K Hotel: A luxurious oasis in the heart of Douala. K Hotel is a stunning new hotel in Douala, Cameroon, that offers guests a luxurious and unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by friendly and attentive staff who will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms and suites at K Hotel are spacious and beautifully appointed, with all the latest amenities and comforts. I particularly loved the plush beds, the rain shower heads, and the Nespresso machines in each room. The hotel also has a number of excellent dining options, including a fine-dining restaurant, a casual cafe, and a poolside bar. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. In addition to its excellent accommodations and dining, K Hotel also offers a variety of other amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a luxurious spa, and a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. I highly recommend K Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Douala. It is truly a world-class hotel that sets a new standard for hospitality in Cameroon. Pros: Luxurious and spacious rooms and suites Excellent dining options State-of-the-art fitness center and spa Rooftop pool with stunning views of the city Friendly and attentive staff Cons: Can be expensive Overall: K Hotel is a world-class hotel that offers guests a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Douala. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best of the best.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, included hotels in Asia, Middle East, Europe, America. The level of details is impressive, whether in the rooms or outside de the rooms. Quality of construction is perfect. Staff is very welcoming and professional. The rooftop is very nice. If I had one advice to give, the breakfast room doesn’t need music! Kudos !

Fabulous hotel in a difficult context, suitable for both the tourist and business industry. Reliable airport shuttle. The location seems somewhat random, but Douala doesn't appear to enforce any town planing homogeneity, so most of the city is highly non-uniform. Bedding is top quality and really comfortable. Hotel is pretty much exactly as advertised the photos, with the only real drawback being loud music late into the night.

We stayed at this hotel for about a week. I had booked a suite and mentioned that I had a strong preference for high floors. Though there seemed to have been some lack of communication within the staff, as I was told upon arrival that I would be placed on the 4th floor, a lady by the name of Armelle, was kind enough to correct the mistake the day after. My stay at this hotel was nothing but very pleasant. I would strongly recommend this hotel to those looking for high end luxurious accommodation in douala as it is by far better than most options in the region. Loved the design, loved the staff, loved the service, loved the attention to details, and I will come back.

I loved this hotel. I was very impressed by the cleanliness, the food, the location, the entire vibe of the hotel. One issue I had was the shortage of towels. My reservation was for two, and they only had one towel in the room, and my calls to the front desk to request for extra towels was pointless. This brings me to the service. While most of the workers were extremely polite and professional, a few of them were quite rude and unprofessional. It’s sad that this rudeness is expected, but you need to do better.

Located at Bonanjo, K Hotel offers great value for your money. I haven't lodged here. I go there for the drinks at KBar. I like their sense of music and the dark aesthetics of the place. I like that it's quite and I can have a nice drink while catching up with friends.

Words can not describe how I felt the very first time that I entered in the lobby. My first impression was WOW WOW WOW!!! It is absolutely stunning, from the design to the atmosphere. This is so far one of THE most beautiful hotels in Douala. I highly recommend K Hotel Douala!!!

The greatest hotel in Douala. I just deplore the lack of signs and indications within the hotel but the personnel was really great and ready to help.

K Hotel is one of the best in the city, GM and other stuff was very kind and helpful. Although we request a buffet for 15 people in a short notice they did their best and arrange everything properly.

Amazing hotel, great location, friendly staff, neat rooms, great food (especially breakfast), nice decor blending african and western art. Only downside : not suitable for business travel. No office chair and desk set in the deluxe rooms. Meaning if you have serious work to do, you have to go to the lobby or public lounge. I found that strange

One of the best hotels in Africa. Super Modern , super comfy. It is the one place that stimulates all the senses of touch , taste and above all smelllllllllllllllllll 💕 This place smells like an Iranian garden with a mix of mostly woody to floral accents .

Let me start with the positives. Rooms are very clean, wonderful staff very friendly and took care of us with ultimate care. Mr GIOACCHINO took personal care made sure we had a comfortable stay. Every staff in the hotel were very courteous. My only issue with the hotel was the food, being an indian we couldn't get vegetarian food and specifically Indian food. I have given suggestions to the concerned person and they tried to make us what we asked for and also were ready to make the changes in the food. On the whole , i had a very comfortable stay, beautiful beds, bathrooms were very clean and hygienic. Even for local traveling the hotel guided us with utmost care. We were hesitant to travel to douala but made our stay very safe and comfortable.

K HOTEL is one of the most sophisticated hotels I've lodged in my country Cameroon 🇨🇲 comparatively. Breakfast (Kotcha) is not that continental as compared to other hotels of same standing. Their rooms are quite large enough, clean, hallway smells always fresh and they also have the most effective(trained and respectful) room services and well cultured fellows. However, what i didn't like about their service is the fact that you most PAY an extra fee (about $30) if you have to invite someone else to spend the night and to use their services like pool, gym etc.

A few days ago I returned home from my trip to Cameroon and I will like to express my gratitude to the whole team at K-hotel especially to Syndyblanche, Christine, Catherine & Kelvin for making my stay at the hotel a memorable one. They were all very polite, radiant and they my stay comfortable. I felt at home. The airport shuttle with Kelvin was swift and he drove safely. Catherine did a very beautiful bday decoration for me, Syndyblanche made sure I had a topnotch experience at the hotel. The food was exquisite, so many variety & different cuisines to choose from. Sanitary measures against Covid-19 were strictly observed. The swimming pool & the pool side bar at the hotel was so handy given the temperatures in Douala. It was one of my best vacations and I will definitely rest here again in the future with friends. Big thanks to the manager of the hotel for his wonderful attitude towards us and for helping me with his charger when I needed one.

Absolutely Tier 1 service. Really caring staff. Rooms are a bit small but other amenities more than make up for it. Food is great at the pool bar and at the restaurant. Buffet style Breakfast they make in the morning was my favorite

Overpriced and not worth it, breakfasts that cost 15,000 cfa(for a person) that don't get filled when other people finish them, lunches that cost 24,500 cfa(for a person) and ended up eating leftovers. Do yourself a favor and check in at another hotel for less money and probably with better services. Because we sure won't come back here.
