Raven was our waitress. She is very sweet and friendly. Definitely deserves a raise. Update on my review for a newer visit. Service is still fantastic. Alyssa I think her name was, was great at attending to all her tables and not just ours. One of the best servers we've had. 10/10 will visit again.

Was a good experience. The hostess named Hallie was nice and sweet, and my waitress, aka "show," was also nice and sweet. The guy named Michael who brought my drinks was cool, plus his mustache was epic. The appetizer and the mane dish came out amazing fast, food was good.

Our server Matthew was professional and family friendly. Was polite and didn't interrupt while we were praying. Returned to the table frequently to check on us but not too frequently. The food was delicious. My children ate all the food from their plate (minus some fries that we took home). The restaurant was full. We were told 15 to 20 minute wait, which we were prepared to wait and it was actually much less. In spite of the headcount, I was able to carry on a conversation with my family. The music volume was at a reasonable level unlike other restaurants that think they are nightclubs.

I haven’t been to this Chili’s in a while since we don’t live in the area anymore, but I was pretty impressed with the food this last time. As usual for Chili’s in my experiences, service isn’t wonderful but our drinks were full most of the time and the food was really yummy! Lunch prices are pretty great, and I highly recommend coming during that time to save some money. Will be back again more than likely!

My wife and I came in on a Friday evening a week ago. I have to say that I managed for years at Chilli's in and around Dallas. It was one of the single most awful dining experiences in my life. Except for the young lady that served us ( Whom was seriously in the weeds.) Due to poor floor oversight. Our food was poor Ordered chips and got the crumbs of bottom of the drawer. As well as My burger was so burnt that I smelt it being brought to our table. The Fry's were actually the bright spot. Let's just say the place needs a serious overhaul and the cook should be fired. Living in Greenville our money will be best served elsewhere.

Chicken strips were undercooked. Told the manager - he didn’t care. Cheesesteak was obviously sitting out and thrown on a bun - not fresh at all. Waitress in the bar wasn’t any good. Tip reflected it. We did not get SERVICE. Should have went to a fast food restaurant.

We were lucky to get a great waitress named Tolisa. She was on top of the game! Food was served hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered it! Tolisa was cheery and always had a smile!

We were seated quickly but we waited 15 minutes before a waitress showed. I had tryed to flag someone down and this waitress scolded me for this. She was quite rude. Do they know their attitude and service equals good tips? If you don't like your job, do something else.
