls outside, road into the carpark was bumpy and even the carpark was very narrow with some weird angles (very difficult for a big car to park). Security was zero....No security guards, and as 1 of the lift door was broken, so it was just left open. This means anyone could just walk straight into my unit if it wasn't locked. Corridor was very narrow. Also, the building has very poor sound proofing as you can hear footsteps and people's voice quite frequently. With all these elements, now I understand why some people say this place is haunted. The building is just poorly designed and poorly maintain, it is rundown and feels dodgy.

This apartment very new,location strategic,not bad at all.

HAUNTED!!! We all heard people screaming at night followed by continuous dogs' barking. We didn't sleep at all. Babies at home kept on crying for no reason. In one whole apartment, only a few houses were occupied. We heard the sounds starting from 12am till 7am. We booked different homestay but a night before the day, we were told that the lift of homestay that we supposed to go was out of service and at last minute we were given this GHOST HOUSE. We feel like the agent purposely did that as we didn't get a proper answer from him. Worst trip I have ever had. WE STAYED IN A HAUNTED HOUSE. The place was dirty. We didn't even feel like eating in that house. All the utensils were dirty and we didn't use. Please stay away from this place if you all plan to have a nice vacation with family. DON'T GO TO THIS HAUNTED PLACE!!! Really HAUNTED!!!

Stayed here last week (from Friday to Sunday). It is a nice place with allocated parking for this one unit that I booked. Self check in with sufficient instructions. This unit is facing the hills, hence "away" from other nearby buildings. The unit (3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms) with balcony was clean & tidy. It has a small size carpet next to the beds (to shield from the cold floor, well thought of). Each room also have a vertical fan (not standing fan) & hair dryer. An ironing board, kitchen with utensils, fridge & a kettle. However, on the perimeter road, one of the grating is not properly fitted & whenever any vehicles passes over it, very loud rattling noise. Imagine late at night or early morning...Hopefully the building management will rectify this quickly. Walking distance to next building (for it's name) with malls, shops (for all kinds of food) & games for kids. For those wanting to stay indoors only & not go anywhere else & get stuck with the horrible jam (almost a daily affair), this is the place. Otherwise, one may also walk down the street with many restaurants with variety of food. I will stay here again in this same unit. There are many units with individual owners & unsure how others are being kept. Hence, my comments are specifically for this unit.

This is a very clean homestay located in Brinchang. It has a great location with many restaurants nearby, and there's also a mall where you can stroll around in the night. The host (Airbnb) Bernice is very thoughtful, providing videos and directions to make it easier for you to find the homestay without getting lost. The living room is tidy, and there's a grass mud horse plush toy that kids love. 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. The bathroom has good waterpressure, with a water heater provided, and the water flow is not blocked. The kitchen also has a water dispenser. The building has an elevator and comes with a private parking space, suitable for a family outing without worrying about sun or rain exposure.

ok lah clean apartment to accomodate 10 occupants ada free wifi as well. parking ada 2 space and sufficient visitor parking. near to mall

place is great, pretty bright and clean but the heatwr was kinda broken.. in addition, it has a nice scenery, but it's pretty noisy since there were kids playing/screaming on the ground floor/ where visitors park.. we could also hear people from the level above us do stuff (walking especially) but for sure not a ghost since we checked that there are people living above us.. Overall, it's great, just noisy surroundings

Very nice and peaceful accommodation. My family had a very enjoying time in this homestay in Cameron highland. Very convenient and highly recommended.

Very poor service I think there was some problem here we can't sleep a full day due to some disturbance. Not clean, curtains with blood marks. Shower not working well. Not clean. Owner not responding in a manner way. Ghost house.
