Upon arrival was in a spending mood but got quickly disappointed by the poor customer service. After waiting for 45 min for my sizes, I thought I go and ask if I missed or misunderstood something. The lady at the info point started to get snappy and raising her voice. She checked the number and did something in the system and told me to wait. After another while I saw another sales assistant at the unfopoint and asked her about the order. She noticed that it got cancelled and reordered everything. I left everything that I was about to buy at the store and decided to spend my money somewhere else. The discount is not worth the hustle. I checked later that you can get the products cheaper During sale Season.

The rudest saleswomen I’ve ever met! The only things they do are to stop you from entering the fitting room, following you and screaming at you thinking you are taking a photo. Excuse me?? It’s okay if there’s no English speakers, however there’s also no smile, and when you ask for help, they just hate you! Just wondering if you don’t have any basic trainings on how to treat customers properly??

I wasted a morning here trying to find appropriate attire for daughter's college graduation. Basically, they told us to look for the jackets and pants by ourselves. When we told them that we couldn't find the items on the floor the sales assistants seemed annoyed. I won't return.
