Great service and amazing apartment in the heart of Florence with an elevator. The apartment I stayed was huge, lots of natural lights, safe and had everything me and my family needed. Check in and check out was easy and flexible. Apartment Florence Srl has their own app for all necessary info before check in and after check out information. Staff was so helpful, kind and reachable. I forgot my phone in the apartment after check out. They send it back to me from Florence to Bangkok without complication. Highly recommended.

So, if the apartment you rented looked like the photographs below when you moved in (as it did when we moved in), would you expect to be charged 250 Euros for repainting from YOUR security deposit? The alleged reason was that I had scotch taped pictures to the wall to relieve the unremitting drabness of the apartment. I took the pictures down and removed the tape before leaving, and saw no blemishes whatsoever. If in fact I missed anything, it would be fixable with a couple of Euros of touchup paint. In response to the response, several points: (1) Repainting: the apartment was not repainted after the mold was removed. This was at our request because of concern over the paint fumes that would further affect our breathing. Thus, repainting was needed after we left in any event, and even if the taped pictures left a residue (which I did not see when I took them down) they were minor at worst. (2) Trash: the next door apartment was totally gutted by workmen during our stay. This work, which went on for weeks, was very noisy and disturbing but I said nothing because it was not within the control of Apartments Florence to do anything about it. Bad luck but no one’s fault. I did leave two bags of trash on the deck of that apartment when I had to meet my cab at 4:00 am, and I intended to leave a note asking the workmen to take it with their construction trash but did not leave the note in my rush. I apologized for that, and, in retrospect, it was a poor decision. (3) Conclusion: The Apartments Florence staff was, indeed, cooperative and professional (Barbara is great). The issue is that the apartment should never, ever, ever, (emphasis on never) have been leased out in such a condition. It could not have happened over night (workmen were in the apartment for a week doing repairs). We had respiratory issues throughout the three months of our stay. My daughter was seen by a home viist doctor twice, loaded with antibiotics, and continued to be ill. See the photo below of the warnings from the State of California about mold. So, I am conflicted. I liked the staff at Apartments Florence - they are very nice people. That said, the deficiencies of the apartment were really unacceptable. It was not the luxury apartment that was advertised.

Apartments Florence was one of the best experiences we had while traveling through Europe. The flat was in a wonderful location, spacious, and had all the amenities needed to live a good Florence lifestyle. The staff was exemplary, always attending to any concerns or needs I had. It is safe to say I would use them again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend anyone to do so as well.

A large range of apartments to choose from and I was extremely happy with the one I went for. It was well located on the south side of the river very close to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious and had been well prepared - even down to a tray of ice cubes in the freezer. Apartments Florence were brilliant to deal with. Well organised and helpful. I really recommend them for a hassle free stay. As for the apartment, I’d love to come back.

I lived in one of their apartments for a year and a half while I was obtaining my Italian citizenship. The apartment was gorgeous, and comfortable (OK, the bathroom was a bit small, but in the center of Firenze, I don't think that's a surprise). But, the company treated me well, answered all of my questions quickly, and was always there when I needed them. Check in was thorough, check-out was smooth and fair. The staff were great, and patient with an American who was just learning about living in this amazing country. They took good care of me. I cannot recommend them enough. And, I miss the terrace with the sweeping views of the city.

We loved our visit to the Ricasoli Terrace apartment! The big attraction is the larger than life view of the Duomo outside the living room window. The location was outstanding and there was plenty of space in the two-bedroom apartment. The two upstairs bathrooms were beautiful, especially the tiled floor. My husband made delicious pasta in the kitchen and we left a cheese grater so there's nothing to stop you from reserving this place. We highly recommend.

Clean, modern apartment within walking distance of the train and city center. Perfect location. An amazing view of the Duomo from the roof deck. Management company was very responsive and able to be flexible with our check-in time. I would stay here again on our next visit to Florence.

The apartment we stayed in was breathtaking. Not only did it have the most spacious rooms in all of Europe but the staff was so sweet. I am from Miami Florida and I left behind my sweater, they immediately let me know I can Fedex it back to myself. Their responses are always so helpful and QUICK. The scheduled the whole thing for me and I barely even had to lift a finger. complete professionals I loved their service team and apartments. Happy. beginning to end.

We loved this apartment so much! It was super practical super lovely and clean! We are coming back! Has everything you need… the three bathrooms are also extremely handy! We really loved staying here!!

apartment was as shown in photos, very clean. we loved the multiple roof-top patios! great location, easy to walk to everything. there are approx 80+ stairs to climb to reach the apt, but the views are lovely! being next to the central market offers lots of food options if you don't want to venture far. Beds were comfortable, linens were plentiful. We found the wifi really only worked well if you were on the stairs or had the room right off the stairs, it was very weak in the master bedroom or up in the living room area (bedrooms are on the first floor, kitchen and living room are up stairs). Sleeping for six was great, the kitchen and living area wasn't as spacious for six, but honestly this wasn't a big deal b/c we were typically out touring around Florence - mentioning it just in case you were making meals for 6 and wanted to sit around the kitchen table. there's patio furniture on both levels, this is a fantastic apt and we would stay here again!
