It was the worst decision ever for me to select this apartment for my family 3D2N shortstay at this apartment The photos for reference. Really have no idea since when they had uploaded for review. Really sucks as i rented 2units. Upon booking request for same higher floor. End up with ground floor during self check exactly opposite to main entrance at Block C Camelia Whole unit condition : Lack of maintenance. Rusty electric jug kettle, stainless hotpot, oily induction, leaking kitchen, few downlight not working, dusty sofa, dining chair majorities with stains Bathroom : Each unit with 3 bathroom. End up NO TOILET PAPER, NO HANGER BAR or DOOR HAND FOR CLOTHES & so SMELLY. The towel condition look more towards toilet carpet. Some of matres spotted with stains as well. There's red lady underwear hagging in 1 of the bathroom Rooms : Almost all the room... Main wall moulded. Horrible smell. Can't help much even we tried to open the window. Few door knobnot working for bathroom and bedroom Hygiene : Both units can easily spotted with big & small cockroachs. So disgusting. Service : The servicing agent replied promptly once we sent the message but no action taken. Keep asking should i send someone to check for you I just wonder how Agoda, Booking. Com, Airbnb gained the ratings for this apartment Overall : STRICTLY WON'T CONSIDER TO COME BACK EVEN WITH FREE OK CHARGE No even worth for star. Unfortunately nit able to share the post without picking minimum star

We rented unit A3-3-1, the parking is 224 and the location is infront of the block entrance. This unit is big and i think it can fit around 10adults. The tv is using basic astro only. There is no wifi. The unit also dont have washing machine as well. The water heater works well. The toilet does not provide any soup and towel. We have to use our own Nearby the condo got many halal restaurants . But the price is cheap enough .

Went with colleagues and we took the penthouse located at top most. Very big and spacious unit. Comes with all kitchen utensils and also most importantly Coway water filter. There is basic 30mbps WiFi (just okay to use) and all bathrooms were given body shampoo and also toilet paper. Mattress is bouncy and not that good quality hence I actually deduct star rating because of this. Otherwise everything else is pretty good. The place especially the bathroom ceiling is mouldy maybe because of the cold and dampness. I love the rooftop BBQ area and it is really great! We get to BBQ with nice super cold weather and view. Worth considering the penthouse if you are coming in large group. This penthouse has 5 rooms and each room has at least 1 single and 1 queen size bed except one room which comes with 1 queen size bed only.

Very satisfying home condominiums, strategic place, but the Pakistan or nepali security is very rude to local people they even start a fight with the local people. Visitors will have a very hard time to parking as parking only for resident.

As an Australian standard. I would say it is horrible and smelly when I walked into the room. I don't want to figure out how people would give a 5 star review. Everywhere is moulded, around the basin, tiles grout, ceiling ,mattress and blanket. The shower head is broken and rested. Obviously it has been broken for a long time and not fixed. The toilet is broken and difficult to reopen after closed.

This apartment is not good at all. We rented it. Many things are not working. Kitchen water boiler, bathroom lights not working, dinning halls few lights not working, mirror not clean, many fingers marks. During the presentation on the Web it was so beautiful. And needed to pay for service cleaning.

This apartment complex is centrally located in the main area, making it very convenient. The building looks new from the outside, but it’s actually an older construction, and the rooms could benefit from some renovation. However, for Cameron Highlands, it’s still considered one of the newer options. The complex is safe, with multiple apartments and private parking, which is a nice perk. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Just a 2-minute walk to the left of the complex, you’ll find plenty of food options and mini grocery marts, adding to the convenience. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re visiting Cameron Highlands.

Already run down. Mouldy walls especially in air well, internal corridors. Exterior walls will need painting soon. Insufficient maintenance of common areas. Quality of apartment stays depends on your luck. If you're looking for a quiet retreat do not come over long weekends.

Overall was a good place to stay with family but I was surprised that there was no fans in the rooms except master bedroom. I understand the weather is too cold and there's no need of fan but I think without fan it was little suffocating. Location is also strategic as the shoplots and restaurants are all just 5 mins drive away.

Second time visiting this apartment. Great service. Easy to check in and check out. Booked the apartment through Agoda.

Nice getaway in Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands. Quiet place at the top of the hill. Very near to convenience stores, steamboat restaurants, souvenir shops, self service laundries and other shops. Walking distance down the hill to MarryBrown, FamilyMart, Tealive, Starbucks and many other outlets.

The apartment is 5-10min walk to Tanah Rata town. The apartment is clean and neat. Wifi is strong and they provide hotpot, microwave, toaster, plates and bowls and basic utensils. Rooms are clean. Unit is quiet and cozy, and cater to 8 pax with 3 bedrooms (3 queen sized and 2 single beds).

Worst place for holiday stay , Once we entered, we paid a deposit and the surrounding environment is good. The staff took us to one of the units on the ground floor. Before we went in, he told us to wait for him to disinfect. At that time, I thought the hygiene was pretty good. As a result, it was alright once I entered the living room. The other so-called three-toilet and three-room houses were all moldy and peeled off. The most deadly thing was the smell of mold. We had no choice but to buy some deodorant and spray it over the whole stay in hopes of reducing the stink.

The apartment just okay. Quite simple and very huge for big family. BUT, the level of the cleanliness was bad. The comforter has so many stains. Snap any pictures once you come in to the house.

On 07 July 2024 at 3.50 pm... a security guard uttered obscene and abusive words to me, after an argument, the guard held my body parts and caused me trauma and fear.. I will make a police report on his actions to me! I hope the superiors take action against the security guard.

I rented this apartment but it did not work in terms of use like an electric kettle, hairdryer can't work, cooking pot is spoiled, bath room lights are not working properly and the mirror has  many fingered marks. I am very disappointed about this matters. I sent a request but no reply. Seems like no responsibility about the presentation.
