This
is
my
second
time
staying
here.
The
hotel
is
great
overall
but
the
reliability
of
the
airport
shuttle
is
poor.
Imagine
arriving
at
NSI
after
19
hrs
of
travel
with
loads
of
gear
(that
cannot
fit
in
the
small
taxis
at
NSI),
and
relying
on
the
large
airport
shuttle
that
you
had
confirmed
two
weeks
prior,
and
confirmed
again
prior
to
leaving
the
US,
only
to
find
a
message
that
it
is
not
the
hotel's
problem
that
the
hotel
had
an
issue
with
their
shuttle/drivers
the
day
of
your
arrival.
Apparently
HR
issues
are
the
guest's
problem?
I
demanded
that
they
send
a
vehicle,
and
one
finally
arrived
2
hrs
after
my
arrival
at
NSI.
Thankfully
the
vehicle
they
sent
was
a
bit
bigger
than
the
airport
taxis
and
we
squeezed
in.
Apparently,
they
didn't
tell
the
driver
that
the
hotel
will
pay
him
directly
and
the
charge
would
be
on
my
room
charge.
I
spoke
to
a
manager
at
the
hotel
today
and
she
said
they
have
additional
drivers
always
ready
with
advanced
notice
and
I
told
her
that
they
had
advanced
notice
for
my
arrival
and
she
apologized.
This
also
happened
to
a
team
member
that
arrived
3
weeks
earlier
but
we
were
hopeful
that
it
was
one
off
as
the
first
time
I
stayed
the
shuttle
service
came
through.
I
like
the
hotel
rooms
and
wait
staff
but
the
shuttle
service,
which
is
important
for
international
business
travelers
is
not
reliable.
So
the
value
is
unfortunately
compromised.
