I found this place by chance. Walked in and bought some stuff for me and a friend. Beautiful hoop earrings among other things. After wearing them I would say 5 times for certain occasions they turned green. i have tried to contact them via email, instagram etc to see if there is a way to clean them but NO response, NO reply, nothing. REALLY disappointed and def would not buy there again. Update: They never changed my earrings as I didn’t have the receipt…

Very cool jewelry. Very uncool customer service. Person in charge was actually upset that I asked a question. It annoyed her. And when I asked if there was another bracelet that wasn’t so scratched she become even more rude, annoyed and angry that she had to put up with a customer request and ask a colleague to go up stairs to find a replacement. This manager is there to take money. Not to be helpful. Upon purchasing I was given a Vestopazzo card. On it is written, "Travel, Love, Enjoy." This is really funny. It’s funny because the people working there share none of those values. None. There are many Vestopazzo stores. Go elsewhere than this one. Unless of course you want to be treated badly by rude people who have no idea what customer service is or what it means.
