The staff are good and friendly and the hotel is new. They have had two weddings in the last month with music blazing until 5AM and if you complain to the management team they ignore you. I thought I had a bed to sleep in, obviously I am mistaken. The menu's are not up to the standard of an international hotel advertising bacon for breakfast when available and in the last month it has never been available. On top of that one of my lights goes on and off every three seconds so the quality of the wiring is questionable. Two and a half stars at best, the management of the hotel should improve.

Stayed there for more than a month. Excellent choices of breakfast, the rooms are also great and spacious, very fast wifi in every part of the hotel, and the gym was also excellent for a hotel. The dining area and swimming pool are also very clean and elegant

Bad experience, the hotel charges up front at check-in and then expects customer to continously request for due refund, since it was not actually transfered. I have been waiting for 3 months for the refund of overcharging. Although after 2 weeks managment agreed that there was excess charge and refund is due, they either don't answer further or state to wait for the refund for months. This was a very bad customer experience, surly not retning to this establishment.

I recommend this hotel to everyone we paid 84000cfa for a standard room. The room was like a luxurious room in other hotels

I like this hotel- it is new with young staff who take their jobs seriously. They all have good attitude and a can do spirit. I was there on a work trip when I witness a boy drown in the pool. It was traumatic for everyone. The pool was closed for 1 day and they went back to operating as usual. They did not even attempt to clean the water that the child drown in. They literally opened back up as if nothing happen. This child was no more than 10 years old. And yes, he died.

This time i went there for a seminar and their hall was so beautiful, well organized and the sound and lighting system were excellent. Enough parking. I'll recommend STARLAND for anyone wanting to organize events for less than 100 people.

it is situated just by the road. Making it very easy to enter and go out as you please. You don't have to walkin the mud to enter the hotel. Star land is very clean, conducive and luxurious. it's high standards quality for who can afford the luxurious lifestyle. The food are so amazing and internet access to browse is available 24/7.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel is great overall but the reliability of the airport shuttle is poor. Imagine arriving at NSI after 19 hrs of travel with loads of gear (that cannot fit in the small taxis at NSI), and relying on the large airport shuttle that you had confirmed two weeks prior, and confirmed again prior to leaving the US, only to find a message that it is not the hotel's problem that the hotel had an issue with their shuttle/drivers the day of your arrival. Apparently HR issues are the guest's problem? I demanded that they send a vehicle, and one finally arrived 2 hrs after my arrival at NSI. Thankfully the vehicle they sent was a bit bigger than the airport taxis and we squeezed in. Apparently, they didn't tell the driver that the hotel will pay him directly and the charge would be on my room charge. I spoke to a manager at the hotel today and she said they have additional drivers always ready with advanced notice and I told her that they had advanced notice for my arrival and she apologized. This also happened to a team member that arrived 3 weeks earlier but we were hopeful that it was one off as the first time I stayed the shuttle service came through. I like the hotel rooms and wait staff but the shuttle service, which is important for international business travelers is not reliable. So the value is unfortunately compromised.

The services here are good but the management need to adjust . Checked in at past midnight, paid for two days including breakfast for 2days. Had breakfast on Saturday morning only and was asked to pay an additional fee for Sunday breakfast How possible is that? I still do not understand while I was charged an extra fee for Sunday breakfast meanwhile it was paid before checking-in Other hotels do not operate that way I’m not happy at all To think it’s my first experience in the hotel Disappointed!
