I’d
like
to
start
off
by
saying
I’m
not
one
to
complain
about
restaurants
or
even
leave
bad
reviews,
I’m
currently
a
manager
in
retail
&
have
worked
as
a
manager
in
food
service
for
some
years
now
so
I
completely
get
it.
However,
this
had
have
been
among
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I’ve
ever
had.
Honestly
if
I
could
put
a
0
of
5
stars
I
would.
I
went
to
this
Coldstone
creamery
yesterday
with
my
younger
sister,
all
we
had
ordered
was
a
salted
caramel
apple
&
then
their
surrender
to
strawberry
sundae
creation.
The
surrender
to
strawberry
sundae
is
supposed
to
be
their
strawberry
ice
cream
with
chunks
of
strawberry,
bits
of
cake
and
whipped
cream.
Firstly,
I
had
paid
with
a
gift
card
&
was
given
no
receipt
to
keep
track
of
the
balance
on
the
card…
no
big
deal
considering
I
can
use
the
website.
After
being
rung
out
I
noticed
that
they
literally
just
took
plain
strawberry
ice
cream
&
put
it
in
a
cup….
NOT
what
I
had
ordered.
Right
after
they
rung
us
out
they
immediately
ran
to
the
back
to
chat
&
hide.
I
know
this
because
I
went
back
up
for
them
to
remake
it
waiting
there
patiently
not
saying
anything
&
they
peeked
around
the
corner
&
then
ran
further
in
the
back
to
hide
upon
seeing
me
waiting…
luckily
there
was
another
lady
that
actually
was
out
there
rather
than
hiding
in
the
back.
I
walked
up
to
her
&
politely
asked
her
if
she
can
remake
my
order
because
maybe
there
was
a
miscommunication.
This
was
then
met
with
a
snooty
attitude
&
her
“remaking”
what
was
supposed
to
be
my
sundae
was
her
taking
my
ice
cream
out
of
the
same
cup,
mixing
a
few
strawberries
into
it
&
then
putting
it
back
in
the
cup.
Complete
&
utter
disappointment,
drove
20+
minutes
for
this
behavior
&
plain
strawberry
ice
cream
I
could’ve
easily
gotten
at
my
local
Kroger
for
much
less.
Needless
to
say,
I
did
not
even
finish
the
ice
cream
&
threw
a
good
majority
of
it
away
as
I
was
so
upset.
