Dr Mike, where do I start! I will tell everybody and anybody that there is no one I trust more for my procedures. I have been a patient for almost a decade and his care and professionalism is unwavering. Dr Michael is meticulous, informed and is incredibly calm and reassuring. I hadn't been to the dentist for longer than I dare admit too I am ashamed to say. Usual reason - slightly fearful. I saw Dr Ivy Wu and her colleague who were both absolutely wonderful, gentle, kind, caring and understanding. All of this whilst gaining my trust and confidence with their knowledge and professionalism. Fear gone and follow up appointment booked...... definitely with Dr Wu. Thank you. After a very long and traumatic experience with another practice, I was referred to Dr Shams by my mother in law. I can not speak highly enough of this dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, gentle and kind. His bedside manner is second to none. He was able to address the issue on the very first visit and relive me of the constant pain I had been suffering. His dental assistant Lucy is fantastic as well, as are all the reception staff. The practice is clean, modern and welcoming. Thank you all.

I had a filling fall out, from my front tooth, went to Anchorage Dental Care for the first time, all the staff were lovely, efficient and friendly. The dentist who repaired my tooth was excellent, and after the result of his expertise I have now made Anchorage in charge of all my dental work needed in future. Highly recommend.

The reception staff members are very friendly and helpful. The hygienist, Janette, is a very experienced professional. The principal dentist, Mike S, is very thorough and knowledgeable. This was my first visit as I live locally, and I was pleased with the service and information I received.

Truly sets your mind at ease knowing you’re going to be well looked after and in safe hands. Holistic approach to dental care. First time at this dental clinic, and, very impressed at the professionalism demonstrated as soon as you enter the practise, receptionist, dental nurse and dentist. Practise is light and bright with modern equipment. Treatment plans are discussion and agreed 10/10
