I stayed here and was very impressed. The room was clean and spacious, like a house. The receptionist is good. There are complete facilities. Suitable for families Or a group of friends who come to hang out together. The atmosphere is good. Overall, I really like it. I hope to come back here again . 😍

Such a bad experience for us and it’s really terrible bad customer service given by the hotel. The hotel customer service (Hana) suppose to give us the service and help us with the incident happening at the hotel. But they are being just rude to do their job. Kindly provide a good customer service and we are really disappointed with the service other than that the hotel is very nice and clean. Good location. We won’t visit again.I hope the management will take some action.

we would appreciate it if there were instructions sent to us via email or WhatsApp that we need to check in at "the retreat" (the building behind nova) before going to nova highlands hotel. other than the small hiccup above, the one bedroom apartment is lovely and spacious. we love the balcony and living room where we can view the sunrise and sunset, however it was a misty two days. the dancing mist is still nice. the pillows are low and there are only two. we had to roll the pillow on its side so that it would be high enough to support our neck. the staff at the check in counter were very patient and helpful. we got to deposit our luggage there before check in at 3pm. we also got to know taxi information as grab is limited. the housekeeping can be forgetful, we requested for an additional roll of toilet paper but we weren't given any, we had to buy our own. there are plenty of sofa seats at level 3 where the check in desk used to be.

Regret choosing this property for my time in CH. One big issue was the parking is at the mall park, thus the parking ticket is not under the property. So if you want to avoid getting charged, you need to WALK to the hotel counter at the Retreat Building, which is NOT in the same building as the mall parking. This became total F when i want to go for morning golf and there was no staff at the counter at all! So I have to pay the parking ticket on my own and later when i checked out, i asked about this to the staff, they only can say, "cannot payback if not validated" The room was big compared to the size but it was poorly maintained. There are fungus on the bathroom door, smell of urine when we get in and the floor feels dusty. The only thing we can highlight was the breakfast at the cafe which was great. Please choose other place if you dont want to get your time at CH ruined.

Honestly, we should have read the review before booking this hotel. Mouldy smell in the whole room. Toilet is terrible with mould on the door. The floor was sticky that we had to use the slipers provided ( never had done this is any other hotels) They should really upgrade their hotel items( pillow smells, blanket has stain on it!) However, to our surprise the breakfast was good. Location wise is very strategic. That is the only good thing about this hotel. Will we visit again?- No. Will we recommend to others?- Big No.

Very strategic location and great place for family stay. The building looks old and creepy abit. Otherwise all good. Free car parking available in hotel.

My first time stay at Nova Highlands Hotel. The location is too strategic. Accessible to shops, pharmacy, restaurants, fun fair and many more. A very lively night life not like a ghost town. Really enjoy my stay and surely will stay again.

One of the best experiences in Cameroon. Value for money. You get what you pay for. The receptionist is helpful. Room clean and big... Overall nice.... You will enjoy it.
