2.5 stars Location is good if you are only visiting the tea gardens, a small mall a few minutes away but very far from the main town centre. We found it very difficult to get a taxi to and from Tanah Rata from the hotel, costing 30 ringgit each way. The room is very cold, and no option to adjust heating. Staff are not always available and towels are at an additional cost. Toilet/bathroom is very small. Can be quite loud at night and difficult to sleep.

Friendly staff, cozy environment. Some squeaking noise from the bed frame when top occupants move may disturb your sleep.
